What Is on the Crimson Desert Soundtrack Volume 1
The album was composed by five Pearl Abyss in-house composers: Hwiman Ryu (Executive Audio Director), Inro Joo (Music Director), Jiyoon Kim, Hyoung Woo Roh, and Dongjune Oh. It was recorded with the support of professional orchestras.
Disc 1 — Themes (53 minutes)
This disc holds the emotional core of the soundtrack. It includes the main trailer songs and the vocal tracks featuring singer Clara Sorace. The standout tracks are Hymn for the Unsung Blade, Howl of the Wolf, and A Journey’s Beginning — all three feature Clara Sorace and are the tracks most players recognise from the trailers. Also included are the original 2019 and 2020 trailer themes, plus the 2024 and 2025 trailer tracks.
Disc 2 — Battles (42 minutes)
The combat music from Crimson Desert’s major action sequences. Aggressive and fast-paced, this disc mirrors the tension of the game’s hardest fights. If you enjoyed the music during boss encounters with human enemies, most of that is here.
Disc 3 — Exploration (over 1 hour)
The longest disc on the album. These are the ambient and background tracks that play while you ride across Pywel, explore regions, or move between quests. The music ranges from quiet and atmospheric to mystical. This disc works well as background music while working or reading.
Disc 4 — Bosses
Dedicated entirely to boss fight music. Pearl Abyss used traditional orchestral arrangements for the large creature bosses and added hybrid electronic elements for the humanoid duels. If you remember the music from fights like the major boss encounters across Pywel, this is where those tracks are.
Why Pearl Abyss Released the Soundtrack for Free

Rather than charge for it, Pearl Abyss released the full 75-track album at no cost across all platforms.
