TL;DR
- 007 First Light has 39+ outfits divided into four categories.
- Outfits are only wearable in Tactical Simulations (TacSim), not in story mode.
- Some outfits are completely free — just link your IOI account.
- Others require pre-orders, Deluxe/Collector’s Editions, or completing specific challenges.
- A few are locked to regional promotions (Coca-Cola) or cross-game rewards (Hitman).
- You can buy certain suits using Intel earned inside TacSim.
007 First Light All Outfits — this guide covers every single suit in the game, how to unlock them, and what you need to do to get each one. Whether you want a free tuxedo or the rarest collector’s skin, this is the only list you need.
James Bond has always been known for his style. 007 First Light takes that seriously. The game launched on May 27, 2026, on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. It comes with over 39 outfits for Bond to wear — more wardrobe options than any previous Bond game. But before you start unlocking them, there is one important thing to know.
Where Can You Wear Outfits in 007 First Light?
Outfits in 007 First Light are only available in the Tactical Simulator mode, also called TacSim. You cannot wear custom suits during the main story campaign. The only clothing changes in the story come from mission disguises like the laundry disguise or the Scorpius disguise.
To access your wardrobe, go to the Main Menu and select Tactical Simulations. Head down the stairs and look to the right. You will find your wardrobe there. You can also go to Customization from the main menu to browse outfits. Keep in mind that TacSim requires an internet connection to play.
007 First Light Outfit Categories Explained
The 39+ outfits in 007 First Light fall into four main groups based on how you get them:
- Free IOI Account Outfits — Claim by linking your IOI account.
- Challenge & Story Outfits — Earn by completing missions and in-game challenges.
- TacSim Shop Outfits — Buy with Intel after reaching the required Clearance Level.
- Premium & External Outfits — Tied to pre-orders, special editions, cross-game rewards, or regional promotions.
Free Outfits — Just Link Your IOI Account
These outfits cost nothing. You just need to create and link an IO Interactive account. Once linked, go to the Rewards & Bonuses page on the IOI website to claim them.
On Duty

This is the easiest outfit to get. Create an IOI account, link it to 007 First Light, and it is yours. It gives Bond a rugged tactical look — clean, mission-ready, and no-nonsense.
Savanna Bloom

This outfit features a tropical shirt style with laid-back confidence. It was unlocked when the community hit the 500,000 wishlist milestone before launch. Since that milestone has already been reached, you just need an IOI account to claim it.
Operation Riviera

A polo shirt and jeans combo that feels relaxed but stylish. It suits a Bond on a Mediterranean-style assignment. This was the Wishlist Milestone #3 reward and is now claimable for free through your IOI account.
Gilded Tuxedo

A flashy suit with a metallic finish and classic tailoring. It references Bond’s long history at elite gatherings and casinos. This was the Wishlist Milestone #4 reward. Like the others, it is free via your IOI account since the milestone was already hit.
Challenge & Story Unlock Outfits
These outfits require you to complete specific in-game missions or challenge sets. If you are working through the campaign and tackling every objective, you will unlock most of these naturally. You can check your full mission and challenge tracker here.
Chauffeur Uniform

Complete all 27 challenges in the All the Time in the World mission to get this outfit. It is a sharp, formal driver’s uniform. Need help with those challenges? Check out the All the Time in the World challenges guide.
Iceland Outfit

This outfit unlocks after completing 8 challenges in the Against the Odds mission. It fits Bond’s colder-climate operations with a heavy, layered look. See the full Against the Odds challenges guide for help.
Funeral Operative

A black wool suit with a cashmere turtleneck and a long black trench coat. It has a darker, more serious tone. You unlock it by finishing all 30 challenges in the Uninvited mission.
Polar Outfit

Complete all 25 challenges in the Wave of the Future mission to unlock this cold-weather suit.
Agent Outfit

This is a grey glen plaid wool suit with a silk tie — the classic intelligence professional look. To unlock it, finish every main story challenge and complete all 15 Global challenges. This is one of the hardest outfits to earn in the game.
Main Story Outfit (Unknown Name)
There is at least one outfit confirmed to unlock directly through story progression. Its exact name has not been confirmed yet and will be updated as more information becomes available. To make the most of story rewards, check the mission replay guide so you never miss a challenge.
TacSim Shop Outfits — Buy With Intel
Some outfits are available for purchase inside TacSim using Intel, the in-game currency you earn by completing simulation missions. You also need to reach the required Clearance Level before they become available. Learn more about how to get Intel and Clearance Level here.
Event Staff Uniform

Costs 2,000 Intel. Requires Clearance Level 6 in Tactical Simulations. A classic undercover-staff disguise that fits hotel and event-based missions. This pairs well with knowing how to access restricted areas in the game.
Chessmaster Suit

Costs 3,000 Intel. Requires Clearance Level 12. This is a wool mohair tuxedo with a pleated white dress shirt, black bow tie, and tinted glasses — perfect for any formal or casino setting.
Kensington Outfit

Available in the TacSim Shop as a purchasable cosmetic. It features a black waxed cotton jacket over a cashmere rib-knit turtleneck. Great for colder, London-style operations.

