ROBIN
Build Guide – Best Relics, Light Cone & Teams
🌸 S+ TIER SUPPORT 🌸Sunday’s Sister · Queen of the Concert Stage
Robin — member of the Sing-Along Club and Sunday’s younger sister from the dreamscape of Penacony — is a 5-star Physical Harmony character who stands as one of the most impactful support characters ever released in Honkai: Star Rail. First introduced in Version 2.2, Robin continues to hold S+ Tier status in February 2026, anchoring Follow-Up Attack teams, Aglaea compositions, and multi-DPS AoE setups where her unique full team Action Advance and Concerto state provide unmatched offensive acceleration.
Her kit is built around three pillars: the Concerto state (from Ultimate) that advances all allies immediately and deals bonus Physical DMG every time any ally attacks; a massive flat ATK buff to all allies during Concerto scaling off Robin’s own ATK; and a permanent +25% CRIT DMG bonus for Follow-Up Attacks from her Talent — making her the undisputed best-in-slot support for Feixiao and one of the strongest overall for any high-hit-frequency team. In February 2026, Prydwen lists her at T0.5 — marginally adjusted from T0 as newer characters like Cyrene have taken some slots, but still exceptional and future-proof.

Core Mechanics Explained
Concerto Rotation — Visual Flow
Understanding Robin’s rotation cycle is essential to maximising Concerto uptime and the team’s damage output. The core loop in an optimised FUA team looks like this:
Best Light Cones
Flowing Nightglow
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Signature — Best in Slot
Why it’s #1: Robin’s signature solves every weakness simultaneously. Every time any ally attacks, Robin gains 1 Cantillation stack (max 5), each giving +3% ERR (up to +15% ERR total). When Robin uses Ultimate, consumes all stacks and grants Cadenza: Robin’s ATK +48% and all allies’ DMG +24% for 1 turn.
The 48% ATK spike during Cadenza dramatically amplifies Robin’s Concerto ATK flat buff and proc damage in the same moment the team is also attacking most aggressively. The ERR stack system means energy builds passively during fights. At S1, this is Robin’s strongest possible setup — pairing with E1 for a near-complete build.
But the Battle Isn’t Over
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Standard — Best AltBest Non-Signature Pick: Bronya’s standard banner signature provides +10% ERR and restores 1 Skill Point when Robin uses her Ultimate. Both effects address Robin’s core non-signature weaknesses: energy economy and SP generation. Available permanently on the standard banner — a reliable, accessible LC that keeps most of Robin’s value without spending limited pulls. Strongly recommended until her signature becomes available.
For Tomorrow’s Journey
⭐⭐⭐⭐ F2P Best-in-SlotBest Zero-Cost Option: Event LC obtainable at max superimposition for free (distributed in Version 2.2 and potentially re-released). Provides a substantial ATK% boost at S5 — directly increasing Robin’s Concerto flat ATK buff, Cadenza proc damage, and every ATK-scaling element of her kit simultaneously. The highest ATK% boost available from a free LC. Always grab and superimpose when available.
Memories of the Past
⭐⭐⭐⭐ Energy Budget PickEnergy-First F2P Option: Regenerates 4–8 Energy whenever Robin attacks or is hit (once per turn). Since Robin’s Concerto procs fire on every ally attack, this passive trigger is highly reliable — often activating 3–5 times per cycle in FUA teams. Pairs well with ERR rope for consistent Ultimate cycling. Best for players who struggle with Robin’s energy generation without her signature or But the Battle Isn’t Over.
Planetary Rendezvous
⭐⭐⭐⭐ Physical Team NicheMono-Physical Niche: Grants +12–24% DMG to all Physical-type allies when Robin uses Ultimate (scales per superimposition). Only useful in Physical-heavy teams (Phainon + Robin, etc.). The Physical restriction makes this a niche pick — don’t use it in mixed-element teams. Always prefer For Tomorrow’s Journey or Memories of the Past for general-purpose builds.
Carve the Moon, Weave the Clouds
⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rotating BuffRotating Stat Option: At the start of each cycle, randomly provides all allies either +10% ATK, +8% CRIT Rate, or +12% CRIT DMG. All three buffs benefit the DPS team. The ATK option stacks with Robin’s Concerto ATK buff; the CRIT options help close CRIT gaps on FUA characters. Randomness is a drawback — not reliable enough for consistent endgame performance. Use as a filler only.
