Where to Find Sulheart in StarRupture

Sulheart grows exclusively in sulfur fields—toxic areas scattered across Arcadia-7’s surface. These fields are easy to spot thanks to their distinctive bright yellow ground and the noxious gas constantly rising from them.

Identifying Sulfur Fields

Visual cues:

• Large patches of bright yellow terrain
• Visible gas emissions rising from the ground
• Distinct contrast with surrounding landscape
• Often marked on your map in bright yellow once discovered

If you’ve been exploring systematically and unlocking your map, any sulfur deposits you’ve discovered will be permanently marked in bright yellow, making them easy to relocate for farming runs.

You’ll also find Sulfur ore deposits in these same fields, so if you need both Sulheart and Sulfur, you can knock out two objectives in one dangerous trip.

4. Sprint back out before corrosion damage becomes critical
5. Heal up using your medtool or consumables
6. Repeat until you’ve gathered enough

This should be the first Sulheart recipe you unlock and craft. It solves the Sulheart farming problem by letting you safely enter sulfur fields without taking constant damage. You’ll need Glowcaps from underground caves to craft it, but it’s absolutely worth the effort.

Energy Stim Shards (Best for Exploration)

Doubling your energy limit for an entire hour makes this perfect for long-distance expeditions. You’ll need Serpent Root alongside Sulhearts, but the result is the best stamina buff in the game. Essential when exploring distant areas or running from monolith-spawned enemies.

Health Shards (Emergency Healing)

With +80 HP, Health Shards provide the strongest instant healing available from consumables. The +40 toxicity is a drawback, but when you’re in danger of dying, that doesn’t matter. Keep a few of these on your hotbar for emergency situations, especially during difficult fights like beating Goliath.

Sulbon (Tank Build)

Increasing your max HP by 25% for 20 minutes is excellent for combat-heavy situations. If you’re about to tackle a difficult area or defend your base from monolith waves, pop a Sulbon beforehand for extra survivability.

Antidote Shards (Toxicity Reset)

These are your toxicity management tool. +60 HP and -40 toxicity is solid, though it removes all positive effects, so only use these between expeditions—not during active exploration when you need those buffs active.

Don’t stack multiple buffs unnecessarily: Each consumable adds toxicity, and stacking them can quickly push you into dangerous territory. Choose one or two buffs that complement each other rather than popping everything at once.

Use Antidote Shards as a reset: When your toxicity gets too high, consume Antidote Shards to reduce it. Just remember this wipes all positive effects, so do this back at base between expeditions, not in the field.
