Use positive (green) cards first to build a friendship base. Once you have a solid friendship, you can start introducing pink (romantic) cards into conversations.
Pink cards are the romantic options. They carry a success percentage shown on the card. A higher relationship level means a better success rate. If the percentage is low, it is smarter to build the friendship more before going romantic. A failed romantic card can slow things down and leave your Para embarrassed.

Step 2 – Trigger the “Propose” Want
Once your Paras have reached the Lovers label, keep interacting. At some point, a Flirty Emotion pop-up will appear on your Para’s emotion panel. This pop-up offers a new want: “Propose to [name].”
Click this want to activate it. This is important — the Propose card will not reliably appear in conversations unless you have selected this want first. Once you do, the next time your Para talks to their love interest, a pink Propose card should appear in the Together Cards options.
Step 3 – Propose
When the Propose card appears, check the success percentage shown in the top right corner of the card. This percentage is affected by:
- The current relationship level between the two Paras.

- Their charisma and Vibe.

Once your Paras are engaged and have continued building their relationship, the Elope card will appear as an option inside the Discuss Relationship card during a conversation. It shows up as a yellow Together Card.
Select the Elope option. Your two Paras will exchange rings and share a few words. There is no big wedding cutscene, no ceremony venue, and no guest list in the current Early Access version. It is a simple, quiet moment — but it officially makes your Paras spouses.
