Fortnite DC Summer Skins Leak: Batman, Harley Quinn & More

    By Sacheen · July 1, 2026 · 5 min read
    Fortnite DC Summer Skins Leak

Fortnite’s DC Comics partnership just refuses to slow down. Barely a few weeks after Supergirl and Lobo dropped into the Item Shop, a fresh leak is already pointing to the next crossover, and this one’s giving major beach day energy. We’re talking summer-themed versions of Batman, Harley Quinn, Catwoman, and Poison Ivy, along with a new Sidekick, a Batman-themed ride, and a batch of collectible Sprites.

Nothing’s official from Epic Games yet, but the leak is coming from multiple trusted sources at once, which usually means it’s the real deal. Here’s everything we know so far.

    • What leaked: Summer-themed skins for Batman, Harley Quinn, Catwoman, and Poison Ivy
    • Extras: A Bat-Hound Sidekick, a Batmobile-style vehicle, and multiple Batman Sprite variants
    • Source: Leaker NotPaloIntel, picked up and shared by HYPEX
    • Where it came from: Promo art accidentally surfaced on the Nintendo eShop
    • Rumored drop date: July 16, alongside Fortnite’s next big content update

What the New Fortnite DC Leak Actually Shows

The leaked promo image doesn’t give us a full, clean look at every skin, but it’s enough to get the internet talking. Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn are both clearly shown in summer-ready outfits, while Batman and Catwoman are more teased than fully revealed, mostly just headshots for now. Still, it’s obvious Epic is leaning into a beach and swimsuit theme rather than the usual dark, brooding Gotham aesthetic these characters are known for.

The most eye-catching part for a lot of players is the Bat-Hound Sidekick, an adorable Batman-themed dog companion. Sidekicks have become a fan-favorite mechanic since Epic brought them back, and pairing one with the DC collab is a smart way to get collectors chasing another cosmetic on top of the skins themselves.

Full List of Leaked DC Summer Cosmetics

Based on what’s circulating from the leak, here’s the rundown of everything expected to be part of the collab:

    • Batman Summer Skin
    • Harley Quinn Summer Skin
    • Poison Ivy Summer Skin
    • Catwoman Summer Skin
    • Bat-Hound Sidekick
    • Batmobile-style vehicle
    • Batman Sprite (with Gold, Gummy, Galaxy, and Holofoil variants)

New Batman Sprites Are the Real Chase Item

Sprites have quietly turned into one of the most addictive parts of Chapter 7 Season 3, and this leak suggests Epic isn’t done adding to the pile. The shirtless Batman Sprite art floating around hints at how the main skin might actually look once it’s live, and with four different rarity-style variants teased, expect the Holofoil version especially to be a pain to track down. Nobody’s confirmed what perk the Batman Sprite gives yet, but with a character built around stealth and gadgets, don’t be shocked if it ties into movement, night vision, or tracking enemies.

When Is the Fortnite DC Summer Event Dropping?

Multiple leakers are pointing to July 16 as the release window, which lines up with Fortnite’s usual mid-month content drop schedule. That would put it right in the middle of Chapter 7 Season 3’s Runners theme, giving Epic another excuse to pack the Item Shop with fresh DC gear during peak summer traffic.

It’s worth remembering none of this is locked in stone. Epic has pushed skins and events around before, and leaks obtained through storefronts like the Nintendo eShop are sometimes early builds that get tweaked before launch. Still, with this much overlap between separate leakers, a DC Summer Event feels less like a rumor and more like a matter of when, not if.

DC Comics Keeps Being Fortnite’s Go-To Crossover

This wouldn’t be Epic’s first rodeo with DC, not even close. Just recently, Fortnite added Milly Alcock’s Supergirl and Jason Momoa’s Lobo to the shop, complete with Krypto the Superdog as a Sidekick. Before that, Chapter 7 Seasons 1 and 2 both got their own Batman skin drops. At this point, DC has basically become a recurring seasonal guest star in Fortnite’s Item Shop rotation, right up there with Marvel.

Supergirl fans still have a shot at grabbing that skin for free through the ongoing Supergirl Cup, or buying it outright before it rotates out of the shop on July 6.

What Else Is Coming to Fortnite Right Now

The DC leak isn’t happening in a vacuum. Chapter 7 Season 3 has been stacked with crossovers lately, from Olivia Rodrigo’s debut skin to a free loading screen tied to the Runners theme. On top of that, Fortnite has confirmed its first-ever Neopets collab, with Aisha expected to join as a Sidekick, and separate leaks point toward a Rambo-themed drop complete with a skin, Glider, and Emote.

DC isn’t even the only superhero crossover in the pipeline either. A separate leak recently pointed toward more Spider-Man content swinging back into the game, with web-shooters reportedly making a return. Marvel fans holding out can still grab classic Chapter 5 Season 4 skins like Gwenpool and Peelverine from the shop in the meantime.

    Final Thoughts

Between Supergirl, a possible Spider-Man comeback, and now a full Batman-themed summer lineup, Fortnite’s superhero rotation is showing zero signs of cooling off. If the July 16 date holds up, players won’t have to wait long to find out how accurate this leak really was. Until then, keep saving those V-Bucks.
