According to the game’s lore, Oracle Stones are rumored to bring misfortune. Despite that, Blackbird — the mysterious woman who lives at The Witch’s House — actively wants them and will trade valuable resources for every one you bring her. The more you submit, the higher your Divination Level climbs, and the better the rewards get at each milestone.

In total, there are 214 Oracle Stones available in Version 1.0 across all five explorable districts of Hethereau. You do not need all 214 for full rewards. The key milestone is 140 submitted stones, which is what you need to reach the maximum Divination Level 10.

Where Is The Witch’s House in NTE?

The Witch’s House is located in Bridge Crossings District, the starting area of the game. It sits in a park on Fox Window Street, just south of the Wertheimer Tower in Bridge Crossings. They do not show up from across the district, which is why simply opening the map from your base will not show you where all the stones are.

To spot them, walk through each district and zoom in on the map frequently as you move around. On PlayStation, zoom in with R2. On PC, scroll in on the map screen. The markers will appear as you pass within range. Once you see the symbol, head straight for it — the raven will collect automatically when you step close.

Where Ravens Like to Hide

Ravens are not always at street level. Many of them are perched on:

Rooftops and upper floors of buildings — some require climbing or jumping wall-to-wall to reach.
Elevated platforms, ledges, and balconies across all districts.

How to Get the Oracle Crystal — Your Most Important Tool

The Oracle Crystal is the game’s built-in radar for Oracle Stones and the single most important tool for completing your collection efficiently. Here is exactly how to get it and how to use it.

How to Unlock the Oracle Crystal

The Oracle Crystal is a reward for reaching Divination Level 3 at The Witch’s House. To reach Level 3, you need to submit a total of 12 Oracle Stones to Blackbird. Once you hand in your 12th stone and hit the milestone, the Oracle Crystal is added to your inventory and bound to your Radial Menu automatically.

On PlayStation, access your Radial Menu with L1. On PC, hold the Radial Menu button (shown to the right of your Health Bar, defaulting to T). The Oracle Crystal will appear as an option once you have it.

How to Use the Oracle Crystal

Using the Oracle Crystal drops a marker at your current position. This marker then highlights all Oracle Stones within a circular radius around that point on your map, making them all visible at once rather than having to stumble across them one by one.

You can place a maximum of 3 Oracle Crystals at a time. The best strategy is to place them in a triangular pattern across a district so their radius circles overlap and cover the entire area with no blind spots. Once you have collected all the stones within one crystal’s range, highlight the crystal on your map and delete it. This allows you to place it again in a new position to cover the next section of the district.

Use the collectible tracker on the map screen (press L3 + R2 on PlayStation) to see how many Oracle Stones you have found per district. When the district count matches the total for that zone, you are done there and can move on.

Submitting Oracle Stones is straightforward. You do not need to visit The Witch’s House after every individual stone — you can batch submit as many as you like in one visit. Here is the process.

Enter The Witch’s House in Bridge Crossings and approach Blackbird.
Talk to her and select the Oracle option from the pop-up menu.

Confirm the submission. All stones are submitted in one action and rewards are granted immediately for every milestone you cross.

Grants a combat buff to all your characters that lasts for the day. Buffs can be powerful — a common outcome is a 20% Critical DMG increase applied across your entire team. This makes combat in Anomaly Zones, commission bosses, and Anomaly Hunts noticeably more effective throughout the day. Always take this if you plan to run any combat content during your session.

Treasure Hunt

Marks the location of a specific Oracle Stone on your map with a purple scrying ball symbol. This is especially useful early in the game when you do not have the Oracle Crystal yet. It gives you one guaranteed raven location per day, which means if you use this consistently from the start of the game, you can reach Divination Level 3 and unlock the Oracle Crystal before ever having to hunt blindly for ravens.

This option marks a location on your map and indicates that you should go listen to a “living story” there. At the time of launch, this mechanic appears to be tied to a hidden system that the community has not fully uncovered yet. Go to the marked location and interact with whatever you find there — it may be connected to a side quest or environmental narrative element.

Tips for Farming Oracle Stones Efficiently

Here are the most effective habits for building your Oracle Stone count without making it feel like a chore.

Integrate raven hunting into your exploration routes. Do not treat Oracle Stones as a separate farming session. When you are already moving through a district to complete commissions, story missions, or Anomaly Hunts, keep your minimap open and collect any ravens you pass. Passive accumulation during other activities is the most time-efficient approach.
Use the Treasure Hunt Divination every day from the start. Even before you have the Oracle Crystal, one guaranteed raven location per day adds up. Use this consistently and you will have 12 stones for Level 3 far sooner than players who skip it.
Get the Oracle Crystal as soon as possible. Twelve stones is not many. Push to Level 3 early and unlock the Crystal before moving out of Bridge Crossings. Once you have it, the rest of the collection becomes dramatically faster.
