WWE 2K26 Update 1.10 Patch Notes — Every Fix and Change Explained

WWE 2K26's update 1.10 is live with AI gameplay fixes, Universe mode overhaul, Create Suite bug patches, a new Tiffany Stratton entrance, and more. Full patch notes here.

Visual Concepts dropped WWE 2K26 Update 1.10 on May 14, 2026, and it’s one of the more substantial patches the game has received since launch. This isn’t a Ringside Pass content drop or a big feature update — it’s a proper tune-up across nearly every major mode in the game, tackling a long list of community-reported bugs and addressing some long-standing AI behavior issues that have been grinding people’s gears since day one. Universe mode players in particular are going to feel the difference, but Creation Suite users, MyFACTION grinders, and even people who just play regular matches are all getting something out of this one.

Visual Concepts officially published the patch notes on May 13, 2026, with the update rolling out across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2 the following day. Console players will see this listed as version 1.010.000 in their system menus. Here’s a full breakdown of everything that changed.

Gameplay and AI Fixes

One of the headlining changes in Update 1.10 is the overhaul to AI Sequence logic. If you’ve spent time in WWE 2K26 and noticed that CPU-controlled wrestlers tend to fall into the same attack patterns over and over during longer matches — running the same setups, hitting the same spots, essentially playing on repeat — this patch is directly targeting that. Visual Concepts updated the underlying logic to break up those repetitive behaviors and make matches feel more dynamic and less predictable.

More specifically, the patch improves reliability for AI Sequences involving Taunts, Scripted Attacks, and Middle Rope Stunned attacks, all of which were reportedly not triggering or executing correctly in certain situations. AI execution of Corner Springboard Finishers has also been improved — that move type was added as a major new feature in Patch 1.08, so getting it to work consistently is important.

On the general gameplay side, alt attires now properly carry over when selected from the Character Selection screen. It sounds minor, but for anyone running custom looks or using Community Creations wrestlers with multiple attires, it’s a welcome fix that stops the game from just defaulting to the base look mid-session.

Create Suite Fixes

The Creation Suite got a solid round of bug fixes in 1.10, covering Create-A-Superstar, Create-An-Arena, Create-An-Entrance, Create-A-Victory, Create-A-Championship, and Create-A-Video. Here’s what was addressed across each:

Create-A-Superstar

A reported issue with face morphing resetting after adjusting a slider has been fixed. This was a frustrating one for anyone doing detailed face sculpting on custom superstars — making one slider change and watching another part of the face snap back to default is exactly the kind of thing that derails a long creation session.

Create-An-Arena

LED ring post edits were sometimes appearing blocked when viewing Movie Display options — that’s been addressed. LED corner posts are now properly included in the LED-supported parts list. There was also a visual bug causing placed images in Create-An-Arena to display an unnatural metallic shine or gloss effect, which has been corrected.

Create-An-Entrance and Create-A-Victory

This section got the most fixes of any Create mode in the patch. Specific issues resolved include:

  • Titantrons reverting to “Generic” when five different motions were present in the timeline
  • Pyro timeline placements failing to adjust and appearing behind the UI when adjusting motions or placing pyro too early
  • Preview prompts not functioning correctly after applying custom videos to the Titantron
  • Certain entrance motions causing a placeholder Superstar to appear when selecting a tag motion
  • A missing “Save changes to multiple modes” prompt when saving changes made in Create-An-Entrance and Create-A-Victory to Universe save slots — now, when saving single Superstar data from these modes, users are given the option to also save to any Universe save slots
  • Inconsistent motion names and displays when changing templates after switching a motion in Create-A-Victory
  • Cutscenes toggling back to the “cheer” motion when changing templates

Create-A-Championship

Potential soft locks when scrolling items and selecting front plates, side plates, or straps have been fixed. If you’ve ever had the game just freeze up on you mid-creation in this mode, this patch should put an end to that.

Create-A-Video

A crash that could occur when cancelling encoding while the loading bar was full after accepting a Highlight clip has been addressed.

