TL;DR
- Celeste’s Teenage Rebellion is a Frozen Trail quest from Celeste — it takes place on Riven Tides, not the new Pendola Pass map.
- There are 7 objectives across 3 locations: Mulatierra Hill tower, old Raider Camp near the beach, and a large antenna northeast of the harbor.
- No Safe Pocket needed — you extract with no items, so a Free Loadout works perfectly.
- Progress saves between raids, so you can split this across multiple runs.
- Transmitting from the tower will alert nearby ARC enemies — watch for flying ARC types before interacting.
- At the final antenna, you must weld the broken generator before you can start the transmitter.
- Rewards: 1x Heavy Shield, 1x Looting Mk. 2 augment.
What Is Celeste’s Teenage Rebellion in ARC Raiders?
Celeste’s Teenage Rebellion is a quest added with the Frozen Trail update on October 8, 2026. Despite being a Frozen Trail quest, it does not send you to the new Pendola Pass map. Instead, it takes you back to Riven Tides, where Celeste asks you to revisit locations connected to her younger years.
The mission is built around exploration and environmental interactions. You are activating old communication equipment — a lookout tower, a Raider Camp radio, and a large transmitter antenna — across three different spots on the map. There is no item to carry out, no crafting required, and no key needed.
It is one of the most straightforward quests in the game. The only real challenge is navigation, since the three locations are scattered across Riven Tides and cover a lot of ground. This guide tells you exactly where each one is and what to do when you get there.
If you have been working through Celeste’s other quests on Pendola Pass, check our Sizing Things Up walkthrough and Clean Hands walkthrough for those missions. For a full picture of every quest in the game, see our ARC Raiders complete quest list.
Before You Start – What to Know
- Free Loadout is fine. You are not extracting with any item, so there is nothing to protect in a Safe Pocket. Save your good gear for another run.
- Progress carries between raids. Celeste does not require you to complete all 7 objectives in a single session. If you finish the tower and the Raider Camp then die, you only need to do the antenna on your next run.
- Watch out after the tower transmission. Interacting with the broadcast equipment at Mulatierra Hill alerts nearby ARC enemies. Clear the area first or be ready to move fast after the interaction.
- Map landmarks to know: Customs House (center of map), Azzurro Beach and Wharf (west), Harbor (east), and the hills northeast of the harbor for the final location.
Celeste’s Teenage Rebellion – All Objectives
- Reach the lookout tower on Mulatierra Hill
- Transmit the location from the top of the tower
- Reach the old Raider Camp near the hotel, overlooking the beach
- Search for the radio transmitter at the Raider Camp
- Find the large antenna overlooking Riven Tides Harbor
- Weld the broken generator
- Start the transmitter
Step 1 – Reach the Lookout Tower on Mulatierra Hill
Deploy into Riven Tides and head toward the center of the map. The lookout tower sits on Mulatierra Hill, north of Customs House, right beside a Raider’s Hatch. Its elevated position makes it easy to spot from a distance — just look for the tall structure sticking above the hillside.
Enter the tower through the opening at its base and locate the ladder inside. Climb it all the way to the top platform.
Step 2 – Transmit the Location from the Top of the Tower

At the top of the tower, interact with the transmission prompt to broadcast the location. This completes the first two objectives in one stop.
Important: Activating the transmission alerts nearby ARC enemies. Before you interact with the equipment, scan the surroundings for hostile machines — especially flying ARC types like Rocketeers, which can attack elevated positions and make leaving the tower dangerous. If the area looks clear, transmit and then descend the ladder quickly rather than lingering at the top.
For help dealing with specific ARC enemy types on Riven Tides, our Hydra ARC guide and Skulker ARC guide cover the ones you are most likely to encounter.
Step 3 – Reach the Old Raider Camp Near the Hotel, Overlooking the Beach
With the tower done, head northwest from Mulatierra Hill toward the western side of the map. Your destination is the area between Azzurro Beach and Wharf.
The old Raider Camp is tucked near the hotel that overlooks the beach in this section. It is a collection of abandoned structures — you should see it as a small cluster of makeshift shelters near the shoreline. When you arrive, the objective updates to prompt you to search the camp for a radio transmitter.
Step 4 – Search for the Radio Transmitter at the Raider Camp
Inside the camp, find the radio transmitter and interact with it. Look for the yellow interaction marker — it sits on or near a piece of communication equipment within the camp.
You do not collect or carry the transmitter. Interacting with it is all that is needed. The objective updates and the quest advances to the final location on the northeastern side of the map.
Since this is on the opposite end of the map from your next destination, some players prefer to extract here and start a fresh raid just for the antenna section. Both approaches work — do whatever fits your playstyle.
Step 5 – Find the Large Antenna Overlooking Riven Tides Harbor

From the Raider Camp, travel east across the entire map, passing the Harbor area on your way. Keep going past the Harbor and into the elevated terrain northeast of it.
On the hilltop in the northeastern corner of the map, you will find a small structure next to a large antenna. This is the final objective location. The antenna is unmistakable — it is the dominant piece of infrastructure on that hillside.
When you arrive at the correct zone, the objective updates and prompts you to weld the broken generator.
Step 6 – Weld the Broken Generator
Right beside the antenna, there is a broken generator. Interact with it to begin welding. You do not need to bring any tools or materials — the welding is handled as a simple interact action.
Wait for the repair animation to complete. Once the generator is fixed, power is restored to the antenna and the final objective unlocks.
Step 7 – Start the Transmitter
With the generator repaired, find the transmitter near the antenna and interact with the “Enable the power” prompt. This activates the communication equipment and completes the final field objective for Celeste’s Teenage Rebellion.
All 7 objectives are now done. You can leave Riven Tides from any extraction point at your leisure — there is no item to protect and no reason to rush. Head back to Speranza and speak with Celeste to collect your rewards.
For extraction options on Riven Tides, see our general extraction guide or use a Raider Hatch Key if you have one handy.
Celeste’s Teenage Rebellion – Rewards
Return to Speranza and speak with Celeste to turn in the quest. You receive:
- 1x Heavy Shield
- 1x Looting Mk. 2 Augment
The Heavy Shield gives you a meaningful defensive upgrade — well worth equipping for tougher raids on Riven Tides or Pendola Pass. The Looting Mk. 2 augment is excellent for anyone focused on scavenging, improving your loot pickup efficiency. Both rewards are immediately usable and genuinely useful for the later Frozen Trail quests.

Tips for Celeste’s Teenage Rebellion
- Use a Free Loadout. No item extraction means no gear risk. This is a pure exploration quest — bring the bare minimum and keep your good equipment for runs where it matters.
- Follow the objectives west to east. Mulatierra Hill (center) → Raider Camp (west) → Harbor antenna (northeast) is the natural flow. Going out of order means backtracking across the whole map.
- Check for flying ARCs before transmitting from the tower. The broadcast draws enemies in. A Rocketeer or Vaporizer attacking you at height is a very unpleasant surprise. Clear the air before you interact.
- Split it across two raids if needed. The antenna location is far from the Raider Camp. If you are running low on time or health, extract after the camp objectives and finish the antenna on a fresh run — progress holds.
- The generator must be welded before the transmitter works. Some players interact with the transmitter first and get confused when nothing happens. Generator first, transmitter second — always.
- Use the map landmarks. Customs House, Azzurro Beach, Wharf, and Harbor are your anchor points for all three locations. Open your map often while navigating the large stretches between them.