🎵 E1 vs Signature LC — The Critical Choice
Multiple top-tier sources (Prydwen, Mobalytics, Icy Veins) recommend Robin’s E1 before her Signature Light Cone as the higher-value investment. E1 grants 24% All-Type RES PEN to all allies during Concerto — a universally powerful multiplicative damage increase across every element and every attack type. The Signature LC boosts Robin’s ATK and provides Cadenza’s 24% team DMG bonus — valuable, but narrower in scope than team-wide RES PEN. Recommended priority: E1 first → Signature LC second → E2 third. At pure E0S0, use But the Battle Isn’t Over and For Tomorrow’s Journey until you invest in E1S1.
Best Relic Sets
4-Piece Cavity Relics
Why This Combo Is #1: Both sets drop from the same Cavern of Corrosion domain (Path of Cavalier), enabling efficient co-farming. The 2+2 split lets you cherry-pick the best substat rolls from each set independently — maximizing piece quality rather than being forced into mediocre rolls to complete a 4-piece. ATK% + Physical DMG% together cover both Robin’s buffing role (ATK scaling) and personal damage role (Physical DMG), making this the highest DPS contribution setup in virtually all teams.
When to Use: If you have four high-quality pieces from Champion of Streetwise Boxing, the 4-piece bonus reaches +25% ATK at 5 stacks — competitive with the 2+2 split when the individual pieces are better-rolled. In Apocalyptic Shadow where Robin is hit frequently by AoE boss attacks, stacks accumulate naturally each turn. Can edge out the 2+2 combination if individual piece quality is significantly higher on the 4-piece set.
When to Use: If maximising the Concerto flat ATK buff (rather than Robin’s proc damage) is the priority — e.g. in slow-attack teams where Robin’s proc hits are infrequent but her flat ATK buff still matters. The double ATK 2+2 combination provides +24% ATK from set bonuses alone, the highest possible ATK from set bonuses for Robin. Physical DMG is less important in teams where Robin procs rarely.
Planar Ornaments
Why It’s #1: Robin reaches 120 SPD easily with Musketeer’s SPD bonus and minimal substat investment. The unconditional team-wide +8% ATK bonus stacks directly on top of Robin’s Concerto flat ATK, Signature LC Cadenza ATK, and Musketeer/Prisoner ATK% bonuses — amplifying every character’s ATK simultaneously. This is a free team buff that compounds with every layer of Robin’s already-rich buff package. HP bonus improves survivability during Concerto. Universally used across all Robin builds.
When to Use: In single-DPS hypercarry teams where the main DPS is in first position and scales heavily with ATK (Feixiao, Phainon), Lushaka’s +12% ATK to the first character can outperform Fleet’s +8% team-wide ATK. The ERR bonus also assists Robin’s energy cycling. Best as a specialised choice for single-DPS setups where maximising one character’s ATK yields more total DPS than the balanced team-wide Fleet bonus.
When to Use: Robin’s A2 trace already provides 25% action advance at battle start. Adding Sprightly Vonwacq’s 50% advance means Robin effectively acts before virtually every other unit on turn 1 — deploying her Skill and reaching her Ultimate extremely quickly for an opening Concerto before enemies can act. Particularly strong in Apocalyptic Shadow burst phases and Memory of Chaos opening cycles. Trade-off: loses Fleet’s team ATK% bonus permanently.
🎵 Relic Farming Strategy
Farm Cavern of Corrosion: Path of Cavalier — this single domain drops both Champion of Streetwise Boxing and Musketeer of Wild Wheat pieces simultaneously, making it the most efficient farming target for Robin’s best relic combination. For Planar Ornaments, farm Fleet of the Ageless from Simulated Universe (World 3 or 4) as your first choice. Robin’s relic requirements are straightforward (ATK%, SPD to 120, ERR rope) — focus on substat quality over perfect set completion, as even imperfect pieces with good ATK%/SPD substats outperform perfect set pieces with weak substats.
