How to Make a House in Pokemon Pokopia

Step 1 – Purchase the Leaf Den Kit

Once you hit Environment Level 2 in the Withered Wasteland, head to the shop at the Pokemon Center PC and purchase the set of three Leaf Den Kits for 50 Life Coins. These kits are the starting point for the entire house-building process in Pokopia.

Step 2 – Place the Kit and Gather Materials

Find a good open spot anywhere in the area — as long as there is enough space, the exact location does not matter much. Place the Leaf Den Kit down, then interact with it to see the full list of materials required.

For this type of home, you will need:

• 3 Sturdy Sticks — found lying all over the ground throughout the area
• 3 Leaves — obtained by using the Cut move on Tall Grass

Step 3 – Bring a Pokemon with the Build Specialty

To actually construct the home, you need a Pokemon with the Build specialty. The Pokemon you’re looking for is Timburr. Press the up button on the directional pad to make Timburr follow you, then lead it back to the Leaf Den.

Note: Depending on your playthrough, the game may also ask you to bring Scyther to assist with construction. Simply repeat the same process — have Scyther follow you and bring it to the den as well.

If you haven’t found Timburr yet, you’ll need to grow Tall Grass near a large boulder to create the Boulder-Shaded Tall Grass habitat, which is what attracts Timburr to your area.

Step 4 – Add Pokemon and Wait

Interact with the Leaf Den and add both Pokemon to the build list. Once they are assigned, the construction timer begins. You will need to wait approximately 15 real-world minutes for the process to complete.

While waiting, this is a great time to gather resources, complete other requests, or work on raising your Trainer Rank.

Step 5 – Add Furniture

Once construction finishes, speak to Timburr. It will tell you that the home needs at least 3 pieces of furniture before it’s ready. How to Get a Ditto Flag in Pokemon Pokopia

Once the Leaf Den is built and furnished, you still won’t be able to use the Return to Home option in the menu. That’s because the final step requires placing a Ditto Flag on top of the den to officially register it as your home.

Here’s how to get your first Ditto Flag:

1. Progress the main storyline until Charmander appears and expresses a desire to celebrate your new home.
2. Make Charmander follow you by pressing the up button on the directional pad, then lead it to Professor Tangrowth.
3. After a brief conversation between Charmander and Tangrowth, Tangrowth will give you one Ditto Flag.
4. Stand outside your Leaf Den, open your pocket (inventory), grab the Ditto Flag, and place it on top of the home.

The moment you place the flag, the den is officially registered as your home and the Return to Home fast travel option becomes active in the menu.

How to Craft More Ditto Flags in Pokemon Pokopia

Once you have the recipe, you can craft additional Ditto Flags at any workbench. Here’s what you’ll need:

• 1 Sturdy Stick
• 1 Twine
• 1 Leppa Berry

Sticks are easy to find on the ground, while Twine and Leppa Berries can be gathered through foraging and farming. 2. Press the up button on the directional pad to make it follow you.
3. Lead it close to your Leaf Den.
4. Speak to the Pokemon while near the home and select the option to ask them to move in.
