FU XUAN
Build Guide – Best Relics, Light Cone & Teams
✦ S TIER · QUANTUM PRESERVATION · HSR 4.0 ✦The Master Diviner · The Best Solution Always
Fu Xuan is a 5-star Quantum Preservation character — the Head of the Divination Commission on the Xianzhou Luofu, keeper of the ship’s sacred route, and the most infuriatingly self-confident sage you will ever meet. Released in Version 1.3, she was the game’s first new Preservation character post-launch and immediately became a meta-defining sustain. She remains solidly S Tier in HSR 4.0 — not as the apex sustain she once was, but as a uniquely capable defensive support who fills roles no other character can quite replicate.
Fu Xuan’s core mechanic is The Matrix of Prescience — a field activated by her Skill that redirects 65% of all damage dealt to allies to Fu Xuan herself before shields are applied. This is proactive, guaranteed damage mitigation, not reactive healing. Combined with her Talent’s passive 10–22% team damage reduction (active as long as she lives), her self-healing at 50% HP, and her Ultimate’s AoE Quantum damage that also replenishes her Talent’s healing charges, she creates a remarkably self-sufficient defensive loop. Critically, her Skill also grants all allies +10% CRIT Rate and an HP increase scaled from her Max HP — dual offensive utility atop already-elite defence.
In HSR 4.0’s meta context, Fu Xuan has been surpassed by many of the later sustains in terms of utility, amplification, and damage — particularly Huohuo, Lingsha, and Aventurine who provide stronger team buffs. The recent addition of HP-scaling characters is also partially incompatible with Fu Xuan’s kit, as they often require massive healing which Fu Xuan cannot provide. Nevertheless, she remains the premier sustain for teams where proactive damage interception matters more than raw healing output — most notably in Acheron teams (where her Trend LC application generates Slashed Dream stacks) and classic Quantum hypercarry compositions with Seele or Qingque.
Core Mechanics Explained
SPD Breakpoints & HP Targets
Ensure your Fu Xuan is tanky enough to survive by prioritizing HP% and DEF%. Next, try to hit key Speed breakpoints (121 and 134) through the combination of Speed boots, SPD 2-piece set, and sub-stats.
☽ The Matrix Refresh Rotation
Fu Xuan’s optimal rotation is to use two Basic ATKs after using her Skill. Check the ground to see whether or not the purple star is fading — use Fu Xuan’s Skill when the star is fading as that indicates the Matrix of Prescience is about to end. The practical cycle: Skill → Basic ATK → Basic ATK → Skill (refresh) → repeat. Use Ultimate whenever Energy reaches 135. Don’t use Skill at the start of a new Matrix window if possible — the A2 bonus provides +20 Energy when Skill refreshes while Matrix is already active. This Energy bonus is a meaningful contributor to cycling Ultimate every 3 turns without an ERR rope (when using the signature LC). At 134 SPD, the 3-turn rotation is reliable. Below 121 SPD, Matrix may expire before you can refresh it — a significant survivability risk.
Best Light Cones
She Already Shut Her Eyes
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Signature — Best in Slot
Fu Xuan’s dedicated signature LC and her clear Best in Slot. Fu Xuan’s best Light Cone is She Already Shut Her Eyes, which increases the wearer’s Max HP and Energy Regeneration in addition to providing a damage boost to all allies for two turns when the wearer loses HP. On top of that, all allies will restore some HP at the beginning of each combat wave based on the amount they’ve lost.
At S1: +24% Max HP (directly scales all of Fu Xuan’s abilities), +12% ERR (dramatically reduces the Energy needed to cycle Ultimate — with this LC, Fu Xuan only needs 8 additional Energy before ERR to use her Ultimate every third turn), and when HP is reduced, grants all allies +15% DMG for 2 turns. The wave-start HP restoration is particularly powerful in Pure Fiction and multi-wave Memory of Chaos — it passively heals the entire team each time a new wave begins. Mobalytics: “Fu Xuan’s signature is great for her, but not necessary for her sustaining capabilities. The biggest benefit of her LC can be felt in multi-wave or SU/DU, where it automatically heals the whole party when entering battle or a new wave.”
