In Spectral Transmigration, Jingliu’s Skill transforms into “Moon On Glacial River”—a powerful Enhanced Skill that costs NO Skill Points (consumes Syzygy stacks instead). She gains Moonlight stacks whenever allies take damage or lose HP, with each stack providing 44% CRIT DMG (max 5 stacks = 220% CRIT DMG!).