Stat Priorities
Main Stats
Target Stats
Substat Priority
- ATK% — Robin’s entire kit scales with ATK. Her Concerto flat ATK buff to all allies, Cadenza proc damage, every Concerto Physical hit, and Fleet of the Ageless team ATK% all compound off her raw ATK stat. Highest priority substat by a large margin. Roll ATK% in every substat slot that doesn’t have SPD or Effect RES.
- SPD (to 120 threshold) — Reach exactly 120 SPD to activate Fleet of the Ageless’s team ATK% bonus. With Musketeer’s +6% SPD, Robin needs approximately 5–8 SPD substat rolls from her base. Once at 120, additional SPD provides minimal return — stop investing SPD substats after hitting the threshold and return to ATK%.
- Effect RES — Robin has no built-in cleanse (unlike Sunday’s A6). A Crowd Control debuff during a non-Concerto turn can delay her Ultimate and disrupt the rotation significantly. Aim for 30–50% total Effect RES from traces and substats. The Broken Keel Planar Ornament can contribute 10% at 30% RES threshold if you want both RES and a team CRIT DMG bonus.
- HP% / Flat ATK — Flat ATK substats directly contribute to Robin’s ATK total and are meaningful, though less efficient per roll than ATK%. HP provides survivability — Robin must survive Concerto to keep proc damage and team buffs flowing. Both are acceptable secondary substats.
- Avoid: CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG, Break Effect — Robin’s Concerto Physical proc damage has fixed CRIT stats that cannot be improved by her personal CRIT stats. Investing in these stats provides zero benefit and wastes substat budget that should go to ATK%. Break Effect is similarly completely irrelevant — Robin is not a Break DPS. Discard any piece with these as primary substats if ATK% alternatives are available.
🎵 ATK% vs Physical DMG% Sphere — Which to Choose?
Community testing from Prydwen and KQM shows: Physical DMG% Sphere increases Robin’s proc damage more per % than ATK% Sphere (since Physical DMG% is a multiplicative amplifier applied exclusively to proc hits), but ATK% Sphere benefits both proc damage AND the Concerto flat ATK buff to allies. In FUA teams where Robin’s proc damage is ~20% of team total, Physical DMG% Sphere wins for pure personal damage. In slow-attack teams where Robin procs infrequently, ATK% Sphere is better. The difference is small (2–4% total team DPS) — use whichever piece has better substat rolls.
Trace Priority
- Ultimate — “Vox Harmoniae”
Activates Concerto, provides the flat ATK buff to all allies, and deals the initial Physical DMG nuke. Higher levels increase the Concerto ATK buff multiplier (percentage of Robin’s ATK applied to all allies) and proc damage multiplier. Upgrade first and max — this is the source of Robin’s entire team ATK contribution and her primary buffing function. - Skill — “Wingful Melody”
Grants one ally +50% DMG for 2 turns. Higher levels may slightly increase this percentage. Second priority — the Skill buff is Robin’s primary contribution during non-Concerto turns and meaningfully amplifies the DPS’s damage in the bridge period between Ultimates. With A6 trace, each Skill also generates +5 Energy, making regular Skill use important for energy cycling. - Talent — “Perfect Pitch”
The source of Robin’s +25% FUA CRIT DMG bonus and the Concerto proc damage formula. Unlocking and leveling the Talent is mandatory for FUA teams — without it, the core 25% CRIT DMG bonus doesn’t activate. Upgrade third alongside Ultimate during initial trace investment. - Basic Attack — “Wingward Aria”
Robin almost never uses Basic Attack in endgame — her rotation is Skill + Ultimate cycling. Upgrading provides negligible benefit. Skip entirely and focus all trace materials on Skill, Ultimate, and Talent.
Major Traces — Unlock These First
A2 — “Impromptu Flourish”: At the start of battle, Robin’s action advances forward by 25%. Ensures Robin acts before most allies on turn 1 — enabling her to use Skill immediately to buff the DPS before their first attack. Also contributes to Fleet of the Ageless SPD threshold activation. This trace transforms Robin’s opening turn from reactive to proactive. Unlock first — essential for consistent early-rotation buffing.
