After finishing both, travel to Tidesong Cavern. The quest does not show up in your quest journal automatically — it only appears once you reach the cavern and approach the Wooden Cabin. This is the same behavior as the previous two quests in the chain, so if you do not see it listed, just head to the location and it will trigger.
Where to Find In the Tranquility of Cycles in Genshin Impact
The quest is located inside Tidesong Cavern in the Fellfrost Peak sub-region of Snezhnaya. Teleport to the waypoint at the southwest side of Tidesong Cavern and head toward the southernmost island inside the cavern. You can use Prime Ice Constructs nearby or characters that can hop across ice platforms to reach it.
Once you are on the southernmost island inside the cavern, look for the Wooden Cabin floating on the water. This is Chulkaturin’s home — the same cabin you rescued in the first quest and helped repair in the second. Walk up to it and the quest triggers automatically.
There is one important prerequisite for reaching the cavern interior: the Tidesong Cavern Meeting Point must be active. This is unlocked through the Like a Land Where the Tide’s Song Whispers Meeting Point quest, which is tied to the Everwinter Without Mercy Act 1 Archon Quest. From the southwest Tidesong Cavern waypoint, make your way to the southernmost island inside the cavern. Once you reach the island, the Wooden Cabin is visible floating in the water nearby.
Step 2 – Approach the Wooden Cabin and Trigger the Cutscene
Walk close to the Wooden Cabin. Once you go near it, a lengthy cutscene triggers where Chulkaturin talks to you while trapped inside the cabin. As the conversation goes on, the ice platform the Wooden Cabin rests on slowly melts until no further reply is heard from the cabin.
The conversation covers everything Chulkaturin has been unable to say across the previous two quests. He reflects on his past, his long isolation beneath the ice, what he found when he emerged into the modern world of Snezhnaya, and what he has decided to do now.
