🎭 How to Start the Origin of the Gray Prince Quest
- Go to the Imperial City Arena
Head into the Arena Bloodworks and find the Gray Prince sparring on the right. - Speak with Agronak gro-Malog
He opens up about his mysterious past and gives you a key to Crowhaven, asking you to uncover the truth about his birthright. - Travel to Crowhaven (Near Anvil)
Fast travel to Anvil and head toward the quest marker southwest of the city. Prepare for combat—enemies are waiting.
🧟 What’s Inside Crowhaven
- Outside: Skeletons guard the entrance—nothing too crazy.
- Inside: Follow the linear path through the fort.
- Burial Grounds (Optional): Side door to the southwest with Vampires and treasure chests.
- Main Path: Head southeast and prepare for a fight with Lord Lovidicus, a Vampire.
⚠️ If you get infected with Porphyric Hemophilia, cure it ASAP via an Altar of the Nine or a cure disease potion before it turns into full Vampirism.
📖 Read the Journal
After defeating Lord Lovidicus:
- Explore his personal study.
- Pick up and read the “Journal of Lord Lovidicus.”
- This reveals that the Gray Prince is the offspring of a Vampire, and not the noble warrior he believed himself to be.
Return to the Arena and give the journal to the Gray Prince to complete the quest.
🎁 Quest Rewards:
- “Gray Prince’s Training” – +3 to Blade, Block, and Athletics
- The Gray Prince becomes emotionally broken, changing the final Arena fight dynamic
⚔️ Final Arena Battle: To Fight or Not to Fight?
After finishing the Origin of the Gray Prince quest and progressing through Arena ranks:
- Reach the rank of Champion.
- Speak to Ysabel Andronicus to arrange the Grand Champion fight.
- Talk to the Gray Prince—he’s now lost the will to fight.
- Head into the Arena one last time.
😢 The Gray Prince will not fight back. He asks you to kill him, and the battle ends with one swing.
💰 Arena Champion Rewards
After defeating the Gray Prince:
- Speak to Ysabel to become Grand Champion
- Choose Raiment of Valor in Light or Heavy Armor
- Receive 1,000 Gold
- Meet your new biggest fan—the Adoring Fan, who waits outside and insists on following you
