I Wouldn’t Take the Xiaomi 33W 10,000mAh Power Bank on an Adventure Trip, but It’s Perfect for My Chill Travel Needs
Xiaomi 33W 10,000mAh Power Bank: Quick Review
Alright, so the Xiaomi 33W 10,000mAh Power Bank is one of those gadgets that just works for everyday travel. It’s small, it looks nice, and it comes with a built-in USB-C cable, which is super convenient if you’re always forgetting to pack one.
The one I tested came in this slick Ice Blue color, which looked classy without being too flashy. There’s also a Tan version if you want something lighter and more neutral. Both look clean and go well with the power bank’s simple, square design.

Minimal but Functional
There’s no fancy screen or UI on this thing—just a power button and four little LED lights that show battery status. They’re small but surprisingly bright, so you can easily check your charge at a glance.
It’s compact and doesn’t take up much space, even though it packs a full 10,000mAh battery. That said, it is a bit chunky in thickness. Not super heavy, but not featherlight either.
The plastic body feels solid and smooth, but I wouldn’t get too rough with it. The USB-C cable’s stress relief (the part where the cable bends) feels kinda flimsy, so I wouldn’t keep yanking it or smashing it in a packed bag. Also, the jack holder doesn’t feel super secure, though it does keep the cable flush with the body when not in use.

⚡ Performance & Ports
It’s got:
- 1 built-in USB-C cable
- 1 extra USB-C port
- 1 USB-A port
So yeah, you can charge three things at once, and it even supports 30W two-way fast charging.
Charging my Google Pixel 7a (4,385mAh battery) from 0% to 100% took just a bit over 90 minutes—not bad at all. Even better? It only used one of the four battery indicator lights, so you can easily get 2 to 3 full phone charges out of this thing.
Charging the power bank itself takes around 3.5 to 4 hours, which is pretty normal for this size.
Price & Value
At £19.99 (around $26 / AU$41), this thing is a solid deal. You don’t see many power banks with this much capacity, built-in cable, and this small of a footprint in that price range. Sure, the cable could be stronger, but for light travel, it’s kind of a steal.

Also Worth a Look: Iniu B41
If you’re looking for something a bit cheaper, the Iniu B41 might be worth checking out. Same battery capacity, slightly less power, and no built-in cable—but it does have a flashlight. It’s longer but thinner than Xiaomi’s, and it has a slightly different port setup (2 USB-A and 1 USB-C).