Day One of My New Life
⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4-Star — Best Team Mitigation OptionThe best accessible LC for team defensive utility. At S1: +16% DEF and after entering battle, all allies receive +8% All-Type RES (scaling to +10% at S1 due to internal bonuses). Day One is a very good Light Cone for Fu Xuan, arguably the best LC in terms of team damage mitigation other than Fu Xuan’s signature LC, due to the All-Type RES it gives to the whole team. The All-Type RES is a significant team-wide defensive buff — reducing all damage received by all allies from all damage types simultaneously. This makes Day One the preferred choice in content with heavy mixed damage types or sustained AoE. It does not provide ERR — combine with ERR substat investment or the 2-piece Messenger/SPD set to maintain Ultimate cycling.
Texture of Memories
⭐⭐⭐ 3-Star — Best F2P Option (Herta Store)
The best free-to-acquire LC for Fu Xuan. Available from Herta’s Shop — takes time to accumulate enough Hertacoin, but worth prioritising. At S5: +16% Effect RES and when attacked without a Shield, gains a Shield equal to +32% of Max HP for 2 turns; while having that Shield, damage received decreases by +24%. Texture of Memories is a very accessible and good Light Cone for Fu Xuan, since it’s available in the Herta Shop. Extra Effect RES is nice since it makes Broken Keel’s 30% threshold easier to reach. This Light Cone helps with Fu Xuan’s survivability the most, due to the personal shield.
The S5 personal shield (32% Max HP) is substantial — reducing the damage Fu Xuan takes from redirected hits significantly. The Effect RES makes the Broken Keel planar’s +30% threshold trivially achievable without EFF RES substats, freeing those substat rolls for DEF% or HP%. Trade-off: no team defensive utility (unlike Day One’s All-Type RES), no ERR (unlike signature), and the Shield only applies to Fu Xuan personally.
Trend of the Universal Market / Moment of Victory
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Niche — Acheron & Aggro
Trend of the Universal Market: A uniquely powerful niche LC for Acheron teams. Trend of the Universal Market is a niche Light Cone that is good in just one team comp — Acheron’s — due to the debuff it provides. At S5: provides +32% DEF, and when Fu Xuan is attacked, there is a 120% base chance to Burn the enemy — the Burn applies a DoT debuff counted as a Slashed Dream stack for Acheron. Since Fu Xuan naturally takes all redirected team damage, she is attacked frequently — generating consistent Burn procs and therefore consistent Slashed Dream stacks for Acheron. In Acheron teams, this LC turns Fu Xuan into an active stack generator.
Moment of Victory (Gepard LC): Gepard’s Light Cone is not a bad choice just for the fact that 5-star cones have higher base stats than 4-stars. The Effect Hit Rate is useless for Fu Xuan, and the increased taunt can be a double-edged sword, but it provides a lot of DEF for survivability. The higher DEF from the 5-star base stat is the primary value — if you own this LC and no better option, it’s a viable stopgap.
Best Relics & Planar Ornaments
Guard of Wuthering Snow (2pc) + Longevous Disciple (2pc) ✦ Best in Slot — Universal Consensus
The best relic set for Fu Xuan is two pieces of Guard of Wuthering Snow and two pieces of Longevous Disciple, as it boosts her Max HP while also reducing the damage she takes. The 8% DMG Reduction from Guard is vital for surviving redirected AoE damage. This combination addresses both sides of Fu Xuan’s survival challenge: Guard reduces incoming damage from every redirected hit, while Longevous provides more HP for both healing capacity and damage scaling. Fu Xuan benefits immensely from the 2-piece Guard of Wuthering Snow set effect, but makes poor use of its 4-piece effect. As such, Fu Xuan’s optimal sets will almost universally contain 2-piece Guard combined with another 2-piece set.
Longevous Disciple (2pc) + Messenger Traversing Hackerspace (2pc) SPD-Priority Mix
You can go for two pieces of Longevous Disciple with two pieces of Messenger Traversing Hackerspace if you need some help hitting the speed threshold to activate the Fleet of the Ageless buff. The 6% SPD from Messenger is particularly valuable if you’re using HP% boots instead of SPD boots (trading SPD main stat for more HP) and need to recover the lost SPD through the set bonus. Use this combination when your Longevous + Guard pieces have poor substats but you have excellent Messenger pieces, or when reaching 134 SPD requires this set bonus.
