If you preordered or bought the Deluxe Edition of Crimson Desert and cannot find your bonus items, you are not alone. The game does not hand them to you automatically when you boot up. You have to go and collect them yourself from a Supply Chest, and the chest location changes as you progress through the story.

Where to Claim Your Bonus Items
Early Game — Royal Trading Post, Hernand
The first Supply Chest appears very early in the game. After completing the opening missions and arriving in Hernand City, you will wake up in a tent at the Royal Trading Post. The Supply Chest is right beside your bed when you wake up.
Open it and all of your preorder and Deluxe Edition items will be inside waiting to be claimed. Do not walk past it without checking — some players rush out of the tent and miss it entirely.
Chapter 3 Onward — Howling Hill Camp
Once you unlock the Greymane Camp at Howling Hill in Chapter 3, the Supply Chest is relocated here. You will not find it at the Royal Trading Post anymore.
At Howling Hill Camp, head to the quartermaster Carl. The Supply Chest is right behind him. Any unclaimed items, Twitch Drop rewards, and promotional bonuses all land here from Chapter 3 onward.

How to Claim Items from the Add-ons Menu
Pearl Abyss resolved an early issue where some players were not receiving their preorder and Deluxe Edition items correctly. If you opened the Supply Chest and your items are not there, or if you purchased the game after the initial launch period, use the Add-ons menu instead:
- Open the main menu in Crimson Desert
- Go to Others
- Select Options
- Find the Add-ons section
- Your unclaimed bonus items will be listed here — select them to add them to your inventory
This method works regardless of where you are in the game and does not require you to be near a Supply Chest. If items are still not appearing after trying this, check that your platform account is correctly linked to your Pearl Abyss ID and that the purchase is registered on the right account.

This means you can take the Kairos armor set and keep pushing its defense rating higher as you progress, rather than replacing it with drops after a few hours. If you invest in refining the Deluxe Edition gear early, it can stay relevant deep into the mid-game.
The Exclaire horse gear is a nice bonus for mounted play. Horse equipment improves your horse’s performance in and out of combat, and having a complete matching set from the start gives you a foundation to build on without having to piece together horse gear from vendors.
