Angry Birds 3 Set for 2027 Release – Cast Revealed
Angry Birds 3 is flying into theaters on January 29, 2027, with the original cast returning and new stars joining the flock. Here’s everything we know so far.
The Angry Birds are officially flying back to the big screen! After a few years of silence, Angry Birds 3 has been announced and is targeting a January 29, 2027 release date.
The first two films, released in 2016 and 2019 under Sony Pictures, brought the popular mobile game to life in animated form.

This time around, Paramount is stepping in to handle global distribution, with Rovio Entertainment—the creators of Angry Birds—teaming up with SEGA to produce the movie.
While details are still under wraps, Rovio teased that the stakes will be much higher in this third installment. Sounds like the flock’s got a big challenge ahead.