Fleet of the Ageless ✦ Best Planar Ornament — Unanimous
The universally recommended planar ornament for Fu Xuan — every source confirms this. The +12% Max HP directly amplifies all HP-scaling mechanics in her kit. The +8% ATK to all allies at 120+ SPD is a passive team buff that activates effortlessly (every properly built Fu Xuan reaches 120 SPD) and benefits all ATK-scaling DPS characters on the team simultaneously. No other planar ornament provides this combination of personal HP scaling and team ATK amplification. Main stats: Link Rope = ERR% (mandatory without the signature LC — needed to cycle Ultimate every 3 turns and replenish Talent charges; Fu Xuan would need an Energy Regeneration Rope to be able to use her Ultimate frequently and gain stacks for her Talent); Sphere = HP% (all damage and healing scales with HP — HP% sphere is always the correct choice for Fu Xuan).
Broken Keel (2pc) — Situational Team CRIT DMG Buff
Broken Keel provides +10% Effect RES and, when Effect RES is 30% or higher, all allies’ CRIT DMG increases by 10%. This can be combined with Longevous Disciple 2pc in place of Guard if you can reliably reach 30% Effect RES — Texture of Memories at S5 provides 16% EFF RES, plus substat EFF RES can close the gap. Any Planar Ornaments that boost HP or Energy Regeneration can be effectively utilized by Fu Xuan, as they complement her skills, making her even more resilient. However, there is no real suitable 4-piece planar for Fu Xuan, so a combo of 2-piece sets that help with bulk and HP works best. Broken Keel’s +10% team CRIT DMG is valuable in CRIT DPS teams (Seele, Acheron, Jingliu) — but requires investing in EFF RES substats or specific LCs to reliably maintain the 30% threshold.
Main Stats & Substat Priority
Stat Priorities
Trace Priority
- Skill — Known by Stars, Shown by Hearts (Lv.10, Highest Priority): Fu Xuan’s most important ability — activates The Matrix of Prescience (damage redirection), grants all allies the Knowledge effect (CRIT Rate + Max HP), and generates bonus Energy when refreshed. Higher Skill levels increase the CRIT Rate granted by Knowledge and may improve the HP scaling. Since the Skill is used every 3 turns throughout every fight, every level compounds significantly. Max first without exception.
- Ultimate — Woes of Many Morphed into One (Lv.8+, Second Priority): The Ultimate’s primary functional value is replenishing the Talent’s HP Restore trigger count — keeping the self-healing loop sustainable. Higher Ultimate levels increase the HP-scaling DMG multiplier and unlock higher healing from the A4 trace. Level to 8 as next priority; push to 10 when Character EXP allows. Game8: “Fu Xuan’s Ultimate should be your second priority because this will give you an additional trigger count for the HP Restore effect.”
- Talent — Bleak Breeds Bliss (Lv.8+, Third Priority): Higher Talent levels increase the passive Misfortune Avoidance DMG reduction percentage (from 10% base toward 22% max) — directly reducing all damage the entire team takes. Also improves the HP Restore healing percentage and the threshold HP percentage. Level to 8 when resources allow.
- Bonus Abilities — All Three (Mandatory, immediately): A2 provides the bonus +20 Energy regeneration when using Skill while Matrix is active — critical for Ultimate cycling. A4 adds a teamwide heal on Ultimate use. A6 enables Fu Xuan to negate the first Crowd Control debuff while Matrix is active — preventing stuns, imprisons, and freezes from removing her from the field. All three are essential and unlock through standard ascension.
- Basic ATK — Novaburst (Lv.1–6, Lowest Priority): Fu Xuan’s Basic ATK deals minor Quantum DMG to a single enemy. It’s used primarily for SP generation and Energy accumulation between Skill uses, not for damage. Higher levels provide a marginal DMG increase on a rarely impactful hit. Leave at Lv.1; invest all trace materials in Skill, Ultimate, and Talent first.
