Complete guide to all 36 trophies and achievements in Dispatch Episodes 1-6. Learn how to unlock every achievement including hidden trophies, perfect dispatches, and story choices.
If you’re a trophy hunter diving into Dispatch, here’s something you need to know upfront: patience is key. Unlike games where you can marathon your way to a platinum trophy in one sitting, Dispatch’s episodic release structure means you’ll be waiting several weeks to unlock everything. It’s reminiscent of the old Telltale Games days, where story choices mattered and content dropped in chapters.
The good news? Most achievements unlock naturally as you progress through the narrative. The not-so-good news? Some require specific choices, near-perfect gameplay, or a healthy dose of RNG luck. This guide breaks down all 36 trophies and achievements available across Episodes 1-6, including tips on how to unlock even the trickiest ones without losing your mind.

Dispatch treats its achievement system similarly to narrative-driven games like Life is Strange or The Walking Dead. Your dialogue choices, dispatch decisions, and hacking performance all factor into which trophies you’ll unlock. Some achievements are story-locked, meaning you’ll need to make specific narrative choices, while others test your skills during the game’s dispatch and hacking mini-games.
One smart feature Dispatch offers is multiple save slots. You can copy your save file to different slots and experiment with various choices without replaying entire episodes from scratch. This is a lifesaver when you’re hunting down those choice-dependent trophies.
Here’s the full breakdown of every trophy and achievement in Dispatch, organized by difficulty and episode availability. I’ve included practical tips based on what actually works, not just the basic descriptions.
Trophy Name: Dispatched
Rarity: Platinum
How to Unlock: Collect all other trophies in the game
This is your ultimate goal—the reward for unlocking everything else. PlayStation players get this automatically once they’ve grabbed all other trophies.
These pop naturally as you play through the episodes:
“Did I drool on you?” (Bronze)
Episode: 1 – Pivot
How to Unlock: Get hired at SDN near the end of Episode 1
This is completely automatic. Just follow the story and you’ll get this when Robert officially joins the SDN team.
“You gonna eat those twinks?” (Bronze)
Episode: 1
How to Unlock: Have the conversation with Invisigal in the break room after the Granny’s Donuts incident
Another story-driven trophy that unlocks during a specific dialogue scene. No special actions needed.
These require solid performance during the dispatch sequences:
Shift Was Lit (Bronze)
Episode: 2 – Onboard
How to Unlock: Complete a Z-Team shift without missing or failing any calls
Pro tip: This is your first real challenge. During Episode 2’s dispatch sequence, match each hero to calls based on their stats. If you fail a call, immediately quit and reload from the checkpoint rather than finishing the shift with a failure on your record. Check out our complete Episode 2 walkthrough for detailed dispatch strategies.
Getting to Know Yous (Bronze)
How to Unlock: Discover every hero’s starting power
Each hero has a unique starting ability that activates during dispatches. Rather than forcing this in one episode, let it unlock naturally by rotating different heroes through various calls. Learn more about each character’s abilities in our complete heroes and powers guide.
Nailed It (Bronze)
How to Unlock: Achieve a perfect dispatch with only one hero
Send a single hero on a call and have them complete it perfectly. This might take several attempts depending on the call difficulty and hero stats. Don’t stress if it doesn’t pop immediately—you’ll have plenty of opportunities across all episodes.
Career Development (Silver)
How to Unlock: Ace your performance review
This tracks your overall dispatch performance across episodes. The key is minimizing failed and missed calls. If you’re having a rough shift with multiple failures, quit to the main menu and reload your last checkpoint. Your performance review is cumulative, so consistency matters more than perfection in any single shift.
Overkill (Bronze)
How to Unlock: Cover the entire graph on a single call
For multi-hero calls, send heroes whose combined stats completely max out the success meter. It’s easier to achieve this in later episodes when your heroes have higher stats.
These achievements depend on probability and might take multiple attempts:
Fool’s Luck (Bronze)
How to Unlock: Succeed on a call with less than 30% chance of success
Send a hero who’s under-qualified for a call (below 30% success rate) and hope the RNG gods smile upon you. The ball needs to land in the success zone despite the low probability. This might take several tries, so don’t get discouraged.
Snake Eyes (Bronze)
How to Unlock: Fail a call with over 70% chance of success
The opposite of Fool’s Luck—send a well-qualified hero (70%+ success rate) and watch them somehow fail. Pure RNG. Keep attempting calls with high success rates until this pops.
“Love ’em from my mouth to my butt.” (Bronze)
Episode: 1
How to Unlock: Choose the least popular donut
This is community-dependent. The “least popular” donut changes based on what other players are choosing. Pick a donut, and if the trophy doesn’t pop, quit and reload to try a different one. Eventually you’ll find the unpopular choice.
