Pokemon Fan Designs an Adorable Baby Form of Duraludon – Meet Lunchaludon!

A talented Pokemon fan has imagined a baby pre-evolution for Duraludon, adding a new twist to the Steel/Dragon-type line!

Ever since Pokemon debuted in 1996, the franchise has introduced over 1,000 Pokemon across nine generations, constantly evolving with new creatures and mechanics. One of the more recent favorites, Duraludon, made its debut in Pokemon Sword & Shield and was later given a new evolution, Archaludon, in the Indigo Disk DLC for Pokemon Scarlet & Violet.

Now, a creative fan artist has completed the three-stage evolution by designing a baby form—and it’s absolutely adorable!

What Makes The Lunchaludon Special?

Steel/Dragon typing, just like Duraludon and Archaludon
Adorable baby Pokemon aesthetic, similar to Pichu, Cleffa, and Igglybuff
Inspired by pop culture icons like Godzilla Junior and Bubble Bobble’s Bub and Bob
Designed to resemble a rolling lunch cart, a clever nod to Duraludon’s building-like design

Fans loved the idea, flooding the post with praise for its creativity and charm.

Pokemon Fans Are Imagining More Duraludon Forms!

Duraludon has been a fan favorite since its Gen-8 debut, inspiring plenty of creative reinterpretations. One fan even reimagined Duraludon as a Paradox Pokemon, giving it a steampunk-style mechanical dragon design coated in bronze, inspired by the Industrial Age.

And it’s not just Duraludon getting the Paradox treatment. The Pokemon Scarlet & Violet community has been busy designing ancient and futuristic versions of many existing Pokemon.

One standout example? A prehistoric Walrein Paradox form called Shivering Fang. This take on Walrein transformed the walrus-like Pokemon into a saber-toothed tiger, making it look even more ferocious and primal.

What Next for Pokemon? Pokemon Presents on February 27!

As Pokemon celebrates 30 years, fans are eagerly awaiting The Pokemon Company’s upcoming Pokemon Presents event on February 27, 2025.

🔥 What can we expect?
While nothing is confirmed yet, rumors suggest we might get our first gameplay look at Pokemon Legends: Z-A! This new game is set to take fans back to the Kalos region, specifically Lumiose City, and will likely feature the return of Mega Evolution—one of the most beloved mechanics in Pokemon history.

The Pokemon fan community never fails to impress, and Lunchaludon is yet another brilliant addition to the world of fan-made Pokemon. Whether or not Pokemon ever adds a baby Duraludon, the creativity and passion of Pokemon artists keep the franchise alive and exciting.
