Runescape: Dragonwilds – Goblin Diplomacy Quest Guide

The classic Goblin Diplomacy quest makes a return in Runescape: Dragonwilds, but it’s definitely had a bit of a makeover compared to the old-school MMO version. This time around, your main task is to help out a friendly goblin by tracking down two amulets—easier said than done.
Unlike other quests in Dragonwilds that spoon-feed you with quest markers, this one leaves you with vague hints about where to go. If you’re hunting down those elusive amulets, here’s a quick guide to help you out.

Where to Find the Goblin Diplomacy Amulets
You’ll kick off the quest by talking to Zanik, a chill goblin hanging out in a little camp on a cliff’s edge just east of Goblin Castle in Bramblemead Valley.
Zanik lets you know there are two amulets you’ll need—one somewhere to the northeast, and the other hidden in a southern guild.
You can also stumble into this quest by checking out the Reliquary on the island in the middle of the small lake southeast of Zanik’s spot. But heads-up: grabbing the amulet there isn’t required to actually finish the quest.
First Amulet

The first one’s not far at all. Just head down from Zanik’s camp and make your way northeast to a small, beat-up building full of goblins. Clear out the baddies, then look around for a Reliquary tucked in a corner—behind some crates and a busted barrel.
The goblins put up a bit of a fight, but honestly, a basic stone club gets the job done.
After clearing the area, chat with Bilegut, a goblin locked up in a cage outside the ruins. If you free him and toss him a couple of Steaks, he’ll give you a solid lead: apparently, a Garou beastman lurking in a swamp cave has the amulet.
Second Amulet
To track down the Garou beastman, head northeast of the ruins into the swamp. Stick to the left cliff wall as you go—you’ll eventually come across a cave entrance lit by a torch.

Inside, you’ll run into a Level 3 Garou Druid. Beat it, and boom—you’ve got the second amulet.
Fair warning though: the druid packs a punch. If your gear’s still low-tier, make sure you go in with a full Lifeward bar. Its poison attacks can chip away at your health fast, so better safe than sorry.
Goblin Diplomacy Rewards

Aside from all the loot you pick up along the way and a few cool areas you’ll discover, finishing Goblin Diplomacy scores you the Goblin War Banner. It’s a cape that boosts all your defensive stats—melee, ranged, and magic—by +2. Pretty solid, and on par with the Pioneer’s Cape, which was one of the early adopter rewards.