Eidolons Guide
| Eid. | Effect | Rating | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| E0 | Full base kit — Matrix of Prescience (65% DMG redirect, +CRIT Rate, +Max HP Knowledge), Talent Misfortune Avoidance (passive DMG reduction + self-heal), Ultimate (Quantum AoE + Talent charge), A6 CC immunity while Matrix active | Complete S Tier Sustain | E0 Fu Xuan is a fully functional top-tier defensive support. Fu Xuan functions very well without Eidolons or her signature Light Cone. However, if looking to invest further, she will almost certainly get more value out of her first Eidolon. |
| E1 | Dominus Pacis: The Knowledge effect additionally increases all allies’ CRIT DMG by 30%. | Highest Priority Eidolon | Eidolon 1 adds a CRIT DMG bonus to her Skill’s Knowledge effect. +30% CRIT DMG to all allies while Matrix is active (essentially permanent during fights) is enormous — it benefits every CRIT-scaling DPS simultaneously. This is a team-wide offensive amplification that rivals many dedicated Harmony supports. She will almost certainly get more value out of her first Eidolon than from the signature LC for players choosing between investments. |
| E2 | Omnia Vita: When any ally is struck by a killing blow while Matrix of Prescience is active, they do not get knocked down and their HP is immediately restored to 70% of Max HP. This effect can trigger once per battle. | Game-Changing Safety Net | Eidolon 2 is huge — it allows an ally struck down with a killing blow to survive this hit and gain a big heal while Matrix of Prescience is active, once per battle. A one-time team resurrection that prevents wipes from sudden-death mechanics or burst damage. Invaluable in Apocalyptic Shadow and high-difficulty Memory of Chaos where one unexpected hit can end a run. E2 Fu Xuan with E1’s +30% CRIT DMG is a landmark investment. |
| E3 | Skill Lv. +2 (max Lv.15), Basic ATK Lv. +1 (max Lv.10) | Skill Amplification | Higher Skill levels improve the CRIT Rate granted by Knowledge and the HP scaling of the ally Max HP bonus — both meaningful for the team. En route to E4+. |
| E4 | Fortuna Stellarum: When Fu Xuan is protected by the Matrix of Prescience and an ally is attacked, Fu Xuan regenerates 5 Energy. | Energy Acceleration | Since Fu Xuan intercepts all ally damage while Matrix is active, and allies are hit frequently in difficult content, this provides consistent passive Energy generation. In multi-hit AoE content (Pure Fiction, Apocalyptic Shadow waves), E4 can substantially accelerate Ultimate cycling — reducing reliance on ERR rope and potentially freeing the Link Rope slot for HP%. |
| E5 | Ultimate Lv. +2 (max Lv.15), Talent Lv. +2 (max Lv.15) | Defence Scaling | Higher Talent levels improve Misfortune Avoidance’s damage reduction percentage — a genuine team defensive improvement. Higher Ultimate scaling improves HP tally damage. En route to E6. |
| E6 | Omnia Veritas: Ultimate damage is increased by 200% of the total HP lost by all team members in the current battle, capped at 120% of Fu Xuan’s Max HP. This value resets after each Ultimate use and re-accumulates. | DPS Amplification | Turns Fu Xuan into a meaningful damage dealer in fights with sustained team HP drain — the more damage redirected to her and the more HP lost by allies, the more powerful each Ultimate becomes. In AoE content where all four characters take multi-hit damage, E6 Fu Xuan’s Ultimate can deal substantial burst damage on top of her defensive support role. Reserved for dedicated Fu Xuan players. |
Best Team Compositions
Crimson Prophecy — Acheron & Trend
Fu Xuan’s most impactful modern team composition — Mobalytics confirms this as a premier Acheron team configuration. Acheron’s synergy with Fu Xuan doesn’t have much to do with Fu Xuan’s kit directly, but her ability to use Trend of the Universal Market provides a debuff when Fu Xuan gets hit — which generates Slashed Dream stacks for Acheron. Trend is only usable on Preservation, and there are only two limited Preservation units released so far, the other being Aventurine.
In this team, Fu Xuan equips Trend of the Universal Market (not her signature) — generating a Burn DoT debuff every time she is attacked, which both deals damage and generates Slashed Dream stacks for Acheron. Since Fu Xuan intercepts 65% of all ally damage, she is hit very frequently — potentially generating multiple Burn procs per cycle. Fu Xuan can hold the Trend Light Cone for additional debuffs whenever she gets hit, giving a Slashed Dream when applied. Mobalytics notes Jiaoqiu is not present in certain Acheron/Jiaoqiu variants since Trend on Fu Xuan is incompatible with Ashen Roast — use Silver Wolf and another Nihility or Jiaoqiu depending on LC availability. Fu Xuan’s +CRIT Rate Knowledge bonus also directly benefits Acheron’s CRIT-scaling Ultimate.
