How to Get Snezhnaya Shrine of Depths Keys
Before hunting the shrines, you need to gather the keys. Each shrine needs its own key, and the keys only work on shrines within Snezhnaya. You earn them by leveling up the Statues of the Seven in Snezhnaya and by progressing the region’s Meeting Points. A key is consumed when you open a shrine, so match the number of keys you carry to the number of shrines you plan to open.
You can obtain 4 keys during Version 7.0. This means full shrine completion requires both Cryoculus collection and Snezhnaya regional progression.
Keys from the Statue of the Seven
Snezhnaya’s Statue of The Seven provides Shrine of Depths Keys at Level 4 (first key) and Level 6 (second key). Reaching Level 4 from the starting level requires 67 Cryoculi in total: 20 for Level 2, 22 for Level 3, and 25 for Level 4. Going from Level 4 to Level 6 requires another 58 Cryoculi: 28 for Level 5 and 30 for Level 6. You therefore need 125 Cryoculi in total to reach Level 6.

Shrine 1 — Fellfrost Peak (Near Relics of the Fallen Grace Domain)
Fast travel to the waypoint north-east of the Relics of the Fallen Grace Domain in Fellfrost Peak. Move north-west toward the cliff’s edge until you reach the shrine gate. Use a Snezhnaya Shrine of Depths key to unlock it, then claim the Luxurious chest inside.
This is one of the more straightforward shrines to reach. The Relics of the Fallen Grace Domain is a well-known landmark in Fellfrost Peak, so the nearby waypoint should be easy to spot. Once you fast travel there, head northwest and follow the cliff edge — the shrine gate will appear at the edge of the ridge.
Shrine 2 — Fellfrost Peak (Near the House of Hesperides)
This shrine sits south-east of the House of Hesperides. There are two ways to reach it depending on whether you want to climb. Teleport to the waypoint east of the House of Hesperides and walk south-east, then climb the mountain to reach the shrine. To avoid the climb, fast travel to the House of Hesperides main entrance waypoint instead and move south-west to find the shrine.
Despite appearing close to Everfrozen Earth, the shrine itself belongs to the Fellfrost Peak area. The surrounding area is connected to the Hesperides of Love and Hate storyline, although you can reach the shrine while exploring the exterior of the estate.
Note that accessing the House of Hesperides zone requires completing the Hesperides of Love and Hate world quest and obtaining the Invitation to the Ritual first. If you have already done the House of the Soulless quest, you will already be familiar with this area and can pick up this shrine on the same trip.
Shrine 3 — Flamefeather Valley
Finding the third Snezhnaya Shrine of Depths can be achieved during the Down in the Dumps World Quest on your way to Flamefeather Valley. Fast travel to the waypoint by the Flamefeather Valley entrance, then glide south to find the Shrine of Depths in Genshin Impact.
Flamefeather Valley is an underground zone with a distinctive autumn biome — a stark contrast to the frozen surface of the rest of Snezhnaya. This is one of the most convenient shrines to collect if you are already completing the Down in the Dumps World Quest, as your route will take you right past the shrine’s location. Glide south from the entrance waypoint and you will land near it.
Shrine 4 — White Birch Snowgrave (Pilgrimage of the Sacred Gorge)
To locate the final and fourth Shrine of Depths in Snezhnaya, teleport to White Birch Snowgrave Pilgrimage to the Sacred Gorge southern waypoint, then walk northeast. There will be some enemies along your way, so it is best if you go with a well-built Genshin Impact team.
This is the most combat-heavy shrine to reach. The path northeast from the Sacred Gorge waypoint has active enemy patrols, so bring a solid team with a healer or shielder. The shrine awaits at the conclusion of this trail. White Birch Snowgrave is the northernmost area of the currently available Snezhnayan map, so save this one for when you are well into regional exploration.
