Madison Beer Is Coming to Fortnite — Outfits, Emotes, Jam Tracks & Icon Cup Details

    By Sacheen · September 24, 2026 · 7 min read
Madison Beer Is Coming to Fortnite
    • Madison Beer is officially joining Fortnite’s Icon Series, with her cosmetics hitting the Item Shop on September 24 at 5 PM PT / 8 PM ET.
    • The collection includes two outfits: the Make You Mine Madison Outfit and the Satin Angel Madison Outfit, the latter inspired by her pink crystal look from the 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
    • Additional cosmetics include Angel Wings Back Bling, Mookie & Maple Plushies Back Bling, multiple Pickaxes, emotes, and Jam Tracks featuring yes, baby, bittersweet, and complexity.
    • Beer publicly asked Epic Games for her own Fortnite skin during a February appearance on Hot Ones — this collab is the direct result.
    • Two Icon Cup events go live September 24: Duos Reload and Duos Zero Build Reload, plus a Solo Mobile Cup, where eligible players can earn the Satin Angel outfit and Angel Wings for free.
    • Madison Beer is expected to celebrate the launch by streaming Fortnite on Twitch on September 25.

There’s something genuinely different about this Fortnite collab compared to most of what Epic puts out. The typical Icon Series drop follows a pretty standard pipeline — licensing deal gets done behind closed doors, cosmetics get designed, collab goes live. Clean and corporate. The Madison Beer one doesn’t follow that script at all, because Beer spent months publicly, loudly, unashamedly asking Epic to put her in the game. And now here we are. She’s in the game.

If you’ve been anywhere near Fortnite discourse in 2026, you probably already knew this was coming. But now it’s official, it’s got a full item list, there are free cosmetics on the table, and it’s dropping today. Here’s everything you need to know.

    How This Collab Actually Happened

Madison Beer isn’t a newcomer to Fortnite’s world — her music had already made it into the game through the “Make You Mine” emote, which featured her track of the same name. But a music emote is a long way from getting your full likeness and an Icon Series slot.

Earlier this year, during a February appearance on the Hot Ones interview show, Beer talked openly about how much she plays Fortnite in her downtime and went as far as directly asking Epic Games on camera to add her as a skin. It wasn’t a subtle hint — it was a flat-out public request made in front of a massive audience. The clip went around, Fortnite fans picked it up, and the conversation about whether Epic would actually follow through ran for months.

They followed through. And the fact that this collab exists because a genuine fan of the game asked for it rather than because an agent initiated a licensing negotiation makes the whole thing land differently. It’s a lot harder to be cynical about a celebrity crossover when the celebrity in question has been playing the game and campaigning for this publicly.

Every Cosmetic in the Madison Beer Icon Series Collection

This is a full-scale Icon Series drop, not a single skin with a style variant. The collection covers outfits, back bling, pickaxes, emotes, and Jam Tracks — putting Beer alongside the bigger celebrity additions Fortnite has done rather than the more minimal one-and-done collabs.

    Outfits

There are two separate outfits in the collection. The Make You Mine Madison Outfit adapts the look from Beer’s music visualizer for the song of the same name, translated into something that fits the Fortnite aesthetic without losing what made the original distinctive.

The Satin Angel Madison Outfit is the one that’s going to get the most attention. It recreates Beer’s pink crystal look from the 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show — already one of the more visually striking moments from her recent career — and adds music-reactive details to the design. When music is playing, the outfit responds to it, which ties into Fortnite Festival’s broader approach of making the game’s music integration feel like more than just background audio.

    Back Bling and Accessories

Madison’s Angel Wings Back Bling also reacts to music, carrying the same reactive tech as the Satin Angel outfit. The Mookie & Maple Plushies Back Bling is the more personal touch in the collection — a reference to Beer’s own life rather than her stage presence, and the kind of detail that tends to land well with fans who follow her beyond just the music.

Multiple Pickaxes are included in the drop as well. The OG Pickaxe variant is worth flagging specifically — it puts Beer’s spin on Fortnite’s original harvesting tool, which is a nice piece of crossover for players who’ve been around long enough to have nostalgia for the game’s early cosmetic history.

    Emotes and Jam Tracks

The emotes pull choreography and imagery directly from Beer’s music videos and her Locket Tour, keeping the collab rooted in her actual artistic output rather than generic animation work. On the Jam Tracks side, yes, baby, bittersweet, and complexity are all making it into Fortnite Festival, giving players three tracks to work with in the rhythm game mode.

The Icon Cup — How to Get Free Cosmetics

Epic is running competitive events alongside the Item Shop launch, and eligible players have a genuine shot at earning some of the new cosmetics without spending anything. Two separate Icon Cup formats go live on September 24.

The Duos Reload and Duos Zero Build Reload cups both offer the Satin Angel Madison Outfit and Madison’s Angel Wings Back Bling as earnable prizes — those are two of the headline cosmetics from the collection, which makes the competitive route genuinely worthwhile if you’re a player who can place well in those formats.

A separate Mobile Cup runs in a Solo format, giving mobile players their own path into the event. The fact that Epic is splitting formats across Reload, Zero Build, and Mobile means there’s a bracket for most types of active Fortnite players rather than funneling everyone into a single competitive mode.

If you’re planning to compete, check your eligibility requirements ahead of time — Icon Cups typically have account-level requirements around things like 2FA status and minimum play history that you’ll want to have sorted before the event starts.

What Makes This One of Fortnite’s More Interesting Icon Series Drops

Fortnite has been doing musician collaborations for years now, and at this point the Icon Series format is well established. But the Madison Beer drop has a few things going for it that separate it from a standard celebrity licensing deal.

The origin story is the obvious one — being publicly asked by the celebrity herself, on camera, in front of a massive audience, is not how most of these collabs start. That history gives the whole collection a different energy than a surprise drop where the celebrity’s involvement feels purely transactional.

The cosmetic design work also leans harder into Beer’s actual career than a lot of celeb collabs manage. The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show outfit, the music-reactive tech, the personal touches like the Mookie and Maple plushies — these are details that require actual familiarity with who Beer is beyond just her name recognition. Whether that’s because Beer was involved in the design process or because Epic did thorough research, the result is a collection that reads as authentic rather than assembled.

And the streaming celebration on September 25 is a good final note. Beer playing Fortnite on Twitch the day after her Icon Series drops is exactly the kind of follow-through that makes a collab feel like it came from a real fan rather than a PR team. Gaming and entertainment collabs are everywhere right now — from platform-level changes like Discord updating how it handles its user base to bigger industry shifts like major studio reorganisations reshaping the Xbox ecosystem — but the ones that stick tend to be the ones that feel genuine. This one does.

The Madison Beer Icon Series hits the Item Shop today, September 24, at 5 PM PT / 8 PM ET. The Icon Cup events run the same day. If you’re going for the free cosmetics, queue up and get to work — those don’t last forever either.
