Sony’s latest State of Play aired June 4, and wow—there was a lot.

In under an hour, PlayStation packed in a huge lineup of trailers, announcements, and surprises for both 2025 and 2026.

From long-awaited sequels to out-of-nowhere reveals, the showcase hit a lot of notes—and even dropped a tease for a new official Sony fighting stick, codenamed Project Defiant.
