How to Get Wheat in Pokémon Pokopia

Wheat first becomes available once you reach Rocky Ridges, the mining-focused region unlocked after completing the “Yawn Up A Storm” quest in the Withered Wasteland. You cannot find or grow Wheat before reaching this area, so progressing through the Withered Wasteland’s main story is the prerequisite. Rocky Ridges is based on Pewter City and is unlocked at the same time as Bleak Beach, both opening up after that key quest completion.

1. Head to the northwest gate of the Withered Wasteland to enter Rocky Ridges
2. Go up the stairs just beyond the cave where you find the trapped Onix
3. Head straight down from the top of those stairs
4. At the end of this corridor-like path, you’ll find a tattered farmstead with Wheat growing in the plots

Some of the Wheat plots may be dry and will need watering before the crops are ready to harvest. Use Water Gun to water them, then wait for the Wheat to be harvestable. Once harvested, Wheat Seeds will appear in the PC Shop.

After discovering Wheat for the first time, it becomes purchasable as seeds from the PC Shop at any Pokémon Center.