MyFACTION Fixes

MyFACTION received a solid round of fixes in this update as well. The Quick Breather badge — which was supposed to trigger stamina and health recovery — was not functioning correctly, and that’s now been resolved. Beyond that, several other issues were patched:

  • Inconsistent win conditions being displayed across various menus
  • Matches not ending if you chose to Spectate after losing
  • Requirements being cut off visually when backing out of lineup selection
  • The Hell in a Cell structure randomly appearing and disappearing when using the Third-Person camera
  • Inconsistent sound effects across multiple menus
  • The Titantron displaying the incorrect winner in certain circumstances
  • The Titantron not highlighting the current active Superstar after a swap in a Quick Swap match
  • The pre-match screen appearing black

Universe Mode Fixes

Universe Mode players are arguably the biggest beneficiaries of Patch 1.10. This mode received the longest fix list in the entire patch, addressing a wide range of community-reported concerns that have been stacking up since launch. Highlights include:

  • Match tables locking incorrectly when adding a major show mid-week
  • Limited custom match selection when challenging someone to a match in a promo
  • Custom championships not appearing in Promos
  • Money in the Bank cash-ins not being available when they should be
  • Superstars being able to select incorrect teams during the draft
  • Wins failing to count after some self-promo challenges
  • MITB cash-in wins not tracking in stats
  • Duplicate Superstars appearing in matches after assigning two mystery Superstars
  • “Import Teams” not working for a new Universe save
  • Tag team members being able to call out their partner for the tag championship
  • Users being able to trigger MITB cash-ins as the referee in Special Guest Referee matches
  • Users being able to swap completed Day 2 of a Premium Live Event
  • Invalid match cards when unassigning Superstars on the final match of a show
  • The challenge timer counting down during transition sequences of Three Stages of Hell matches
  • Minor shows appearing inactive when a Superstar is assigned to multiple shows
  • Being unable to save entrance and victory changes to other modes after editing a Superstar in Universe

Two notable additions also came to Universe Mode with this patch: the MITB Cash-in notification can now be dismissed, and RXP earned in watch mode has been increased.

Cutscene and Entrance Updates

Beyond bug fixes, 1.10 brings some genuine new content on the entrance side. Tiffany Stratton received a brand-new entrance in this update — a notable addition given her current position near the top of the WWE women’s division. The Demolition tag team, recently added as DLC, also received updated entrances as part of the patch.

On the bug fix side for cutscenes and entrances, the patch addressed:

  • Incorrect motions being selected for Create-A-Victory
  • Missing or misaligned props in several entrances
  • Director’s Mode camera clipping into Superstars
  • Several belt clipping issues in cutscenes
  • Superstars appearing blurry for a few seconds during entrances
  • Duplicate props appearing in entrances
  • Incorrect Superstars being read for championship belts during gameplay
  • Championship belts deforming when held by Superstars in cutscenes
  • Clipping issues in Create-An-Entrance and Create-A-Victory
  • Charlotte Flair’s entrance — a referee’s arm was deforming, now fixed
  • Roman Reigns clipping through the Chamber and barricade in his Elimination Chamber and War Games entrances

The Island Updates

The Island, WWE 2K26’s online hub mode, received new shop items and bundle deals as part of this update, alongside general stability improvements. The specifics of what’s in the shop haven’t been laid out in the patch notes themselves, so that’s something players will need to explore in-game.

What’s Coming Next for WWE 2K26

Update 1.10 is a maintenance and stability patch rather than a content milestone, but there’s plenty of bigger stuff on the horizon for WWE 2K26. Ringside Pass Season 3 is launching in June and will add four new wrestlers: Brian Pillman, La Parka, Matt Cardona, and Torrie Wilson. Season 3 is also adding a new version of Rey Mysterio based on his run with WCW’s Filthy Animals faction, which is a deep cut that longtime wrestling fans are going to appreciate.

Beyond Season 3, Visual Concepts has already revealed the broad strokes of what’s coming in later Ringside Pass seasons. Season 4 will feature the Hardy Boyz, Season 5 brings in fan-favorite indie personality Danhausen, and Season 6 will include Royce Keys. With more than ten characters confirmed across the remaining seasons, there’s plenty of content still to come for WWE 2K26 throughout the rest of the year.
