How to Complete “The Collector” Quest and Find All Ayleid Statues

Ayled Statue in Oblivion Remastered

Tired of boring collection quests? Oblivion Remastered actually rewards you for it! Here’s where to find all 10 Ayleid Statues and cash in big with The Collector quest.

Collection quests can sometimes be a total snoozefest — and not even worth the reward (looking at you, feather quests from certain other games).

Luckily, Oblivion Remastered knows how to treat players right.

The Collector quest is the perfect example: yeah, it’s a collection quest, but it actually pays off in a big way.

Here’s everything you need to know to track down all the Ayleid Statues and make a serious pile of gold.

How to Start The Collector Quest in Oblivion Remastered

Honestly, you’ll probably stumble into The Collector quest without even trying.
There are two ways to kick it off:

  • Option 1: Find 1 Ayleid Statue during your travels and bring it to Jollring.
    • You can find Jollring hanging out at Umbacano Manor on the western side of the Imperial City.
    • He’ll explain that his boss, Umbacano, is a collector and will pay you handsomely for each statue you bring in.
  • Option 2: If you sell an Ayleid Statue at any shop, Jollring will track you down and offer you the quest that way.

Either way, the goal stays the same: find all 10 Ayleid Statues hidden across ancient ruins.

The Collector Quest Rewards

So is all this statue hunting actually worth it?
Absolutely.

Here’s the breakdown:

  • 500 Gold for each Ayleid Statue you deliver (for a total of 5,000 Gold if you find all 10).
  • After turning in all statues, you get another 5,000 Gold as a bonus.
  • You also unlock the follow-up quest: Nothing You Can Possess, which is another banger questline for treasure hunters.

Not bad for a “collection quest,” right?
