TL;DR

  • All the Time in the World is Chapter 3 of 007 First Light and has 27 challenges total.
  • Completing all 27 unlocks the Chauffeur Uniform for James Bond.
  • Challenges split across six major sections: hotel entrance, manager’s office, laundry room, study/library, hotel rooms 205–207, and the car chase finale.
  • Pacifist, Ghost, and Assault are meta-challenges — each requires finishing two sub-challenges across the laundry and study sections.
  • The laundry disguise (Laundry Day), Squeaky Clean, and Uninterrupted Service can all be completed in one run.
  • The Chimera puzzle answer is lion, snake, goat. The manager’s safe code is 1952.
  • Nothing is permanently missable — use Chapter Select to go back for anything you missed.

007 First Light All the Time in the World All Challenges is a big ask. This is the third chapter in 007 First Light and it has 27 challenges — more than any other mission in the early game. They cover everything from hotel infiltration and disguises to firearm fights in a wine cellar and a high-speed car chase on an airport runway. This guide covers every single challenge in the chapter and exactly what to do for each one.

All the Time in the World Overview in 007 First Light

In this chapter, James Bond follows a suspicious bellhop through a hotel hosting a chess tournament in Bratislava, Slovakia. The mission is one of the game’s most layered environments — full of guests, staff, restricted rooms, puzzles, and multiple entry points. It is the closest the game comes to a Hitman-style sandbox in its early hours.

Total challenges: 27 (26 unique + 1 Completionist)
Completionist reward: Chauffeur Uniform

The game is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and Epic Games Store. For the full list of all challenges across every chapter, see our 007 First Light all missions, challenges, and collectibles guide.

How to Complete Press Only and Self Check-In in 007 First Light

These two challenges are earned at the hotel entrance and are mutually exclusive — you can only enter through one route per run. Use Chapter Select to pick up whichever one you miss the first time.

Press Only requires you to use the press badge to enter the hotel through the metal detectors. Head up the first set of stairs from the car, find the woman in the courtyard and eavesdrop on her phone call. She reveals she has hidden a press badge under a large pot on the lower ramparts. Take the stairs to the left, head south, pick up the badge, and show it to the guard at the entrance. Full steps are in our dedicated 007 First Light Press Badge and Press Only challenge guide.

Self Check-In requires using an alternative entrance. From the metal detectors, look to the right and find a blue tarp to vault over. This leads to a grassy area. Vault over the ledge on the right, follow it across, climb the pipe, and kick the metal gate to get into the hotel without using the press badge at all.

How to Complete Lone Wolf in 007 First Light

Lone Wolf requires you to avoid being spotted by any of the other MI6 recruits throughout the chapter. This is one of the easiest challenges in the mission. Use the Q-Lens (L1 on PlayStation / LB on Xbox) to highlight your teammates and simply do not get too close to them. Their patrol paths are predictable. As long as you are not actively walking into them, this challenge will not cause any trouble.

How to Complete Bellboy Hat in 007 First Light

The Bellboy Hat requires finding and collecting a hat hidden in the hotel. Head upstairs near Room 205 and pickpocket the Staff Key from the man in a white long-sleeved shirt and black trousers standing in the hallway. Take the key to the door to the right of the reception area, follow through the room beyond, and you will find the Bellboy Hat sitting on a service trolley. Interact with it to collect it and complete the challenge.

How to Complete The Manager, Old School Hacking, and Wine Connoisseur in 007 First Light

All three of these challenges are earned in the hotel manager’s office and can be completed in one visit. Here is the sequence:

  • From reception, go through the open double doors where two guests are talking, then push through the large “Staff Only” double doors.
  • Once inside, crouch and hide behind the table where a maid is cleaning. Use the Q-Lens to hack the vacuum cleaner nearby — this distracts the maid and creates a window to move.
  • Open the manager’s office door on the right. Entering the office completes The Manager.
  • Walk up to the desk and interact with the note on top of it. The note contains the laundry area code (1805). Picking it up completes Old School Hacking. Full details on this are in our 007 First Light laundry area code guide.
  • The safe is under the desk. The code is 1952 — you can confirm this by interacting with the wine bottles on display in the office (the year on the leftmost bottle gives it away). Crack the safe to complete Wine Connoisseur. The safe also contains the Cellar Key, which is useful later.
  • To exit cleanly, use the antique grandfather clock in the room to distract the guard before slipping out.

How to Complete Laundry Day, Squeaky Clean, and Uninterrupted Service in 007 First Light

These three challenges all take place in the laundry room and can be completed in a single run. After the bellhop bribes the laundry workers and the room fills with guards, do the following:

  • Head left immediately on entering the laundry area and vault over the surface.
  • Use the Q-Lens to hack the air conditioner. The puff of smoke distracts the guards near the disguise table.
  • With the guards distracted, grab the laundry hat from the table. Picking it up completes Laundry Day.
  • From here, avoid all guards with detection circles above their heads and follow the blue waypoint markers through the doors to exit. Clearing the area this way completes both Squeaky Clean (no detections) and Uninterrupted Service (no workers harmed).

Getting Dirty is the opposite — enter the laundry area and fight five laundry workers. Do not try to stack this with the stealth challenges. Run this separately, then replay the section for the stealth trio.

How to Complete Peace Studies, Silent Study, and Indiscrete in 007 First Light

These three challenges cover the study and library room, which comes right after the laundry section.

Peace Studies requires getting through the study room without harming any guards. Silent Study requires doing it without being spotted. Both can be completed in the same run by following a clean stealth path through the room — use the Q-Lens to track guard positions, wait for patrol gaps, and move from cover to cover without engaging anyone.

