Aniimo is a live-service game, which means events are always running and there is almost always something to chase. Missing a limited-time window can mean missing rewards you cannot get back. This guide covers every event in the Aniimo launch season — what it is, when it runs, what it pays, and what you need to know to get the most out of it.

All dates follow the UTC+8 server time used on the official event page. Daily resets happen at 04:00 server time. If you are on the EU server, subtract 8 hours. NA server, subtract 12 hours.

Aniimo Event Calendar

Permanent Events — Always Available From Launch

These events have no end date. They are gated by your account rank or login count, not by the calendar. You can complete them at your own pace.

Set Out, Pathfinder! (7-Day Daily Check-In)

This is the new player welcome event. Log in on 7 different days within 30 days of your first login and collect a reward each day. The days do not need to be consecutive — missing one just delays the next reward by a day.

The day-7 Sparkling Cube is the standout reward here. It guarantees a Perfect Potential catch on whichever creature you use it on. Do not waste it on something you will replace in a few hours. This event lasts until October 15, 2026, so new players still have time to claim all seven rewards.

Prismana Pact (Free Prismana Aniimo)

Once you reach Wayfarer I (the fourth Pathfinder title), you can claim a free Gamma-stage Prismana Aniimo of your choice. There are 14 options to pick from. You can change your selection freely until the moment you claim it — after that, the pick is permanent.

The 14 available Prismana Aniimo in the Pact include: Prismana Stellarys, Prismana Pawney, Prismana Ignitis, Prismana Glacy, Prismana Scorchhowl, Prismana Luminelle, Prismana Panpanta, Prismana Cornet, Prismana Hexxin, Prismana Blazen, Prismana Turbo, Prismana Magmarex, Prismana Thornblade, and Prismana Grizbo.

After you claim, every Prismana you register in the wild contributes to a Prismana Index with its own milestone rewards. The index tracks 18 total Prismana forms — 4 more than the 14 available in the Pact. Check out our full guide on which free Prismana to choose in Aniimo before making your pick.

Season 1: Departure with the Wind

Season 1 is split into two phases. The first runs from September 16 to October 28, 2026. The second phase continues with the subtitle Ride the wind and cut through the waves! from October 29 to December 9, 2026. The Battle Pass runs from August 24 to October 28, 2026.

Journey Handbook (Check-In, September 16 – October 28)

The Journey Handbook is a 30-day cumulative login tracker, not a daily task system. It counts how many total days you log in across the season and pays at 7 milestones: days 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30. All rewards are cosmetics.

The day-30 Emberpup Backpack Pack is the main cosmetic target here. Log in consistently through the season and it arrives naturally without any extra effort.

Journey Moments (October 1 – 28, 2026)

A second check-in track that opens on October 1 and runs to the end of the season. Seven milestones, all paying Sparkling Crystals — except the final day which gives a Sparkling Egg.

• Days 1–4 — Sparkling Crystal ×150 each
• Days 5–6 — Sparkling Crystal ×200 each
• Day 7 — Sparkling Egg ×1

Sparkling Crystals are an important currency for getting Sparkling Cubes from the shop. Claiming all seven milestones gives you 1,100 Sparkling Crystals plus the Sparkling Egg.

Rotating Mini-Events

Three short-format events repeat in cycles through the season. Each cycle has its own date window and its own version of the same format.

Who’s That Aniimo?

A creature identification challenge. The game shows you a silhouette and a few clues about a mystery Aniimo. You have to figure out which one it is, find it in the wild (keeping biome, weather, and time of day in mind), and photograph it. Each completed challenge gives rewards.

Idyll Ecological Investigation / Idyll Ecology Field Notes

A field research event where the Institute assigns a list of target Aniimo to investigate. Completing an investigation on a target scores points. During the launch week version (September 16–20), the target list refreshed every day, and investigating a species you do not own counted double. The October cycles are week-long and themed around a specific region’s unique forms.

Glamour Star

A dress-up event where you style your Aniimo according to a given theme and aim for a high score. This is one of the more relaxed events — it rewards cosmetic items and Glimmer for participating and scoring well.

• Cycle 2: October 9–15, 2026
• Cycle 3: October 23–29, 2026

Story and Discovery Events

Legendary Journey: Departure with the Wind (September 16 – December 9, 2026)

This is the main seasonal story event and it runs in three chapters. Each chapter advances the quest chain involving Irisalis — a Legendary Aniimo tied to the season’s narrative.

The currency for this event is Irisalis Petals. You collect them through the main story, Journey Quests, Elite Pathfinder Challenges, Collecting Badges, Nurturing, defeating Alpha Aniimo for the first time, and by picking them up from the ground around the map. They are bright pink, feather-like items that glow visibly on the ground.