Mono-Quantum — Divination & Silver Fate
The original gold-standard Fu Xuan team — still fully viable in HSR 4.0 for players running Seele. Seele — giving the much needed CRIT Rate that Seele needs is extremely useful in itself. Fu Xuan also provides a 1-time CC ignore for stuff like Imprisons and Freezes, which prevents Seele’s pace slowdown, making it invaluable. Seele’s Resurgence mechanic relies on her acting during specific windows — any CC effect that delays her breaks the loop. Fu Xuan’s A6 trace, which negates the first CC debuff while Matrix is active, directly protects Seele’s action order.
With a team consisting of just Quantum characters, Silver Wolf is guaranteed to put Quantum weakness on the enemy — enabling full Weakness Break uptime and allowing the entire team to contribute Toughness damage simultaneously. In this team, Lynx would be using her Skill on Fu Xuan in the alternative version — but in the premium version, Sparkle replaces the healer slot, providing action advances and CRIT DMG stacking for Seele while Sparkle’s ATK buff gives Seele a meaningful boost. Fu Xuan sustains the team entirely through damage redirection and self-healing — no dedicated healer needed.
Undying Contract — Blade & Damage Loop
Blade — Fu Xuan provides a minor HP increase which helps DPS like Blade that is more sufficient in healing himself than someone like Castorice or Jingliu that quickly drain the team’s health, which would instead kill Fu Xuan. Blade’s HP-drain loop (Hellscape Enhanced Basic ATKs draining HP each use) generates Talent charges through damage taken — Fu Xuan’s redirection does not block this, because Blade’s HP drain is self-inflicted, not ally-attack damage. Fu Xuan’s +CRIT Rate Knowledge bonus helps Blade’s post-3.4 CRIT Rate goal.
Fu Xuan does have an AoE ability on her Ultimate, which can provide minor team support in certain configurations. The key advantage of Fu Xuan specifically over Huohuo in Blade teams: Fu Xuan’s damage redirection doesn’t give Blade a shield (which would block Talent charge generation), unlike Aventurine or Gepard. This makes her uniquely compatible as a Blade sustain — she keeps the team alive through redirection without interfering with Blade’s damage loop. Ruan Mei provides DMG% amplification and Break efficiency. Sunday or Bronya provides Action Advance for more Blade turns.
Stars Aligned — Accessible Quantum Core
Game8’s F2P team involves Dan Heng as your DPS. Fu Xuan can decrease the DMG taken and provide CRIT Rate buffs to increase Dan Heng’s chances of slowing down enemies. Asta and Yukong can also enhance the party through SPD and even more CRIT buffs respectively. Dan Heng benefits meaningfully from Fu Xuan’s +CRIT Rate Knowledge bonus — his Slow mechanic relies on hitting CRIT, so more CRIT Rate means more reliable Slow procs and therefore more turns. Asta’s SPD buff helps Fu Xuan reach the 121 SPD breakpoint without needing SPD boots, potentially freeing the boot slot for HP% for more survivability.
Yukong provides targeted CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG buffs during her Roaring Bowstrings window — stacking with Fu Xuan’s Knowledge CRIT Rate for high-damage turns. This team performs well in all story content and lower-difficulty Memory of Chaos. Upgrade path: replace Dan Heng with Seele when available → replace Yukong with Sparkle or Bronya → replace Asta with Silver Wolf for mono-Quantum → arrive at the fully premium composition. Fu Xuan remains in the team throughout the entire upgrade progression.
✦ Who Fu Xuan Doesn’t Pair With — And Why
There are some characters that don’t synergize well with Fu Xuan. Arlan’s self-damage doesn’t benefit from her kit at all, and he requires a decent shield and healer, so Fu Xuan would be taking up valuable spots while only slowing down his ramping damage. Yanqing doesn’t synergize well either — while she can improve his survivability, she can’t provide a shield and has no way of preventing Yanqing from taking damage, meaning she can’t prevent him from losing his Soulsteel Sync. Additionally, HP-scaling characters who require massive healing — like Castorice or Jingliu — can be problematic, as they quickly drain the team’s health in ways that overwhelm Fu Xuan’s redirection capacity and she cannot provide sufficient healing output to compensate. For these characters, Huohuo or Lingsha are significantly better sustain choices.
