- There are 12 Stealth Guardian Missing Cases in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3, split across three POIs.
- Arms cases (x4) are all in Wonkeeland — northeast side of the map.
- Helmet cases (x4) are all in Shaken Sanctuary — south of center.
- Torso cases (x4) are all in Calamari Canyon — southwest of the map.
- Cases do not appear on your full map. A small exclamation mark icon shows up only when you are close to one.
- Progress saves the instant you open a case. Dying after opening it does not reset your count.
- Each case also drops a random loot item and has a chance to give a rare Sprite.
The Fortnite Runners Stealth Guardian case locations are hidden across three named POIs in Chapter 7 Season 3. Finding all 12 completes the Assemble the Guardian questline and unlocks the full Stealth Guardian skin variant for The Guardian Battle Pass skin. None of the cases appear on your map by default, which is why most players struggle to find them without a guide.
What Are Stealth Guardian Cases in Fortnite Runners
Stealth Guardian Cases are special containers tied to The Guardian Battle Pass skin. Instead of unlocking the Stealth Guardian style through tokens or levels, you have to physically find and open 12 hidden cases spread across the island.
Each set of four cases unlocks a different part of the cosmetic — arms, helmet, or torso. You can collect them in any order and across as many matches as you need. There is no time limit and no single-run requirement.
Opening a case also gives you a random loot item and a chance at a rare Sprite. Players have reported getting Dream, Demon, and Punk Sprites from these cases, making them worth hunting even if you already have the skin unlocked. For the full list of Sprites available this season, see our Fortnite Runners best Sprites guide.
How the Stealth Guardian Case System Works
Your progress saves automatically the moment you open a case. Dying after opening one does not undo it.
Cases are not marked on your main map. The only indicator is a small exclamation mark icon that appears on your minimap when you are close to a case location. If you walk past the rough area without seeing the icon, you are just outside the trigger radius — move closer.
The best approach is to clear one full POI per match rather than bouncing between all three. Each POI holds exactly four cases, so you can finish a full set in one drop if you move quickly.
All Stealth Guardian Missing Arms Case Locations — Wonkeeland
All four Missing Arms cases are in Wonkeeland, the POI on the northeast side of the map. The cases run roughly north to south along the water, so you can sweep them in a single pass.
Arms Case 1 — Fishing Hut, Far Northeast

Land on the far northeast beach of Wonkeeland. Look for a small light blue pier house or fishing hut right on the water’s edge. The first case is sitting right beside the front door.
Arms Case 2 — Lazy River Temple

Follow the lazy river southwest from the fishing hut. You will find an old temple building sitting right along the riverbank. The second case is right outside by the temple walls.
Arms Case 3 — Blue Building, Southern Wonkeeland

Head south toward the main Wonkeeland structures. Look for a blue-colored building in the southern section of the POI. The case is outside, resting behind the metal guard rail on the exterior wall.
Arms Case 4 — Roadside Ramp, East Wonkeeland

Move west from the main POI toward the hillside. There is a wooden ramp or jumping ramp built along the dirt path near the road heading east. The final Arms case is tucked directly underneath it.
All Stealth Guardian Missing Helmet Case Locations — Shaken Sanctuary
All four Missing Helmet cases are in Shaken Sanctuary, which sits just south of the center of the island. The area has a mix of buildings, open hillside, and dense tree lines. Pick up a weapon before you start searching — the sightlines here are long and players contest this POI regularly.
Helmet Case 1 — Western Bridge End

From the main Shaken Sanctuary building, head left (west). There is a bridge on the western side. The first Helmet case is at the end of that bridge, underneath it on the western side.
Helmet Case 2 — Big Tree North of the Bridge

Head north from the bridge. There is a large tree — look near it, sometimes described as being on a hill covered in autumn-coloured foliage. The case sits underneath the tree.
Helmet Case 3 — Yellow Grass Hill Tree

Continue north from the second case toward a small hill where the grass turns yellow. Another tree marks the spot. The third Helmet case is underneath it.
Helmet Case 4 — Building Stairs

Turn right (east) from the yellow grass hill and look for a building. The final Helmet case is hidden under a staircase on one side of that building. Check the exterior stairs rather than going inside.
All Stealth Guardian Missing Torso Case Locations — Calamari Canyon
All four Missing Torso cases are in Calamari Canyon, the POI in the southwest corner of the map. The area mixes coastal terrain, roads, and cliffside structures. The cases spread out more here than in the other two POIs, so give yourself a full match to clear this set comfortably.
Torso Case 1 — Fishing Hut, Northwest Calamari Canyon

Start at the small fishing hut in the northwest portion of Calamari Canyon. The first case is sitting right by the front door, same as the Wonkeeland fishing hut setup.
Torso Case 2 — Small Roadside Compound

From the fishing hut, move east along the main road. There is a small compound sitting by the road. The second case is somewhere in or around that compound. Look along the exterior structures.
Torso Case 3 — Sprite Station / Concrete Cliffside

Head to the northeast edge of Calamari Canyon and find the Sprite Station — a concrete foundation built into the cliffside. This is also where an active Extraction Site mechanic appears. The third case is near the main concrete stairs, close to stacked boxes on the right side.
Torso Case 4 — Building by the River, North Calamari Canyon

Move north from Calamari Canyon until you reach a building sitting right by the main river line. Go inside through the front door and check the back wall. The final Torso case is there, reported to be sitting below a wall of vintage Dark Voyager posters.
Best Route to Get All 12 Stealth Guardian Cases Fast
You do not need to find all 12 in a single match. But if you want to finish the questline quickly across multiple games, this order works well:
- Match 1 — Wonkeeland: Drop northeast, sweep all four Arms cases along the river from the fishing hut south to the ramp. Low contested, good rotation to other POIs after.
- Match 2 — Shaken Sanctuary: Land on the western bridge, clear all four Helmet cases moving north. Grab a weapon first — the open hillside makes you an easy target.
- Match 3 — Calamari Canyon: Start at the northwest fishing hut and work your way east and northeast. This takes the longest because the cases are more spread out.
You can do it faster if you combine a case run with other objectives. Calamari Canyon is close to several vault and secret locations. After clearing the Torso cases, check our Fortnite Runners vault locations guide to see if any vaults are worth hitting on the same rotation.
Stealth Guardian Cases and Sprite Farming
Each Stealth Guardian case gives you a random loot item when opened. More importantly, they have a confirmed chance to drop rare Sprites — including Epic and Legendary rarity ones that are otherwise hard to find.
This makes the case hunt a genuine double objective. You are completing the questline and building your Sprite collection at the same time.
For the Fortnite Sprite chest locations and other dedicated Sprite farming spots, check that guide to plan a full collection run. If you are still figuring out which Sprites are worth prioritising, our rarest Sprites in Fortnite Runners guide covers drop rates and what each one actually does.
Does Opening a Stealth Guardian Case Count If You Die
Yes. Progress saves the instant you interact with and open the case. If you die in the same match immediately after, the case still counts.
This means you can land, open a case, get eliminated, and still have that case permanently registered in your questline. You do not need to survive to the end of the match for it to count.
What Do You Unlock for Finding All Stealth Guardian Cases
Finding all four cases in each category unlocks a specific style for the Stealth Guardian skin variant:
- All 4 Wonkeeland cases: Unlocks the Stealth Guardian Arms style
- All 4 Shaken Sanctuary cases: Unlocks the Stealth Guardian Helmet style
- All 4 Calamari Canyon cases: Unlocks the Stealth Guardian Torso style
Once all 12 are found, the full Stealth Guardian set is complete and the Assemble the Guardian questline finishes.