During hacking sequences, timing is everything:
Time’s Running Out (Bronze)
Episode: 2
How to Unlock: Complete a hacking level with less than 5 seconds left
During Invisigal’s fight sequence in Episode 2, intentionally take your time on the hacking puzzle but finish with under 5 seconds remaining. Don’t cut it too close or you’ll fail the sequence entirely.
Burning Chrome (Bronze)
Episode: 2
How to Unlock: Complete a hacking level with at least a third of the timer left
The opposite approach—complete the same hacking sequences quickly, finishing with plenty of time to spare. This is easier than Time’s Running Out.
Anti-Antivirus Club (Silver)
Episode: 6 – Moving Parts
How to Unlock: Destroy 3 Antiviruses in less than 15 seconds
In the final hacking sequence of Episode 6, you’ll encounter multiple Antivirus enemies. Plan your route to gather electric charges efficiently, then quickly eliminate three Antiviruses within the 15-second window. Practice makes perfect here.
These unlock as you upgrade and develop your superhero team:
Power Trip (Silver)
How to Unlock: Expand powers for 4 different heroes
Training missions appear throughout the episodes. When a hero completes training, you’ll choose between two power upgrades. Do this for four different heroes (not four times with the same hero). Space these out naturally across episodes.
From Zero to Hero (Bronze)
How to Unlock: Max out a hero (Reach Rank 10)
Keep using your favorite hero consistently across episodes and they’ll eventually hit Rank 10. This should happen naturally if you’re not spreading calls evenly among all heroes.
Min Max (Bronze)
How to Unlock: Upgrade a stat to 10
Simply upgrade any single stat (Strength, Speed, etc.) to level 10 for any hero. Very straightforward and nearly impossible to miss.
Work Spouse (Silver)
How to Unlock: Reach max synergy with a hero duo
Certain hero pairs have special synergy that increases when you send them together. The confirmed synergy pairs are:
Repeatedly send one of these duos together until their synergy maxes out. Track your progress and stick with one pair rather than splitting attention.
Phoenixes Down (Bronze)
How to Unlock: Heal the same hero twice in a shift
This requires some setup:
It’s tedious but manageable once you understand the mechanics.
These are tied to critical narrative decisions and often lock you out of other choices:
“But I cheered for Invisigal…” (Silver)
Episode: 3 – Phoenix Rising
How to Unlock: Choose Coupe during the major decision
Reward Item: Knife
“Watch your back, Robert.” (Silver)
Episode: 3
How to Unlock: Choose Sonar during the major decision
Reward Item: Tie
At the end of Episode 3, you’ll face a major choice between recruiting Coupe or Sonar. Each choice awards a different trophy and collectible item. Use your save file system here—make a save before the choice, pick one option, then reload and choose the other. For more details on this decision, check our Cut Coupe or Sonar choice guide.
“It smells very chemically in here.” (Silver)
Episode: 4 – Restructure
How to Unlock: Pick Waterboy as your new teammate
“I wish to make love to you again.” (Silver)
Episode: 4
How to Unlock: Pick Phenomaman as your new teammate
Similar to Episode 3, Episode 4 presents a recruitment choice between Waterboy and Phenomaman. Each unlocks a different trophy. Again, use multiple save slots to unlock both without fully replaying the episode. For help deciding, read our Dinner with Blazer or Movies with Invisigal choice guide.
“That’s, like, a real superhero.” (Silver)
Episode: 5 – Team Building
How to Unlock: Reveal your identity as Mecha Man
“I’m the guy behind the desk.” (Silver)
Episode: 5
How to Unlock: Hide your identity, choose the Robert option
In Episode 5’s pivotal moment, you decide whether to reveal your superhero identity to the Z-Team. This is one of the most impactful story choices in the game. For a detailed breakdown of consequences, see our Identity Reveal choice guide.
Here’s my recommended approach for efficient trophy hunting:
1. Play through naturally first: Don’t obsess over every trophy on your initial playthrough. Many unlock automatically or through normal gameplay.
2. Create save branches before major choices: When you reach Episodes 3, 4, and 5’s big decisions, create a separate save file. This lets you reload and choose the alternate path without replaying hours of content.
3. Focus on dispatch perfection: The performance-based trophies (Shift Was Lit, Career Development) require consistent execution. If you’re having a bad shift, don’t power through—reload and try again.
4. Be patient with RNG trophies: Fool’s Luck and Snake Eyes depend on probability. Don’t force them; they’ll eventually unlock through regular play.
5. Use episode guides for context: Each episode has unique challenges. Our episode-specific walkthroughs (Episode 1, Episode 2, Episode 3) provide detailed strategies for tough sections.
Dispatch’s trophy system rewards both skillful play and narrative experimentation. The episodic structure means you’re playing the long game—literally. With episodes releasing over several weeks (check our episode release schedule), trophy hunting becomes a marathon rather than a sprint.
The silver lining? You have time between episodes to master the dispatch mechanics, understand each hero’s unique abilities, and plan your choice-based trophy runs. Don’t stress about getting everything in one playthrough. The save system exists for a reason.
