The hallway entrance is on the north wall of Florescent Canal. It is not marked. If you run straight down the main corridor of Florescent Canal and look left, you will see it. It looks like a regular door opening into a darker passage.
I found Luzaku but I cannot see the chest
Do not look at the ground level. The chest is on a raised cliff ledge to the right of Luzaku. Jump up. It is on the first flat surface you land on.
The chest killed me but the Triumph did not pop
