Qiqi Stellar-Conduct Build In Genshin Impact

Qiqi After the 6.7 Witch’s Revelation Buffs

For years Qiqi was one of the most dreaded standard banner pulls in the game. That changed in version 6.7 with the Witch’s Revelation system, which gave her a full kit overhaul tied to the new Stellar-Conduct reaction. She went from the meme character to one of the best supports in the current meta overnight.

Her core identity hasn’t changed — she’s still a Cryo Sword healer who scales off ATK. But now, when she’s inside a Polestar Field created by a Stellar Linchpin character like Sandrone, she enters the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state and becomes a genuine team buffer on top of her healing role.

What Changed for Qiqi in Genshin Impact 6.7

These are the key changes Qiqi received with her Witch’s Revelation buff:

• Skill cooldown reduced to 15 seconds — matching the Skill’s duration exactly, giving her 100% uptime on Herald of Frost. Before this she was stuck with a 30-second cooldown, making the Sacrificial Sword almost mandatory just to function.
• Coordinated Cryo attacks added — Herald of Frost now launches a coordinated Cryo attack whenever the on-field character hits an enemy, increasing her off-field Cryo application considerably.
• 50% Stellar-Conduct and Superconduct DMG buff — when her Skill is active inside a Polestar Field, she raises the whole party’s Stellar-Conduct and Superconduct reaction damage by 50%. This is directly tied to Sandrone’s main damage source.
• Elemental Burst now deals Stellar-Conduct DMG — provided a Stellar Linchpin is in the party, her Burst gains an extra instance of Stellar-Conduct damage on top of its usual healing.
• Fortune-Preserving Talisman uptime improved — her A4 passive now has a 100% chance to apply the talisman with a shorter cooldown, making healing much more consistent.

Note that Qiqi cannot trigger Stellar-Conduct by herself. She needs a Stellar Linchpin character — currently Sandrone — in the party to create the Polestar Field that activates her Radiance state.

Qiqi Best Weapons for Stellar-Conduct

Sacrificial Sword (4-Star) — Best Overall

Even with the cooldown fix, Sacrificial Sword remains Qiqi’s top pick for Stellar-Conduct teams. Its Energy Recharge sub-stat helps her burst more consistently, and the reset passive lets her cast Herald of Frost twice per rotation in longer fights — which means full uptime on her 50% Stellar-Conduct DMG buff even in extended rotations. At Refinement 5 the reset chance is 80%, making it almost guaranteed.

Skyward Blade (5-Star)

The only 5-star Sword with an Energy Recharge sub-stat, which is exactly what Qiqi wants. Its passive also boosts ATK Speed, which slightly improves her healing output. A solid upgrade over Sacrificial Sword if you have it, but not a massive gap.

Favonius Sword (4-Star)

A great option if your team needs more Energy. The passive generates Elemental Particles on CRIT hits, which helps the whole team recharge Bursts faster. If running Favonius, aim for at least 40% CRIT Rate to proc it consistently.

Freedom-Sworn (5-Star)

A strong option for players who want Qiqi to contribute a team-wide ATK and Normal Attack DMG buff. It doesn’t have Energy Recharge, so you’ll need more ER from artifacts, but the Millennial Movement buffs it grants are valuable for Sandrone and Yae Miko alike.

Qiqi Best Artifacts for Stellar-Conduct

Tenacity of the Millelith (4-Piece) — Best General Option

This is Qiqi’s best all-around set in Stellar-Conduct teams. When Herald of Frost hits an enemy, it triggers the 4-piece bonus and gives all nearby party members a 20% ATK increase and 30% Shield Strength boost for 3 seconds. Since Herald of Frost hits continuously from off-field, this buff has very high uptime throughout any rotation. Sandrone and Yae Miko both benefit directly from the ATK increase.

Noblesse Oblige (4-Piece)

Run this if another teammate is already wearing Tenacity of the Millelith and you don’t want to stack the same set. Noblesse gives the whole party a 20% ATK boost after Qiqi uses her Elemental Burst, which is useful in rotations where you can fit her Burst in consistently.

