To find it on your map:
- Look at the bottom-right section of the world map for the word “Deleysia.”
- The church sits just north of the “A” in Deleysia, in the upper part of the main city area.
- It’s positioned right before the castle entrance to the north.
You can reach Deleysia at any point in the game. There are no quest prerequisites and no locked gates to get through. How to Get the Nazk Sword — Church Puzzle Steps
This puzzle has no quest marker. Nothing tells you the candles are interactive. Most players walk through this church and leave empty-handed without ever realising there’s a chest above their heads. Here’s how to do it properly.
Step 1 — Enter the Church of Deleysia. Head inside and walk toward the back of the building. You’ll see a large golden statue at the far end.
Step 2 — Find the two candles. There are two unlit candles, one on the left side of the statue and one on the right. They look like ordinary decorative objects — which is exactly why players miss them.
Step 3 — Light both candles. Interact with each candle to light it. You can do them in any order. The puzzle only triggers once both are lit at the same time.
Step 4 — Watch the platform lower. Once both candles are lit, look directly above you. A platform descends from the ceiling. Stand on it as it comes down.
Step 5 — Ride the platform up. With your character standing on the platform, press the interact button to send it back up — it works like a simple elevator. It carries you to an upper alcove that isn’t accessible any other way.
Step 6 — Open the chest. At the top, you’ll find a treasure chest. Open it to receive the Nazk Sword and a secondary reward item.
