The Improving Your Quality of Life note is found next to a Workbench inside the ruins of a house in Withered Wasteland, north-east of the Pokémon Center. Look for the crumbled structure — the Note sits right beside the crafting station.

Withered Wasteland – Someone’s Journal #1

Someone’s Journal #1 is located inside the Withered Wasteland Pokémon Center. Head inside and look around — it’s straightforward to spot once you’ve restored the center in this area.

Bleak Beach – How to Open a Shop

The How to Open a Shop note is found in the ruins of a shop south-west of the Pokémon Center in Bleak Beach. Scout the south-west corner of the area near the beachside ruins and you should find it quickly.

Bleak Beach – Someone’s Journal #2

Someone’s Journal #2 is found inside the Bleak Beach Pokémon Center. Once you’ve unlocked Bleak Beach by completing the Withered Wasteland main quests, head straight for the center interior.

Rocky Ridges – Tomorrow’s Meals

The Tomorrow’s Meals note sits on a stone ledge between a box and a sink in the south-east area of Rocky Ridges. It blends into the environment, so explore the south-east section carefully. While you’re in the area, it’s a great time to gather materials for crafting.

Rocky Ridges – Someone’s Journal #3

Someone’s Journal #3 is located inside the Rocky Ridges Pokémon Center. You’ll need to have progressed the story to reach Rocky Ridges first — once there, head into the Pokémon Center and the journal will be waiting inside.

Sparkling Skylands – Observation Notes

The Observation Notes note is found next to the Area Gate on the east side of Sparkling Skylands. This is the final major unlockable area, so you’ll need to complete the main quests across all three preceding zones first. Work on increasing your Environment Level to unlock it faster.

Sparkling Skylands – Someone’s Journal #4

Someone’s Journal #4 is inside the Sparkling Skylands Pokémon Center. As the last major area in Pokopia, Sparkling Skylands only becomes accessible after you’ve worked through Withered Wasteland, Bleak Beach, and Rocky Ridges in full.

Tips for Finding All Notes in Pokémon Pokopia

Notes don’t stand out visually, so a systematic approach helps. Check near Workbenches, Pokémon Centers, and Area Gates first — these landmarks tend to be near Note spawn points. Progress the main story before hunting for Notes; trying to collect them out of order will lock you out of entire areas.

Your moves and transformations are useful for reaching awkward spots. Some Notes may be on elevated ledges or across water, so make sure you know how to jump and how to swim before exploring. While you’re hunting Notes, keep an eye on your Pokédex and Habitat Dex — Notes often appear in habitat-rich environments worth cataloguing anyway.