Indiscrete requires knocking out 5 private security guards in the library. Go in loud, fight the guards, and get your five takedowns. You can replay the checkpoint after to go back and do the stealth version cleanly.

Completing Peace Studies and Uninterrupted Service together also unlocks Pacifist: All the Time in the World. Completing Silent Study and Squeaky Clean together unlocks Ghost: All the Time in the World. Completing Indiscrete and Getting Dirty together unlocks Assault: All the Time in the World.

How to Complete Housekeeping, Elementary, and Do Disturb in 007 First Light

These three challenges revolve around the hotel rooms on the upper floor.

Housekeeping requires getting a staff member to open Room 205 for you. Find the grandfather clock in the hallway and interact with it to distract both the guard and the maid nearby. Then flip the “Do Not Disturb” sign on Room 205’s door. The maid will enter to clean the room, completing the challenge.

Elementary requires collecting all 6 clues inside Room 206. Once inside, use the Q-Lens to highlight every interactable object. There are clues around the main room and one in the bathroom — you need to kick the bathroom door open to access it. Make sure you collect every clue before leaving the room.

Do Disturb requires entering Room 207. From the hallway near the three rooms, find the open window at the end and climb out. Shimmy along the balcony, climb over, and kick in the doors to enter Room 207.

How to Complete Chimera in 007 First Light

The Chimera challenge requires solving the fireplace puzzle in the dining room correctly on your very first attempt. There is no second chance — if you get it wrong, the challenge will not complete and you will need to replay the section.

The correct input is: Lion, Snake, Goat. Select those three symbols in that order and the hidden passage opens. The puzzle is a reference to the Chimera — the mythological Greek creature made up of a lion’s head, a snake’s tail, and a goat’s body. Enter the answer correctly first time and the challenge completes immediately.

How to Complete A Beautiful Waste in 007 First Light

A Beautiful Waste requires destroying 5 premium wine bottles during the fight in the wine cellar. The cellar has display cases filled with bottles along the walls. During combat, grab an enemy using R2/RT and throw them into a display case to smash it. After the throw, interact with a wine bottle directly to smash it. Repeat this five times across the fight. The cellar has more than enough bottles and enemies to get all five without needing to be precise — just make sure you are fighting near the display cases rather than away from them.

How to Complete Floor It! in 007 First Light

Floor It! requires reaching the top speed in the car chase sequence. Hold R2/RT throughout the chase and keep accelerating. You will hit the top speed naturally as long as you do not crash repeatedly and slow yourself down. Keep the car straight on the open sections of road and the challenge will pop on its own once the speed gauge maxes out.

How to Complete Firebrand in 007 First Light

Firebrand unlocks after you receive your License to Kill in the chapter. After that point, explosive barrels appear around the combat encounter on the airport runway. Use your pistol — or any weapon picked up from downed enemies — to shoot the red barrels and destroy them. You need five destroyed barrels in total. They are spread around the arena, so scan with the Q-Lens if you are having trouble spotting them all.

How to Complete No Brakes and Traveling Light in 007 First Light

No Brakes requires completing the car chase sequence without crashing the vehicle. Stay focused on the road, avoid obstacles, and do not let other cars push you into barriers. The chase is scripted, so the enemy cars follow fixed patterns — learn when to swerve and the run becomes manageable on a second attempt if you crash the first time.

Traveling Light requires completing the airport runway section without using any gadgets at all. Do not use the Dart Phone, Laser Beam, or Q-Watch during this stretch. In the airport section, use the environment to handle enemies instead. The key moment is when you reach the airplane — use L1/LB to hack the airplane controls, then press L1/LB again to force the doors open. Enemies will fall out naturally. Pick up a dropped weapon and shoot the explosive barrel near the truck to disengage the car’s lock mechanism. All of this is done without a single gadget charge.

How to Unlock the Chauffeur Uniform in 007 First Light

The Chauffeur Uniform unlocks by completing all 27 challenges in All the Time in the World — that is all 26 unique challenges plus the Completionist challenge itself, which ticks off automatically once the others are done. It is a clean-looking suit that fits the chapter’s hotel setting perfectly and is one of the better story-mission outfit rewards in the game.

Tips for Completing All the Time in the World Challenges Efficiently

  • Do two separate runs for the hotel entrance challenges. Press Only and Self Check-In are mutually exclusive per run. Do one on your first pass and use Chapter Select for the other.
  • Stack the stealth laundry challenges. Laundry Day, Squeaky Clean, and Uninterrupted Service all follow the same path. Do them together in one run, then replay the section if you want Getting Dirty separately.
  • Memorise the Chimera answer before entering the dining room. Lion, Snake, Goat. One attempt only. Do not walk up to the puzzle without knowing the answer.
  • Use the manager’s office in one visit. The Manager, Old School Hacking, and Wine Connoisseur (code: 1952) can all be done in a single clean pass without triggering any alerts.
  • Fight near the wine display cases for A Beautiful Waste. Throw enemies into the cases rather than trying to smash bottles separately. It is faster and cleaner.
  • Do No Brakes and Floor It! in different runs if needed. Floor It! wants maximum speed, which means holding R2/RT constantly. No Brakes wants zero crashes. You can do both in the same run if you are careful, but replaying the checkpoint is easy if you fail one.
  • Save Traveling Light for a second airport run. On your first run, use gadgets freely. On the replay, go through the whole runway section gadget-free using the airplane hack and the explosive barrel to deal with everything.

Can You Replay All the Time in the World Challenges?

Yes. Nothing in this chapter is permanently missable. Every challenge and collectible saves instantly on completion, and Chapter Select lets you jump back to any checkpoint without replaying the whole mission from the start. If you need to swap between stealth and combat runs for the meta-challenges, checkpoint replays make it quick and painless.
