How to Start the โA Wound in Timeโ Quest
Your first step is heading to Kvatch and finding Priest Ilav Dralgoner. Talk to him and make sure to choose the โHopeโ dialogue option firstโthis will trigger the “A Wound in Time” quest. After that, pick the โDisappearancesโ option to get more info.
With the quest active, youโre off to explore the Beldaburo Ayleid Ruins.

Exploring Beldaburo Ayleid Ruins
Expect trouble at the entranceโthere are enemies lurking right outside, and theyโll follow you in if you donโt handle them first. Inside, youโll face a mix of skeletal soldiers, rats, and zombies. Work your way through until you reach a magic-sealed door you canโt pass.
Time to head back to Kvatch.
Unlocking โSaving Time Itselfโ Quest
Talk to Ilav Dralgoner again, and heโll grant you Orderโs Blessing, which kicks off the next quest: Saving Time Itself. This lets you pass through the magical barrier in Beldaburo. Head back to the ruins and go through the now-open door.
At the end, youโll face off against Corelian, a lich who throws all kinds of magic your way and summons headless zombies. Targeting his head with arrows makes the fight way easier (especially on higher difficulties).
Once defeated, loot Corelianโs body for:
- Beldaburo Key
- Corelian’s Diary
- An Elder Scroll
Use the key to unlock the shortcut back to the ruins’ entrance.

Claiming the Order Gear Set
Bring the Elder Scroll back to Ilav Dralgoner in Kvatch. After a short convo about restoring the flow of time, a new dialogue optionโโEquipmentโโwill appear. Select it to claim your well-earned Order gear and weapons.