A4 — “Sequential Passage”: While Concerto is active, Robin additionally deals bonus Physical DMG equal to 60% of her ATK to the last enemy attacked each time an ally attacks. When allies use Follow-Up Attacks, those attacks gain an additional +25% CRIT DMG. The 25% FUA CRIT DMG bonus from this trace is permanent — active both during and outside of Concerto. This is Robin’s most impactful trace for FUA teams and the reason she remains the best Feixiao support. Unlock second — absolutely mandatory for any FUA team build.
A6 — “Coda”: When Robin uses Skill, additionally regenerates 5 Energy. A simple but meaningful bonus: every Skill use (which Robin does frequently between Ultimates) provides +5 Energy toward the next Concerto. In fights where Robin uses Skill 3–4 times between Ultimates, this trace contributes 15–20 additional Energy per cycle — reducing reliance on ERR substats and enabling some players to use ATK% rope instead of ERR rope in energy-rich FUA teams. Unlock third.
Best Team Compositions
🌸 Feixiao FUA Core — Robin’s True Home
The definitive Robin team and her highest-performing context as of February 2026. Feixiao is Robin’s perfect DPS partner — Feixiao generates Flying Aureus stacks from every 2 ally attacks, and Robin’s Concerto proc on every ally hit provides an extremely high rate of hit generation. In a Feixiao + Topaz + Robin team, Feixiao can reach her Flying Aureus threshold to use her Ultimate nearly every cycle through the combined hit frequency of Topaz’s Numby, Robin’s procs, and her own attacks.
Robin’s buff package is precision-made for Feixiao: the flat ATK buff raises Feixiao’s already-high ATK baseline, the Concerto full team advance gives Feixiao an extra immediate turn during Ultimate deployment windows, and the +25% FUA CRIT DMG from A4 trace applies to both Feixiao’s Follow-Up Attacks and her Ultimate (which counts as FUA damage). At E1, the 24% All-Type RES PEN during Concerto makes Feixiao’s entire burst window dramatically more devastating.
Aventurine provides shields that scale off his defense (keeping the team safe without healing), plus his own Follow-Up Attack from shields (additional Flying Aureus stacks + Robin energy) and a CRIT DMG bonus from his Ultimate. This team consistently achieves some of the highest single-target DPS scores in Memory of Chaos and Apocalyptic Shadow. Replace Topaz with Cipher if available for her 40% DMG Taken debuff.
🌸 Aglaea + Robin + Sunday
The strongest Robin team outside of Feixiao, and one of the highest-performing compositions overall in HSR 4.0. Aglaea operates through her Summon, Garmentmaker — and Robin’s Concerto full team advance gives both Aglaea and Garmentmaker an immediate extra turn, while Sunday advances them individually with his Skill (and advances Garmentmaker simultaneously, as only Sunday can). Together, Robin + Sunday effectively give Aglaea and Garmentmaker multiple additional actions per cycle.
Aglaea’s Joint Attacks count as two separate attack instances each time — meaning Robin gains twice the energy per Joint Attack compared to a normal hit. This keeps Robin’s energy generation at peak levels and Concerto uptime near-permanent. Robin’s Concerto proc Physical DMG fires on every one of Garmentmaker’s frequent attacks, accumulating significant sub-DPS from Robin herself on top of her buffing contribution.
Huohuo sustains the team with healing, ATK buffs to all allies, and Energy restoration — ensuring Sunday and Robin can cycle Ultimates freely without ERR pressure. This team dominates Memory of Chaos 12-1 and Apocalyptic Shadow single-boss phases with outstanding cycle counts.
🌸 Jade FUA AoE — Hit Frequency Maximum
A high-hit-frequency AoE composition built to maximize Robin’s proc damage contribution and Concerto uptime in multi-enemy content. Jade‘s frequent follow-up attacks in multi-enemy fights provide a constant stream of hits — each triggering Robin’s Concerto proc and generating Energy for Robin’s next Ultimate. With 5 enemies on screen and Jade hitting all of them, Robin generates Energy extremely rapidly and can maintain near-permanent Concerto.
Robin’s Concerto Physical DMG procs stack on each of Jade’s AoE hits — meaning in a 5-enemy fight where Jade attacks all 5, Robin fires 5 separate proc instances per Jade attack. Dr. Ratio provides additional FUA sub-DPS with his conditional follow-up attacks (triggered by debuffs), contributing both to Robin’s energy generation and to Flying Aureus stacks if Feixiao is also in the team. Use Cipher when available for her team-wide 40% DMG Taken debuff. This team is specifically dominant in Pure Fiction AoE waves.
