Hathor is a standard S-Rank Lakshana Buff/DPS character in Neverness to Everness (NTE). She is the operative of the Sterry Express – precise, punctual, and delivers on time no matter the destination or how many flights of stairs stand in the way.

She is one of the standard characters, meaning she is permanently available through the gacha system. You can also obtain Hathor with a Standard Selector once you progress far enough in the game.

Her Arc compatibility is Plasma, and her role in combat is an on-field Lakshana Main DPS. Her gameplay revolves around one clear rhythm: build stacks, activate Ultimate, dump all damage during the burst window.

Hathor Overview – What Makes Her Special?

Hathor is not a press-buttons-and-hope kind of carry. She is a high-skill-ceiling burst DPS who rewards players who understand her timing and stack flow. Her entire kit is built around one resource: Express Delivery Power. Build it before her Ultimate, spend it during Emergency Delivery, and she hits incredibly hard.

Her passive also makes her a strong team asset. Her Delay Warning passive extends Remora’s duration to 12 seconds and grants the whole team a 10% CRIT Rate boost against Remora-affected enemies. This makes her one of the strongest natural anchors for Charge-cycle teams.

In short – she is a burst carry who buffs her own damage through careful stack management, and buffs her team through Remora reaction synergy.

Hathor Skills Explained – Full Skill Breakdown

Basic Attack – Rapid Delivery

Hathor performs up to 5 consecutive attacks, dealing Lakshana DMG. She can also plunge from the air, dealing Lakshana DMG to an area on impact with bonus damage based on fall height, up to 100%. Basic Attack is mostly a filler between skill uses and is the lowest priority to upgrade.

Redirect Skill – Aerial Command

This is Hathor’s most important skill and where most of her damage comes from outside of Ultimate. Tapping the skill leaps into the air and slashes the target, granting 2 stacks of Express Delivery Power. Holding the skill enters a charge state, dealing continuous AoE Lakshana DMG while the skill range gradually expands, and applies Five-Star Tracking to targets in range.

Five-Star Tracking lasts for 5 seconds. If tracked enemies attack Hathor or an ally during this time, she gains 3 stacks of Express Delivery Power. This means baiting enemy attacks is a core part of her gameplay – let enemies hit you to fuel your own power.

During Emergency Delivery state, this skill upgrades into Cyclone Strike, which summons a motorcycle of thorns and unleashes a rapid combo on the target. Each consecutive Cyclone Strike cast increases CRIT Chance of the next one by 25%.

Ultimate – Rider Express (Emergency Delivery State)

This is the main event. Hathor summons a motorcycle of thorns, deals Lakshana DMG, and enters Emergency Delivery state for 5 seconds. During this state:

Her Aerial Command upgrades to Cyclone Strike.
She gains an ATK bonus based on her current Express Delivery Power stacks.
Her movement speed increases.
She stops gaining new Express Delivery Power stacks.

Support Skill – Excellent Rating Lock

When an enemy stays nearby for more than 5 seconds, Hathor applies Excellent Rating Lock. If those enemies attack during that window, she gains up to 6 stacks of Express Delivery Power. This passive also interacts with Remora – targets with Excellent Rating Lock can be treated as Remora-affected, enabling Charge reaction setups. It also grants 1 stack whenever she defeats a target.

Passive – Delay Warning (Remora Enhancement)

Hathor’s most impactful team-support passive. It extends the duration of Remora to 12 seconds and grants all team members a 10% CRIT Rate bonus when attacking Remora-affected enemies. This passive alone makes her a natural core for any Charge-cycle team composition in NTE.

QTE – Rapid Strike

Launches a lightning-fast counterattack, dealing 1 instance of Lakshana DMG to an area, reducing Break, and granting 1 stack of Express Delivery Power on hit, up to once every 5 seconds. A useful way to enter combat with a free stack.

Hathor Skill Priority

Upgrade in this order: Skill > Ultimate > Basic Attack > Support Skill.

Level the Skill first because Hathor presses it the most. It builds Express Delivery Power before the Ultimate, and becomes Cyclone Strike during Emergency Delivery – which is where you actually spend those stacks and deal the bulk of your damage. The Ultimate is next because it opens the burst window and gives the all-important stack-based ATK bonus. Basic Attack is mostly filler, and Support Skill is just extra off-field utility.

Raging Flames is Hathor’s signature Arc and fits her kit perfectly. It significantly boosts Redirect Skill DMG right after she uses her Ultimate. It also increases Lakshana DMG, and since she can repeatedly use Cyclone Strike (her upgraded Redirect Skill) during Emergency Delivery, the stacking DMG buff applies exactly when she needs it most.

Casting Ultimate increases Redirect Skill DMG by 22.5% for 10 seconds, and each subsequent cast increases it further by 15%, stacking up to 2 times. This aligns perfectly with her 5-second burst window where she spams Cyclone Strike.

Song of the Whale – Strong Alternative

Song of the Whale increases ATK and boosts the damage Hathor deals to Broken enemies. It is a solid choice if you are running Hathor in a team focused on breaking enemy toughness quickly and timing her burst around Break windows.

Fluff of Fortitude – Universal Option

Fluff of Fortitude increases Hathor’s damage significantly and provides a further bonus while the enemy is below 50% HP. Because it is a universal damage multiplier with a conditional you will meet exactly half the time, it works in almost any situation without needing specific reaction setups.

The Street Boxer Cartridge is the best choice for Hathor. The 2-piece bonus increases Lakshana DMG by 10%. The 4-piece bonus increases CRIT Rate by 14%, and when your team triggers a Remora or Stain reaction, this bonus increases even further for 20 seconds.

For Hathor, whose damage is concentrated into a 5-second window, stabilizing CRIT procs per hit directly and dramatically impacts total damage. A missed crit during Cyclone Strike is a big DPS loss, so this set shores up her most critical weakness.

Shadow Creed – Budget Alternative

Shadow Creed increases Hathor’s ATK by up to 35% when she uses her Skill. It is a strong alternative if you do not have Street Boxer yet, since it still feeds directly into her Skill-heavy rotation.

Hathor’s entire gameplan is: stack first, burst second. Do not rush the Ultimate at zero stacks. The ATK bonus she gains from her Ultimate is directly tied to how many Express Delivery Power stacks she has when she casts it. Zero stacks means zero ATK bonus. Max stacks means maximum damage.

Here is the core rotation step by step:

Open by holding the Redirect Skill – With A1 awakening, this grants 6 stacks immediately on the first held use per fight.
Apply Five-Star Tracking by holding Aerial Command – Bait enemy attacks to gain 3 more stacks.
Keep using Aerial Command (tap version) between enemy attacks to build stacks steadily.
Let Excellent Rating Lock trigger naturally as enemies attack nearby for passive stack generation.
Once stacks are maxed or near-maxed, cast Rider Express (Ultimate) to enter Emergency Delivery.
Inside Emergency Delivery, spam Cyclone Strike repeatedly for the entire 5-second window.
Do not switch characters during Emergency Delivery – it cancels the state immediately.
After Emergency Delivery ends, return to Basic Attacks and Aerial Command to rebuild stacks for the next rotation.

This team is built around triggering the Charge reaction – which happens when a Blossom turret hits a Remora-affected target. Hathor provides Lakshana for Remora (with Cosmos), and her Delay Warning passive extends Remora and boosts team CRIT Rate. Zero enables both Remora and Blossom cycling as the Cosmos anchor. Jiuyuan adds Blossom turrets and burst DPS. Chiz handles single-target damage and energy generation.
