When you reach the gala, walk up to the reception desk. You will spot green bottles of chemicals there. These bottles refill your Phone Dart, so keep them in mind.
Three guards stand between you and the gala doors. Here is how to clear them:
- Stand at the reception desk and turn on the Q-Lens with L1/LB.
- Fire the Phone Dart at the first guard.
- Grab the chemical bottles from the desk to refill the Phone Dart.
- Fire the Phone Dart at the second guard.
- Hit the third guard with the Laser Strap to stun him.
- Walk straight through the door while he is stunned.
That is it. Two guards go down to the Phone Dart, the third gets stunned by the Laser Strap, and you stroll into the gala with no invite. The Gate Crasher challenge pops as you cross the threshold.
Why Not Just Steal an Invitation?
You can pickpocket a guest to grab an invite and walk in the normal way. That gets you inside, but it does not award Gate Crasher. The challenge only counts if you force your way in without an invitation. So if you are chasing full completion, use the gadget method above instead.
