Method 1: Sealed Realm of Terraria Dungeon (Main Route)

The primary and most reliable way to get a Terraprisma Schematic is to run the Sealed Realm of Terraria dungeon. To find it, head to the Fisherman’s Point waypoint southeast of Mount Obsidian, then cross the sea to the volcanic island just off the southwestern shore of the Palpagos Islands map. The dungeon entrance is on that island.

You can enter the dungeon at any level, but arriving at level 45 or higher is recommended. The dungeon’s layout is static so it does not change between runs, but it does have multiple treasure rooms that are dead ends, which makes navigation confusing the first few times. Once you learn the correct path, runs become much faster.

At the end of the dungeon, you will fight the Eye of Cthulhu boss. It primarily attacks by ramming into you with its whole body. Use a mount to stay mobile and dodge its charges.
