Step 1 — Sail to The Black Trench

Step 2 — Use the Diving Bell to Enter
Interact with the mast or shipwreck marker to deploy the Diving Bell and drop into the water. Once you take control of Edward underwater, orient yourself southwest and swim toward the large sunken ships ahead of you.

Step 5 — Dive Down into the Trench
From the air barrel, look down and slightly west. You will see a massive rocky trench cutting through the zone below you. Dive straight down and keep swimming deeper until the ocean floor renders in beneath you. Keep going until you physically cannot go any further down.
Step 6 — Find the Broken Diving Bell
At the very bottom of the trench, you are looking for a broken or sunken diving bell resting on the ocean floor. This is the marker that confirms you are at the lowest point on the map. Swim close to it — and if the trophy or achievement does not pop immediately, physically drag Edward along the sea floor in circles around the bell. Make sure his body is actually touching the ground, not just hovering above it.