🌸 Robin + Tribbie Universal Buffer Core
The “double buffer” setup combining Robin’s team ATK buff + Concerto advance with Tribbie’s All-Type RES PEN + Zone Additional DMG for a multiplicative dual-layer amplification. Robin provides ATK + DMG% while Tribbie provides RES PEN + DMG Taken% — two different buff types that multiply together rather than diminishing each other, making their combination more efficient than running two supports of the same buff category.
This pairing is versatile — any ATK-scaling DPS (Feixiao, Phainon, Jingliu, Mydei, Jing Yuan) slots naturally into this core. The team structure is: DPS + Robin + Tribbie + sustain. Robin handles team advance and ATK; Tribbie handles resistance penetration and Additional DMG. In Pure Fiction this combination is particularly strong because Tribbie’s Zone Additional DMG smart-cleave concentrates on the boss while Robin’s proc damage hits all enemies. Use Aventurine for FUA interactions or Huohuo for energy-hungry teams.
🌸 F2P-Friendly Robin Team
A fully accessible team for players without premium 5-star FUA sub-DPS. March 7th (The Hunt path) is a 4-star character with outstanding FUA synergy — she designates a Shifu (Feixiao) and gains her own Follow-Up Attacks each time the Shifu attacks, contributing Flying Aureus stacks, Robin proc triggers, and a powerful 60% CRIT DMG buff to the Shifu. Her follow-up frequency makes her a surprisingly strong Robin energy battery.
Moze is the accessible alternative to Topaz — a 4-star The Hunt character with frequent Follow-Up Attacks on designated Prey targets. He applies a 25% vulnerability debuff and 40% CRIT DMG buff against Prey, stacking efficiently with Robin’s +25% FUA CRIT DMG bonus. His hit frequency reliably contributes to both Flying Aureus stacks (for Feixiao) and Robin’s energy generation. Gallagher provides SP-neutral sustain via Break-assisted healing and his off-turn attacks add further proc triggers for Robin. This team clears all endgame content reliably without premium investment.
Eidolons Guide
| Eidolon | Name & Effect | Priority |
|---|---|---|
| E0 | Full base kit — full team 100% Action Advance via Concerto, flat ATK buff scaling off Robin’s ATK, Physical proc DMG on every ally hit, +25% FUA CRIT DMG from Talent (permanent), Skill 50% DMG buff, A2 first-turn advance, CC immunity during Concerto. Complete and dominant S+ Tier at E0. The best Feixiao support without any Eidolons. | S+ Tier |
| E1 | “Land of Smiles” — When allies attack while Concerto is active, all allies’ All-Type RES PEN increases by 24%.
Considered Robin’s best and highest-priority investment, prioritized even over her Signature Light Cone by multiple top community sources. The 24% All-Type RES PEN applies to every element, every attack type, every character — during the entire Concerto window. Feixiao’s Ultimate, Topaz’s Numby, Aventurine’s FUA — all gain 24% resistance penetration simultaneously. At high enemy RES values, this is an extraordinary multiplicative damage increase equivalent to multiple other buffs combined. If you pull Robin’s banner for vertical investment, stop at E1 first before purchasing her Signature LC. |
Must-Pull #1 |
| E2 | “Afternoon Tea for Two” — The Talent’s FUA CRIT DMG bonus increases by an additional +16% (total +41% FUA CRIT DMG from Talent). Additionally, Energy gained from attacks increases by +1 Energy per hit during Concerto.
E2 pushes the FUA CRIT DMG bonus from 25% to 41% — meaningful for Feixiao and Topaz whose ultimate damage is counted as FUA. The +1 Energy per hit bonus in FUA teams (potentially 5–10 extra energy per cycle) can allow Robin to run ATK% rope instead of ERR rope — a notable stat gain. Solid value but significantly smaller impact than E1. |
Good Value |
| E3 | “Inverted Tuning” — Skill Level +2 (up to Lv.15) and Ultimate Level +2 (up to Lv.15). Increases the Skill’s DMG buff percentage and the Ultimate’s flat ATK multiplier. Both of Robin’s primary contributions receive a numerical boost. Smaller marginal gain than E1/E2 but accumulates meaningfully at higher ATK values where the multiplier increase on the Concerto buff matters more. | Optional |
| E4 | “Raindrop Key” — When Robin uses Ultimate, immediately dispels all Crowd Control debuffs from all allies.
