TL;DR

- The best way to reach him is through a yoga instructor disguise, obtained at Tranquility Cove.

- The Bathroom Bomb and Quiet Man challenges require a separate cliff-and-roof approach on a checkpoint replay.
Ramon Hernandez in 007 First Light is one of three targets Bond must track down during the Time to Die mission. He is paranoid, well-guarded, and his villa is not easy to walk into uninvited. But if you know the right route — and the right disguise — you can reach him cleanly, complete all four associated challenges, and even grab a Legacy Item collectible while you are there. This guide covers everything.

Where Is Ramon Hernandez in 007 First Light?
Ramon Hernandez is located at the Hung Villa, which sits in the southwest of the resort area in Vietnam. This section of the map is part of the Three Targets checkpoint in the Time to Die mission. Your active objective will be Reach Ramon Hernandez when you need to find him.
From the start of the resort area, head southwest. You will eventually come across the Hung Villa. It is well-marked on your minimap, but the route to actually getting inside is what trips most players up. Two guards stand at the entrance, and they will not let Bond through without a reason.
How to Get Past the Guards at the Hung Villa
When you approach the Hung Villa, talk to one of the two guards stationed outside. Through the conversation, you will learn that Ramon is waiting for his yoga instructor. The guard effectively tells you how to get in — you need to show up as that yoga instructor. This is your entry point and the key to unlocking the Yogi challenge.
How to Get the Yoga Disguise (Yogi Challenge)
To get the yoga disguise, you need to head to Tranquility Cove, which is northeast of the Hung Villa. Here is the full step-by-step:
Step 1 — Head to Tranquility Cove

From outside the Hung Villa, go down the steps and continue northeast until you find Tranquility Cove. There will be people outside doing yoga. You are looking for the yoga instructor in this area.
Step 2 — Eavesdrop on the Yoga Instructor

Enter the cove and locate the yoga instructor. Do not approach him directly yet. Instead, eavesdrop on him by hanging by the railing nearby. This gives you the context you need for the next step.
Step 3 — Pickpocket the Storage Key

After eavesdropping, follow the yoga instructor. When he begins demonstrating a yoga pose, approach the empty yoga mat opposite him and ask for help. He will start showing you the pose. While he is distracted demonstrating, pickpocket the Storage Key from him.
Alternatively, you can use the Dart Phone gadget to make the employee feel sick, which puts him into a distracted state — then press Triangle on PlayStation or Y on Xbox to pickpocket the key directly.
Step 4 — Open the Storage Room and Get the Yoga Mat

Use the Storage Key to open the locked Storage Room, which is near where the yoga instructor was standing inside Tranquility Cove. Inside you will find Ramon’s blue yoga mat. Pick it up — this is your yoga instructor disguise.
Before you leave the Storage Room, interact with the laptop inside. This lets you switch the yoga music that is playing outside. Doing this unlocks the Zen No More challenge. Do not skip this — it takes two seconds and it is very easy to miss if you are focused on grabbing the mat.
Step 5 — Return to the Hung Villa Guards

With the yoga mat disguise equipped, walk back to the Hung Villa guards. They will now recognise you as the yoga instructor Ramon is waiting for and let you through without any issues.
Step 6 — Go Upstairs and Reach Ramon
Once inside the Hung Villa, head upstairs. You will find Ramon Hernandez there and trigger a short cutscene. This completes the main objective and unlocks the Yogi challenge for reaching Ramon through the yoga instructor disguise.
Collectibles to Grab Inside the Hung Villa
While you are inside the villa after the cutscene, do not leave straight away. There are two collectibles nearby:
- Under of Bells Card — Head into the bathroom on the same floor. The card is on the sink counter.
- Tarot Deck Legacy Item — After speaking to Ramon, head into the bedroom at the back. The Tarot Deck is on the left bedside table next to the bed. Pick it up before you move on.
How to Complete the Bathroom Bomb Challenge
The Bathroom Bomb challenge cannot be done on the same run as the Yogi approach. You need to restart the checkpoint and use a completely different route to the villa — from the outside, via the cliffs.
- Restart the checkpoint from the menu.
- Instead of going to the front of the Hung Villa, scale the cliffs on the outside of the building.
- Climb all the way up to the roof of the Hung Villa.
- Once on the roof, locate the skylight above the bathroom and hack it using your gadget.
- Drop through the skylight and perform a takedown on the guard below you in the bathroom.
- The Bathroom Bomb challenge completes after the takedown.
How to Complete The Quiet Man Challenge
The Quiet Man is a stealth challenge that also uses the cliff and roof approach. It pairs well with Bathroom Bomb — you can attempt both in the same checkpoint run. Here is how it differs:
- Scale the same cliffs to reach the roof — exactly as in the Bathroom Bomb route.
- This time, do not take down the guard in the bathroom. Instead, stealth past him.
- Make your way up the stairs quietly from inside the villa.
- Reach Ramon and confront him without being detected and without taking down any enemies.
- The Quiet Man challenge completes when you reach Ramon through this undetected route.
Because Bathroom Bomb requires a takedown and The Quiet Man requires no takedowns, they are technically mutually exclusive in a single run. However, you can attempt Bathroom Bomb first, then immediately restart the checkpoint and do The Quiet Man on the second attempt — saving time by staying at the same checkpoint each time.
All 4 Ramon Hernandez Challenges at a Glance
- Yogi — Reach Ramon while disguised as the yoga instructor. Get the yoga mat from the Tranquility Cove Storage Room by pickpocketing the instructor’s key, then walk in through the front entrance.
- Zen No More — While in the Storage Room at Tranquility Cove, interact with the laptop to switch the yoga music. This is done on the same run as Yogi.
- Bathroom Bomb — Scale the cliffs, reach the roof, hack the skylight, and takedown the guard in the bathroom below. Requires a checkpoint restart from the Yogi run.
- The Quiet Man — Scale the cliffs, reach the roof, and stealth all the way to Ramon without detecting or taking down any enemies. Can be done on the same checkpoint restart as Bathroom Bomb.
Tips for Getting All Ramon Challenges Efficiently
- Do Yogi and Zen No More together on the same run — they are in the same location and take no extra time.
- Grab the Tarot Deck Legacy Item and the Under of Bells card while you are inside the villa after meeting Ramon on the Yogi run. They are right there.
- Use the Dart Phone to pickpocket the Storage Key quickly if you do not want to follow the yoga instructor through the pose sequence. It is faster and just as effective.
- Try Bathroom Bomb and The Quiet Man on back-to-back checkpoint restarts. The cliff route becomes familiar very quickly after one attempt.
- Lowering the difficulty makes The Quiet Man much more forgiving if guards keep spotting you on the roof approach. Use 007 First Light difficulty settings to adjust before the checkpoint replay.
- Make sure you have the right gadgets before heading in. The best gadget loadout guide and the all gadgets list will help you prep.
Where Does the Ramon Hernandez Section Fit in Time to Die?
Time to Die is Bond’s resort mission in Vietnam, and it is built around three separate Q-Trak targets. Ramon Hernandez is one of them — alongside Theresa Lorca at the Serenity Spa and a third target inside the Emperor Villa. You can tackle the targets in any order, though most players reach Theresa Lorca first since she is closest to the mission start.
The full challenge count for Time to Die is 25, and completing all of them rewards the Polar Outfit. The four Ramon challenges covered in this guide are a big chunk of that total. For everything else in this mission, see the Time to Die all challenges guide.