• Chapter 1 — Trail of Butterfly Shadows (from launch): Gather scattered Irisalis Petals from Breezy Plains to help the Polaris Institute investigate a strange phenomenon. Complete the quest to claim your Institute reward.
• Chapter 2 — Walking with Irisalis (from September 25): Use the petals to craft your personal Legendary Aniipod: Irisalis (requires 99 Irisalis Petals) and open the energy rift to encounter the Legendary Aniimo. Recommended level: 20. Recommended elements: Fire, Wind, Dark.
• Chapter 3 — Gift of Blessing (from December 1): Craft the Legendary Aniipod: Departure with the Wind (requires 50 Irisalis Petals) and set out with Irisalis’s blessing to catch more companions.

Irisalis cannot be caught without a crafted Legendary Aniipod — you cannot substitute a standard Aniipod Ultra here. This is a different system from regular catching. Tracing the Trail: The Shadow of Legend (September 20 – December 9, 2026)

A parallel investigation event where the Institute alerts Pathfinders about mysterious Legendary Aniimo appearing across multiple locations, sending abnormal surges of Vein Energy through the land. Players gather clues and pinpoint the Legendary Aniimo locations. This event runs alongside the main Legendary Journey quest chain and contributes to the same seasonal narrative arc.

Aniimo Discovery (September 25 – October 8, 2026)

A shorter discovery event where the Institute announces a newly found Aniimo in Idyll. Players are sent out to track it down. This is a great event for expanding your collection with a species you might not encounter through normal exploration.

Aniimo Together (September 12 – September 27, 2026) — Pre-Launch Web Event

This event ran before and during the game’s launch week, entirely through the official Aniimo website rather than inside the game itself. Players logged in daily to collect Adventure Supplies, built a squad of up to 6 Pathfinders, and earned an Aniipod Ultra for completing a full squad of 6 members.

Daily Supplies available through the Stall included: Aniipod ×20, Growth Fruit ×5 (125,000 total Aniimo EXP), Growth Flower ×10 (50,000 total Aniimo EXP), Breezy Plains Dewdrop Crystal ×15, Star Sand ×1, Star Dust ×3, and Credits ×20,000. All warehouse rewards were delivered to players’ in-game mailboxes after the event ended on September 27. Vein Abundance — Weekly Prismana Spawn Boost

Vein Abundance is a free rotating event with no purchase required. Each week, a named region’s Vein energy peaks and special Prismana Aniimo appear in that area whenever the Prismana Flow arrives. This is the main way to hunt specific Prismana forms tied to particular regions during the launch season. The season closes with a Prismana Carnival where four special Prismana Aniimo appear simultaneously in their respective areas.

• September 18–20: Forest of Falling Stars — Nova-stage Aniimo spawn rate greatly increased during ecosystem nurturing. Prismana Stellarys appears.
• September 21–27: Beast Fang Ridge — Prismana Flow draws special Prismana Aniimo. Prismana Scorchhowl, Prismana Iris, and Prismana Glynsera appear.
• September 28 – October 4: Rosetower Woods — Prismana Flow active. Prismana Grizbo appears.
• October 5–11: Berylline Causeway — Prismana Flow active. Prismana Ignitis, Prismana Iris, and Prismana Irisal appear.
• October 12–18: Nimbus Fields — Prismana Flow active. Prismana Turbo appears.
• October 19–25: Prismana Carnival — Vein energy peaks across all areas. Four special Prismana Aniimo appear simultaneously in their respective regions.

Hatch Haste — Weekly Egg Event

Every week, from Friday to Sunday, the egg hatching time for all Aniimo eggs is halved. This is a permanent weekly rotation throughout the season, not a one-time event. Plan your hatching around these windows — hold eggs that are not urgent and hatch them on a Friday instead of mid-week to save a significant amount of time.

Holo-Battle Interlink — Weekly Multiplayer Event

Every Thursday to Sunday, you can team up in a four-player squad to take on powerful Aniimo in a holographic simulation. Completing these battles earns rewards and lets you climb a leaderboard. This also serves as a source for certain rare evolution materials and Tumbler drops.

SPARKELF x Aniimo Crossover (September 16 – December 9, 2026)

Aniimo’s launch crossover brings Sparkelf — the mascot of Astra — to the game. This is an extended event running all the way to December 9, 2026. You earn Fire Bolts (Sparks) through three daily tasks and spend them to unlock milestone rewards, including a Prismana Sparkelf Egg at the 500-Spark milestone.

