How to Grow Plants in InZOI
Only certain plants in the game will actually grow over time—these are labeled as Growing Plants in Build Mode. Flowerpots and decor plants are mostly for looks, though you can water them to keep them fresh.
To grow a plant:
- Buy a growing plant from Build Mode (look under Outdoor > Growing Plants).
- Place it where you want in your garden.
- Water it every day!
Most plants take a couple of in-game days to mature. If your day length is set to 4 or 24 hours, be ready to wait. For faster growth, switch your day length to 48 or 96 minutes in the game settings.
How to Cultivate and Harvest Crops in InZOI
Crops like tomatoes, lettuce, carrots, and blueberries can be grown in your garden too—and they’re super useful for cooking.
Here’s how:
- Buy a seedling for the crop you want.
- Place it in your garden using Build Mode.
- Tap the plant daily to water and fertilize.
- Once it’s ready, tap again and hit Harvest.
If the Harvest option doesn’t show up, your crop probably needs a little more time. Once you harvest, you can store them in your bag, prep them in the kitchen, or clean them up for use.