HSR 4.0 Meta Context & Honest Assessment
Where Fu Xuan Stands in February 2026
Fu Xuan occupies a nuanced position in HSR 4.0. She is unambiguously S Tier — but the question is which S Tier. Fu Xuan has been surpassed by many of the later sustains, both in terms of utility, amp, and damage. The recent addition of HP-scaling characters also are incompatible with Fu Xuan’s kit, as they often require massive healing which Fu Xuan cannot provide. Her 10% CRIT Rate is decent, but many recent characters and relics come with a lot of CRIT Rate and can easily overcap, making her purpose redundant.
However, her specific strengths remain uniquely valuable: Acheron compatibility (Trend LC generates Slashed Dream stacks reliably), CC immunity for Seele and other action-dependent DPS (the A6 trace blocks one CC per Matrix window), no-shield sustain (critical for Blade who cannot function with a shielder), and a passive 10%+ team damage reduction that operates without any actions required. Prydwen’s January 2026 data shows Fu Xuan remains frequently used in Memory of Chaos, Pure Fiction, and Apocalyptic Shadow across all current patches. Fu Xuan excels at damage reduction and team survivability through her unique mechanics that can prevent damage before it occurs — her ability to provide consistent damage reduction makes her invaluable in difficult encounters where preventing damage is more important than healing it.
Pulling exclusively for Fu Xuan is not recommended, as there is almost always a better sustain that provides more for the team. If you don’t have a sustain though (and you lose to her in 50/50), she should be reliable for most scenarios in keeping the team alive. As a standard banner character available through the Celestial Invitation selection since Patch 3.2, she is an exceptional long-term investment for players without a premium sustain.
Should You Pull Fu Xuan?
🔮 Pull Fu Xuan If:
- You run Acheron and can equip Fu Xuan with Trend of the Universal Market — she generates consistent Slashed Dream stacks through redirected hits, and Trend is a Preservation-exclusive LC that works synergistically with her damage interception mechanics. No other Preservation character provides this specific value without being Aventurine.
- You play Seele or other CC-vulnerable DPS characters — Fu Xuan’s A6 trace (CC immunity once per Matrix window) is irreplaceable for maintaining Seele’s Resurgence loop in content with freeze, imprison, or stun mechanics. No other sustain provides proactive CC immunity.
- You use Blade as your primary DPS — Fu Xuan is the correct sustain choice (damage redirection without shields, unlike Aventurine). She keeps the team alive without interfering with Blade’s Talent charge generation from taking hits.
- You need a no-investment sustain from the standard banner — available through Celestial Invitation since 3.2, Fu Xuan is one of the best 50/50 loss outcomes in HSR. E0 with basic relics and Texture of Memories sustains most content comfortably.
- You want CRIT Rate support that doesn’t require constant actions — the Knowledge effect’s +10–15% CRIT Rate and +30% CRIT DMG at E1 is passive, always-on, and benefits any CRIT-scaling DPS without using SP or creating rotation conflicts.
⚠️ Lower Priority If:
- Your primary DPS is an HP-scaling character like Castorice, Jingliu, or another character who rapidly drains team HP — Fu Xuan cannot provide sufficient healing to counter this drain. HP-scaling characters often require massive healing which Fu Xuan cannot provide. Choose Huohuo, Lingsha, or Luocha for these teams.
- You already own Huohuo, Lingsha, or Aventurine — in most generic team compositions, these sustains provide superior team utility, stronger buffs, and better healing. Fu Xuan’s advantages are specific (Acheron/Trend, CC immunity, Blade compatibility) rather than universal.
- Your main content is Pure Fiction multi-enemy waves where AoE sustain and team offensive buffs matter more than single-target damage reduction — Huohuo’s team-wide energy battery and healing makes her a stronger Pure Fiction sustain for most compositions.
- You need a shielder specifically — Fu Xuan does not provide shields. Yanqing, Arlan, and other shield-dependent characters cannot function in her team.
Final Verdict: Fu Xuan is a timeless S Tier sustain with a uniquely defined niche. She is not the universal best sustain of 2026 — that title belongs to Huohuo, Lingsha, and in specific teams, Aventurine. But in Acheron teams with Trend, in Seele compositions where CC immunity preserves Resurgence, and in Blade teams where shields would be actively harmful, Fu Xuan remains the single correct answer. The Master Diviner computed every possible outcome before pulling her — and in those specific configurations, every calculation confirms the same result. She already foresaw this verdict. She always does. Her solution is always the best solution. And in HSR 4.0, that solution is an S Tier sustain who has outlasted many of the characters she was once supposed to be outclassed by.
