Hexed records all the damage dealt to the enemy over the past 12 seconds and then releases an additional burst of that damage. It stays active for 12 seconds after it is applied.

Trio Cycles trigger when you apply two specific Duo reactions to the same enemy at the same time. They require three adjacent elements and deliver a much more powerful secondary effect on top of the normal duo reactions.
Charge (Lakshana + Cosmos + Anima)

Charge requires Remora and Blossom to both be active at the same time. When a Vita Pistil from Blossom hits an enemy that has the Remora debuff applied, the active character gains 10 Ultimate Energy per hit.
This is a perfect reaction for characters who rely on their Ultimates. You want to make sure the character you are building around is active on the field when Vita Pistils are landing, so all the Ultimate Energy goes to them.
