One of the coolest things about InZOI is how natural social interactions feel—it’s not all scripted or stiff like in other life sims. You actually get to shape your Zoi’s social life and take control of what goes on in the city. Whether you’re throwing a party, going on a romantic date, or planning a wedding, social events are a fun way to deepen relationships and make lasting memories.

Types of Social Events in InZOI
Right now, while InZOI is still in early access, there are three main types of social events you can plan:
Parties
These are chill hangouts where your Zoi can invite friends, acquaintances, or just have a fun time with a crowd. You can customize everything—theme, length, guest list, even the vibe of the party. It’s great for building social bonds and giving your Zois a boost of happiness.
Dates
Got a romantic connection? Dates let your Zois spend quality time together and grow closer. You’ll get unique interactions at selected venues, and it’s all about those cute, meaningful moments.
Weddings
Weddings are a huge milestone and need a bit more planning. They’re the ultimate celebration of love between two Zois, complete with guests, an officiant, and a beautiful venue. It’s your chance to throw the perfect dream wedding.
How to Create Social Events in InZOI
The setup process is slightly different depending on which event you’re planning. Here’s how each one works:
Planning a Party in InZOI
Parties are the easiest to throw and a great way to shake things up.
- Open the Smartphone – Hit the ‘P’ key to pull up your Zoi’s phone and tap on the Events app.
- Schedule the Event – Pick a free time slot on your Zoi’s schedule and hit “Make Event.”
- Add the Details – Give the party a fun name, set the duration, pick a location, and customize the theme.
- Invite Guests – Choose who’s coming, set the dress code, and even suggest some party activities.
- Get Ready – The game will remind you of anything you need to prep beforehand.
- Party Time! – Guests arrive automatically when the event starts. Don’t forget to snap a group photo to remember the night!
Planning a Date in InZOI
Want to spend time with your Zoi’s love interest? Here’s how to set up a date:
- Start a conversation with your Zoi’s romantic partner.
- Select the “Ask on a Date” option.
- Once your date says yes, it’ll be added to your Zoi’s schedule.
- Show up at the set time/location and check out the event timer.
- Enjoy the moment—lots of romantic and playful interactions pop up during the date!
Planning a Wedding in InZOI
Time to tie the knot? Weddings take a bit more effort but are so worth it.
- First, your Zoi needs to propose to their partner.
- Once engaged, you can:
- Use the smartphone to go straight to Schedule > Make Event, or
- Chat with your fiancé(e) to talk about wedding plans.

- Select your wedding party.
- Pick an officiant to lead the ceremony.
- Set your venue (you can even customize it through the city management menu).