Daily Tasks (up to 30 Sparks per day):

• Log in daily — 5 Sparks
• Take a photo at the Sparkelf statue in Horizon Square — 5 Sparks
• Obtain 300 Daily Activity points — 10 Sparks

Milestone Rewards:

• 100 Sparks — Breezy Plains Dewdrop Crystal ×50
• 200 Sparks — Incredible Sparkelf Egg ×1
• 300 Sparks — Blaze Stone ×5
• 400 Sparks — Sparkelf Lamp ×1 (furniture item)
• 500 Sparks — Prismana Sparkelf Egg ×1

Completing the Sparkelf Codex through this event also unlocks cosmetic rewards: Sparkelf avatar, Bouncing Sparkelf profile decoration, Prismatic Flame frame, the Here Comes the Sparkelf! title, and a Formula for Fire Sprout Biscuit.

Operation: Egg Heist (From September 19, No End Date)

Available from September 19 onwards with no announced end date, Operation: Egg Heist is a separate game mode where you head to the Lost Isles, search for rare Eggs hidden around the area, and evacuate with them successfully before time runs out or opponents stop you. It is Aniimo’s unique multiplayer competitive mode with its own rewards and leaderboard. This mode also serves as one of the few sources for the Tumbler Aniipod as a drop reward.

Boundless Twining — Cross-Platform Bonus (From September 23, No End Date)

Log in with the same account on both a mobile device and a PC or console during the event period and claim bonus rewards for cross-platform play. This event is designed to encourage players to link their account across multiple platforms and takes about two minutes to trigger once you are logged in on both.

Permanent Services Listed Under Events

Several recurring features are filed under the Events screen but have no end date. They are just part of the regular game service.

• Mysterious Vendor — A shop in Horizon Square that restocks four different items every day at 04:00 server time. One free refresh is available daily. There is a pity counter on its highest-tier offerings. Check it every day without fail — this vendor is one of the most consistent sources of useful items in the game.
• Star-Crossed Tea Party — A nightly event running from 18:00 to 02:00 at ChillBeanz in Astra. Spend time there with your Aniimo to earn a badge for regular attendance. Relaxed and low-effort.
• Holo-Battle Sim — A separate training mode where you complete combat challenges to earn rewards and boost your team’s strength.
• Quick Leveling Guide — A weekly source of Safari EXP items once you reach Student III. Costs 50 Primegy per purchase and gives 250 Safaris. Access it via Events → Quick Leveling Guide banner → Institute Exclusive.

Account and Platform Bonus Events

Free Glimmer and Credits are available just for linking your account to social platforms and following official Aniimo channels. These are one-time claims with no time pressure.

Follow official accounts for 20 Glimmer each: Aniimo on X (Twitter), Discord, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

Link your account platforms for Glimmer and Credits: Each linked platform (email, Google, Facebook, Discord, TikTok, VK, Line) gives 50 Glimmer and 10,000 Credits. Linking your email also gives 10 Growth Flowers.

Linking platforms also protects your account. If you ever lose access to one login method, you have backups. The email link in particular is worth doing immediately.

Top-Up Events

Set Off Together!

Any purchase of any amount — including the Monthly Pass or Companion Handbook — unlocks the Emberpup outfit set immediately. Three days of subsequent logins then pay the remaining outfit pieces and cosmetics from the set. This is the first top-up event of the season and does not require a large purchase to trigger.

Test Rewards Refunded (For Closed Beta Testers Only)

Players who spent real money during the closed beta receive a refund in Lumin Crystals at tiered rates, available to claim until March 15, 2027. The refund rate is 200% on the first 200 worth of test-period top-ups, 150% on the next tier, and 110% on anything above that. Beta commemorative items are also sent by mail.

Tips for Getting the Most Out of Every Event

• Check the Events screen every day. The Mysterious Vendor resets daily. Daily Activity tasks reset daily. Rotating events open and close on a weekly basis. Staying on top of what is active costs nothing and rewards a lot.
• Hold eggs for Friday to Sunday. The Hatch Haste weekend halves incubation time. Unless you are desperate, save your eggs for the weekend window every week.
• Do the SPARKELF photo task every day. It only takes a few seconds to photograph the statue in Horizon Square, and the Prismana Sparkelf Egg at 500 Sparks is worth the effort of the full run.
• Do not miss the Vein Abundance windows. Each regional window is your best chance to catch the Prismana Aniimo tied to that area. Some of those forms are rare outside the event window. Check the dates and plan your regional exploration around them.
• Collect Irisalis Petals passively. You pick them up just from playing normally — doing quests, defeating Alphas, completing badges. You do not need to grind for them separately. Just keep playing and the petals accumulate.
• Link your platforms early. The free Glimmer and Credits from account linking are permanent one-time claims. Do it on your first session and never think about it again.

• Complete Daily Activities for the SPARKELF and Companion Handbook at the same time. Earning 300 Daily Activity points nets you 10 Sparks for the SPARKELF event while also advancing your Companion Handbook track. Two rewards from one set of tasks.