Malta Training Outfit

MI6 training pants with a grey cotton T-shirt. Simple and functional — a nod to Bond’s early training days. Available in TacSim.

Ops Radiant

A fitted black wool turtleneck with charcoal-grey slacks and yellow shoulder stripes. Military-inspired with visible side holsters. Available in TacSim.

Day of the Dead

A striking, colourful suit inspired by Día de los Muertos imagery. One of the most visually bold outfits in the game. Included with the pre-order Deluxe Edition upgrade.
Desert Explorer

A sandy, earth-toned outfit suited for dry, open-terrain operations. Also included with the pre-order Deluxe Edition upgrade.
Silent Anchor

A formal naval-inspired uniform with officer styling. References Bond’s Royal Navy Commander background. Part of the Deluxe Edition exclusive bundle.
Gentleman Operator

A turtleneck paired with operational gear. Sits somewhere between casual and mission-ready. Also included with the pre-order Deluxe Edition upgrade.
Premium & Collector’s Edition Outfits
Obsidian Gold Suit

This is the rarest outfit in the game. It features armored styling with a striking golden mask — more villain than spy. It is exclusive to the Collector’s Edition and Legacy Edition of 007 First Light, which retail for around $200. Those editions also include a steel case, a life-size mask replica, and a certificate of authenticity. If you are chasing the full wardrobe, this is the hardest one to get.
Classic Tuxedo

The timeless Bond look — a traditional tuxedo with all the classic tailoring. This outfit is exclusive to the Amazon Specialist Edition, which is a physical copy sold only on Amazon. If you missed it, there is no other way to get it currently.
Cross-Game Rewards — Hitman: World of Assassination
If you own Hitman: World of Assassination, you can unlock two outfits by linking your IOI account to both games.
Midnight Ray

A sophisticated, elegant suit. Unlock it by owning Hitman: World of Assassination (Standard or Deluxe Edition) and linking your IOI account to both games. Once linked, the outfit appears in the Rewards and Bonuses section.
Casino Suit

This suit was unlocked by completing the Le Chiffre Elusive Target contract in Hitman during the Season of the High Stakes event. The event ran until May 25, 2026. If you missed it, you may need to wait for IO Interactive to rerun the event or purchase The Banker Pack inside Hitman to get it. Make sure your IOI account is linked when playing.
Twitch Drop Outfit
Twitch Drop Outfit (Name TBC)
You can unlock one outfit by watching 007 First Light creators on Twitch for one hour. To do this, you need to link your IOI account and your Twitch account. The outfit will then appear in your rewards once the watch time is met.
NVIDIA GeForce Reward Outfit
Daring Elite (NVIDIA Variant)

The Daring Elite outfit can also be obtained through the NVIDIA GeForce Rewards section of the NVIDIA app. If you have an eligible NVIDIA GPU, check the GeForce Rewards section for this exclusive redemption.
Razer Outfit
Espresso Command

This outfit is a reward for purchasing selected Razer gear. If you own qualifying Razer products, check the Razer shop for the redemption details. It is a sharp, dark suit that fits Bond’s sleek spy aesthetic.
Regional Outfits — 007 x Coca-Cola Promotion
Five outfits are available exclusively through the 007 x Coca-Cola collaboration. These are only accessible in Belgium, France, Norway, and Sweden. Players in those countries can scan receipts from 007-branded Coca-Cola Zero cans to enter a raffle. Winning is not guaranteed — it is a contest, not a guaranteed unlock.
- First Class
- Forest Operative
- Observant Spy
- Leisure Beam
- One More
If you are outside those four countries, these five outfits are currently out of reach.
How to Change Outfits in 007 First Light
Changing outfits is straightforward once you know where to go. Head to the Main Menu, select Tactical Simulations, go down the stairs, and turn right to find the wardrobe. You can also go to Customization from the Main Menu to browse and select outfits. For a full step-by-step breakdown, check out the how to change outfits guide.
Remember — these outfits only apply to TacSim gameplay. During story missions, Bond wears his default suit unless you pick up a specific disguise. For example, the bellboy hat and laundry disguise are story-mode only.
