One important thing to know: Paralives lets you own more than one lot at a time. Buying a new home does not automatically sell your old one. This gives you flexibility to keep both if you want.

After buying the new lot, click on it in town view and zoom into the interior. Click on any piece of furniture — a bed or a couch works well. Select the interaction option like Sit or Sleep. Your Parafolks will then walk over and settle into the new home automatically.

If you only want one home, head back to town view and click on your old lot. You will see a red sell button. Click it and confirm. You get the Paradimes from the sale right away.