Ocean-Hued Clam (4-Piece)

Still a viable option if you want Qiqi to contribute some extra damage on top of healing. The set converts her excess healing into Sea-Dyed Foam damage. It works best in teams where she’s already over-healing, letting the extra output go somewhere useful.

Artifact Main Stats to Target

• Sands: ATK% or Energy Recharge
• Goblet: ATK%
• Circlet: Healing Bonus or ATK%

Artifact Sub-Stats to Prioritize

• ATK% and flat ATK for stronger heals
• Energy Recharge to hit 180% for Burst consistency
• CRIT Rate if running Favonius Sword (aim for 40% minimum)

• ATK: At least 2,300 for reliable healing output
• Energy Recharge: Around 180% or higher to cast Burst every rotation

Qiqi Talent Priority

Level Elemental Skill first — Adeptus Art: Herald of Frost is her most important ability and the source of her 50% Stellar-Conduct buff. Level Elemental Burst second for stronger healing and the extra Stellar-Conduct DMG instance. Leave Normal Attacks at level 1. They don’t contribute meaningfully to her support role and the upgrade materials are better spent elsewhere.

Qiqi Best Teams for Stellar-Conduct

Best Team: Sandrone / Yae Miko / Qiqi / Flex

This is the strongest current Stellar-Conduct composition. Sandrone stays on-field as the main DPS and Stellar Linchpin, activating the Polestar Field. Yae Miko handles Electro application from off-field through her totems. Qiqi supplies constant Cryo application and healing from off-field, and her Skill buffs the entire team’s Stellar-Conduct damage by 50% the whole time it’s active. The flex slot can be Escoffier for extra Cryo coverage and healing, Sucrose for Viridescent Venerer resistance shred, or Xilonen for Cryo and Electro resistance shred.

F2P-Friendly Team: Sandrone / Beidou / Qiqi / Fischl

No 5-star pulls needed beyond Sandrone. Beidou and Fischl cover Electro application, and Qiqi holds down Cryo and healing. Beidou at C6 handles most of the Electro work from off-field and covers the Burst support slot nicely alongside Fischl’s Oz for consistent application.

Non-Sandrone Team: Wriothesley or Cyno + Electro Support + Qiqi + Flex

Wriothesley and Cyno can also use Stellar-Conduct, but both are on-field DPS characters so they don’t pair directly with Sandrone. Qiqi fits naturally alongside either of them for Cryo application and healing, with an off-field Electro unit completing the reaction loop.

Qiqi Constellations — Are They Worth It

Qiqi is a permanently available standard banner character, which means some players will already have her at higher constellations. Here’s what each one does in the context of Stellar-Conduct:

• C1: Restores 6 Energy when Herald of Frost hits enemies marked by a Fortune-Preserving Talisman. Much more useful now than before since C1 makes Burst rotations noticeably smoother in Polestar Field teams.
• C2: Increases Normal and Charged Attack DMG against Cryo-affected enemies and boosts ATK by 50% under Radiance: Stellar-Conduct. The ATK increase directly improves her healing, making this a meaningful step up in Stellar-Conduct teams.
• C6: The emergency revival constellation. Revives a fallen party member and restores 50% HP when they die, once every 15 minutes. Still the most impactful milestone for anyone who needs a safety net in difficult content.

C1 and C2 are both worth having in Stellar-Conduct teams. The other constellations add healing bonuses that are nice but not essential. C0 Qiqi works completely fine at full strength as long as you can manage her Burst rotation.

Qiqi Playstyle in Stellar-Conduct Teams

Qiqi’s rotation is simple. Swap to her, cast Adeptus Art: Herald of Frost, then do one Normal Attack to proc the Fortune-Preserving Talisman from her A4 passive. Swap out immediately. Herald of Frost then continues healing the active character and applying Cryo from off-field for its full 15-second duration. If her Burst is ready and you need emergency healing, use it before swapping out. That’s the whole rotation — it takes about 3 to 4 seconds of field time per cycle.