A team-wide instant CC cleanse on Ultimate — potentially useful in specific boss mechanics with heavy AoE CC. However, Robin’s Concerto CC immunity already protects her during the most critical buff window, and other cleansers (Sunday A6, Lynx, Huohuo) handle non-Concerto CC more consistently. Generally considered weak value for the Eidolon cost. Skip unless committed to E6. |
Skip / Step Stone |
| E6 | “Moonpiercer Cadenza” — When Concerto ends OR when an enemy is defeated during Concerto, Robin immediately deals a follow-up AoE Physical DMG hit equal to 600% of her ATK to all enemies.
At 4,000+ ATK, this hits for an enormous amount — potentially equal to or exceeding the DPS’s best hits in terms of raw numbers. E6 Robin becomes a genuine damage dealer in her own right alongside her support role. In Pure Fiction with frequent enemy deaths triggering the effect multiple times per wave, E6 can contribute a dramatic percentage of total team damage. Very powerful but extremely cost-intensive. A whale-tier investment that transforms Robin’s identity from support to support-DPS hybrid. |
Whale Tier |
🎵 Eidolon Investment Priority
The optimal Robin investment path is E1 → Signature LC → E2. E1’s 24% All-Type RES PEN is the single highest-impact upgrade Robin can receive — it outperforms the Signature LC’s personal ATK boost and 24% team DMG bonus in most team DPS calculations, particularly in teams with high enemy RES. Pulling E1 before buying the Signature LC is the community consensus recommendation from Prydwen, Mobalytics, and Icy Veins. At E0 without signature, use But the Battle Isn’t Over + Fleet of the Ageless for a surprisingly competitive setup.
Advanced Gameplay Tips
Maximising Concerto Uptime
- Team hit frequency is Robin’s energy currency. Every ally attack generates Energy for Robin. In FUA teams where Feixiao attacks 5+ times, Topaz’s Numby contributes follow-ups, and Aventurine’s shields trigger FUA — Robin regenerates energy fast enough to maintain near-permanent Concerto. In slow single-hit DPS teams, Concerto uptime drops significantly and ERR rope + energy supports become mandatory.
- Always use Technique before combat to enter with 50 Energy — in high-energy FUA teams this can enable a turn 1 Ultimate if Robin acts first via A2 trace advance.
- Skill on DPS before Ultimate — the Skill’s +50% DMG buff is active for 2 turns. Use Skill on the primary DPS first, then activate Ultimate so the Skill buff is already running during Concerto’s most intense damage window.
- During Concerto, Robin’s turn timer is suspended — any external buff applied to Robin by a teammate (e.g. Sparkle’s Skill on Robin) lasts the full Concerto duration because Robin doesn’t take turns. A niche interaction but useful in team setups that include Sparkle.
- At E1, prioritise activating Concerto before the primary DPS uses their Ultimate — the 24% All-Type RES PEN is multiplicative and most impactful during the DPS’s peak burst window.
Speed Tuning for Robin
- Target 120+ SPD via Musketeer’s +6% SPD bonus and 4–6 SPD substat rolls from relics. At 120 SPD, Fleet of the Ageless permanently provides +8% ATK to all allies. This is a straightforward threshold — don’t over-invest in SPD beyond 120.
- A2 trace provides 25% action advance at battle start, effectively giving Robin much faster first-turn priority without actual SPD investment. Use this to layer with Sprightly Vonwacq’s 50% advance (at 120 SPD) for an exceptional turn 1 position.
- Do not chase 160+ SPD unless running a specialised Wheelchair Robin build — Robin’s Concerto locks her out of action regardless of SPD, making high speed investment inefficient beyond the Fleet of the Ageless threshold.
- E2 reduces ERR pressure — the +1 Energy per hit during Concerto can allow Robin to run ATK% boots + ATK% rope at E2 in FUA teams, significantly increasing her ATK total and all ATK-scaling buffs simultaneously.
