Here is everything you need to know to claim every single reward before the campaign ends.
All Crimson Desert Twitch Drop Rewards
Week 1 — March 19 to March 25, 2026
Watch time and rewards unlock in tiers. Each tier is cumulative, so 5 hours of total watch time across the week gets you everything.

Week 1 is all about your character. After 5 hours you will have a complete Blue Scout armor and accessory set. The Braised Meat is also useful early in the game as a healing food item, so even if you only have an hour to spare this week, the first drop is worth grabbing.
Week 2 — March 26 to April 1, 2026
Week 2 shifts to horse gear. Three hours of total watch time across this week gets you everything.

The Blue Scout horse gear completes the matching set from Week 1. If you grabbed the full armor set in Week 1, the horse gear is a natural follow-up. Three hours is not a heavy ask — leave a stream running in the background while you play and you will have it done without even noticing.
Note: Twitch Drop rewards cannot be dyed, so the Blue Scout set will always keep its original appearance.
How to Link Your Accounts
Before you can earn any drops, you need to connect your Twitch account to your Pearl Abyss account. This is a one-time setup.
- Visit the Pearl Abyss account website and log in or create a free Pearl Abyss ID
- Go to Account Details and then Linked Accounts
- Find the Twitch section and click Connect
- A pop-up will ask you to authorize the connection — click Authorize
- To confirm it worked, go to your Twitch Settings, then Connections, and check that Pearl Abyss appears under Other Connections
Important: Even if you previously linked accounts for Black Desert, you still need to link again specifically for Crimson Desert. Old connections from other Pearl Abyss games do not carry over automatically.
Also make sure you connect the correct platform. If you play Crimson Desert on Steam, select Steam when linking. If you play on PS5 or Xbox, select the correct console platform. You cannot switch platforms after your coupon code is issued, so choose carefully the first time.
How to Watch and Earn Drops
Once your accounts are linked, earning drops is simple:
- Go to Twitch.tv and open the Crimson Desert game category
- Find a stream that clearly shows the Drops Enabled tag — only these streams count toward your progress
- Watch with your Twitch account logged in
- Check your progress at any time by going to your Twitch Drops and Rewards Inventory page
Your watch time accumulates across any participating Crimson Desert stream. You can switch between different streamers and your progress carries over. You do not need to watch in one sitting either — spread it across multiple sessions throughout the week.
However, watching multiple streams at the same time does not help. Twitch only counts one active stream at a time. Do not mute the stream player directly on Twitch either, as this can sometimes flag you as inactive and pause your progress tracking.
How to Claim Your Drops
Drops do not arrive automatically. You have to manually claim each one when it is ready.
- When you hit a watch time milestone, a notification will pop up on your Twitch screen
- Open your Twitch Drops and Rewards Inventory at twitch.tv/drops/inventory
- Click Claim Now on the reward that is ready
- After claiming, the next reward tier becomes active and tracking continues
You generally have 24 hours to claim a drop after it becomes available. Do not let them sit unclaimed for too long.
How to Redeem Drops In-Game
How you receive the item in-game depends on which platform you play on.
Steam players: After claiming the drop from Twitch, visit the official Pearl Abyss Crimson Desert Drops page and log in with your Twitch account. Select Steam as your platform. The rewards will be sent directly to your in-game account. No code needed.
PS5 players: After claiming from Twitch and selecting PS5 on the Drops page, you will receive a coupon code. Go to the PlayStation Store, tap the menu icon in the top right, and select Redeem Code. Enter the code to receive the item.
Xbox players: After claiming from Twitch and selecting Xbox on the Drops page, you will receive a coupon code. Go to the Xbox Store and select Redeem Code from the left menu.
After registering the code, open Crimson Desert, then go to Menu > Others > Options > Add-On or Add-Ons to check your claimed rewards. If items do not appear immediately, refresh or restart the game. If they still do not show up, contact support for your respective platform.
Where to Collect Twitch Drop Rewards In-Game
Once the rewards are on your account, head into Crimson Desert to pick them up physically:
- Progress to Chapter 3 to unlock Howling Hill Camp
- At the camp, find the Supply Chest located next to Carl
- Open the chest to find your Twitch Drop rewards inside
The Supply Chest is where all Add-On and bonus item rewards land in Crimson Desert, so check it any time you receive new promotional items.
Useful Tips for Getting Every Drop
You do not need to own the game yet to earn drops. You can watch streams, hit the time milestones, and accumulate rewards before you have even purchased Crimson Desert. You will need a Pearl Abyss ID to claim them, but ownership is not required to watch and qualify.
You cannot receive duplicate rewards on multiple accounts. Even if you have more than one game account, Twitch Drops are tied to one account per Twitch connection. You cannot farm duplicates.
Leave a stream running in the background. The audio does not need to be playing loudly. Just make sure you do not mute the player directly on Twitch. You can minimize the browser window and go about your day.
Claim each tier before moving on. Progress toward the next reward tier only resumes after you have manually claimed the current one. Do not assume it is happening automatically.