🎵 Robin vs Sunday — Choosing the Right Support
Choose Robin when: You run FUA teams (Feixiao, Topaz, Aventurine, Jade, Dr. Ratio), Aglaea, or any high-hit-frequency DPS where team advance + ATK buff + proc damage accumulate efficiently. Robin’s Concerto proc damage also makes her far better than Sunday in multi-wave Pure Fiction.
Choose Sunday when: You run a single hypercarry without FUA (Phainon, Mydei, Jingliu) who needs individual action advance, CRIT buffs, and Energy restoration rather than team-wide advance.
Run both together: Robin + Sunday is one of the strongest double-Harmony pairings in the game — Aglaea, Feixiao, and even Jing Yuan benefit from having both simultaneously. Their buff types don’t overlap: Robin handles team ATK and advance; Sunday handles single-target CRIT, Energy, and SP economy.
Should You Pull Robin?
✅ Pull If:
- You own or plan to pull Feixiao — Robin is her undisputed best-in-slot support with no competition in February 2026
- You own or play any Follow-Up Attack DPS — Dr. Ratio, Topaz, Jade, Aventurine, Moze, Cipher, March 7th (Hunt) all synergize deeply
- You own Aglaea — Robin + Sunday creates one of the strongest Aglaea compositions in the current meta
- You want a support who provides both team-wide action advance AND team ATK buff simultaneously — no other Harmony character does this
- You want meaningful sub-DPS contribution from a support — Robin’s Concerto procs contribute 15–25% of total team DPS in FUA teams
- You want a future-proof, long-term investment — every new FUA DPS released will benefit from Robin’s permanent kit
- You missed Robin’s initial banner and this is her rerun — she’s been consistently S+ to SS Tier since Version 2.2
⚠️ Consider Skipping If:
- You have no FUA DPS characters and don’t plan to build any — Robin’s value drops significantly with slow single-hit attackers
- You already own Tribbie + Sunday and your current teams perform well in all endgame modes
- Your DPS characters are primarily Break, DoT, or Nihility-based (Ruan Mei, Acheron, Rappa, Firefly) — specialized supports outperform Robin here
- You’re saving resources for an upcoming FUA DPS or dedicated S+ Tier support better suited to your current roster
- You already own Cyrene or Cerydra who have taken some of Robin’s previous team slots in HSR 4.0
Final Verdict: Robin remains one of the most impactful and beautifully designed support characters in Honkai: Star Rail history. Her T0.5 February 2026 placement reflects a slightly narrowed optimal team pool compared to her initial dominance, not a diminishment of her raw power — she still delivers extraordinary performance in FUA teams and Aglaea compositions, and every future FUA DPS release increases her long-term value. The full team Action Advance is uniquely hers, the flat ATK buff is enormous, and her sub-DPS contribution is unmatched among Harmony supports. S+ Tier — a premium investment that any account building Follow-Up Attack teams should strongly prioritise.
Robin vs Other S+ Tier Characters
vs Cyrene: Cyrene is a newer S+ Tier support introduced in HSR 4.0 who has taken some of Robin’s previous team slots with a different buff profile. In pure FUA compositions with Feixiao, Robin remains superior due to her unique team-wide advance, FUA CRIT DMG bonus, and proc damage. Cyrene excels in other team types. They serve different archetypes and are generally not direct competitors.
vs Ruan Mei: Ruan Mei specialises in Break Effect, SPD, and All-Type RES PEN for Break-focused teams — she’s the premier support for Firefly, Rappa, and Boothill. Robin dominates in non-Break FUA and ATK-scaling teams. They operate in entirely different team ecosystems and are rarely direct alternatives.
vs Acheron: Acheron is a powerful DPS, not a direct support competitor. However, Robin does not slot well into Acheron teams — Acheron requires Nihility teammates and DoT-focused support. Robin’s FUA and ATK-centric buffing provides minimal value in Acheron compositions.
vs Sunday: Sunday excels at single-target hypercarry support with individual action advance, CRIT buffs, and energy restoration. Robin excels at team-wide advance and ATK buffing for high-hit-frequency teams. They are complementary partners — many top teams run both simultaneously for compounding buff layers rather than choosing between them.
