TL;DR
- There are 13 Mr. Raccoon Memoriam figures in Raccoon City — all collected as Leon.
- Raccoon City is split into two sections: East Raccoon City (9 figures) and Raccoon City Center (4 figures).
- Several are sniper-shot only — you need your rifle to reach them.
- One is on the Logistics Warehouse rooftop and requires the gas generator to be active first.
- All 13 are missable — save manually before entering each new area.
- Getting all 25 across the full game unlocks the You Little Rascal! trophy and Advanced Tuning for Leon’s weapons.
Mr. Raccoon Memoriams in Raccoon City — Overview
Raccoon City is the third major area in Resident Evil Requiem and the longest section of Leon’s story. It contains 13 of the game’s 25 Mr. Raccoon Memoriam figures — more than any other single area in the game. Every single one is collected while playing as Leon. Grace does not appear in Raccoon City.
The area is divided into two distinct sections on the map: East Raccoon City and Raccoon City Center. You move from east to center as the story progresses, and several figures require you to explore off the main story path before moving on. Because there is no chapter select, missing one means reloading a manual save. Keep a save at the start of each Raccoon City sub-section to give yourself a safety net.
Figures destroyed across any save or playthrough count toward your global total. So if you miss one on your first run but grab it on a second, it still unlocks toward the trophy. For the full picture on all 25 figures across the entire game, check our Mr. Raccoon locations guide for the Care Center and our ARK Mr. Raccoon locations guide.
East Raccoon City Mr. Raccoon Locations (9 Figures)
These nine figures are spread across the streets, buildings, and underground areas of East Raccoon City. You will find most of them naturally if you explore thoroughly, but a few require specific actions or a sniper rifle.
Mr. Raccoon #11 — Café Oasis (Behind the Bar)

As soon as Leon enters East Raccoon City, he moves down a linear starting street. Before heading into the Applegate Hotel, look for the building immediately to its left — this is Café Oasis. Go inside and look behind the bar. The Mr. Raccoon figure is sitting in a cabinet behind the counter.
This is very easy to miss by accident. If you walk straight into the Applegate Hotel first, you will have to backtrack. Go to Café Oasis first, every time.
Mr. Raccoon #12 — Logistics Warehouse Rooftop (Highway Van)

This is one of the trickier figures in the entire game. Make your way to the Logistics Warehouse rooftop, accessed via the elevator in the south building at the Central Camp. Once you are on the roof — near where you collect the Distributor detonator part — look to the northwest.
You are looking for the overpass highway running above the city. On the highway, find an abandoned van parked next to a truck. The Mr. Raccoon figure is on the roof of that van. It is too far to reach on foot — use your sniper rifle to shoot it from the rooftop. It is a small target at distance, so zoom in fully and take your time lining up the shot.

Mr. Raccoon #13 — Underground Parking Garage (Storage Room)

When you enter the Underground Parking Garage — accessed through the Apartment Building Gate east of Central Camp using the Cedarbrook Apartments Key — head into the first room in the north hallway. Face the east wall and look at the stacked boxes. The Mr. Raccoon figure is sitting on top of a stack of crates against the wall on your right as you enter.
This one is easy to miss because the storage room is a side room, not on the main path. Make sure you check it before heading further through the garage.
Mr. Raccoon #14 — Main Street (Ruined Bus)

After exiting the Underground Parking Garage, head north along the street. You will spot an abandoned, rusted bus parked near the road. The Mr. Raccoon figure is visible in the front window of the bus, on the driver’s side.
Be careful in this area. There are a lot of infected nearby, and stray shots or grenade explosions can accidentally destroy the figure before you get credit. Do not worry if this happens — if it is destroyed by any means, it still counts toward your tally.
Mr. Raccoon #15 — Gas Station (Convenience Store Shelf)

From the bus on Main Street, continue north. Look for the ladder that leads up and across the back of a truck, which drops you into the Gas Station. Go inside the Gas Station convenience store area and look for a shelf on the interior wall. The Mr. Raccoon figure is sitting on one of the shelves.
You will need to visit the Gas Station anyway to collect fuel for the generator. See our guide on how to get generator fuel for the full walkthrough of this section.
Mr. Raccoon #16 — Cedarbrook Apartments (Rusted Fridge, Top Floor)

Head through the front entrance of Cedarbrook Apartments and go upstairs. Near the top, you will find a locked door that requires the Rusty Crank to open. Take a right past the locked door and drop down to collect the Crank, then return and use it to unlock the door. Go up the ladder and take a right back into the building.
The Mr. Raccoon figure is inside a rusted refrigerator on the top floor. Open the fridge and shoot the figure inside.
Mr. Raccoon #17 — Willis Tower (Top Floor, Southeastern Office)

To reach Willis Tower, you need to activate the Gas-Powered Generator north of the Logistics Warehouse using the fuel you collected from the Gas Station. This powers up a zipline that gives Leon access to the tower. Take the zipline across, go upstairs, and look to the southwest side of the top floor. There is an office area here with shelves along the wall. The Mr. Raccoon figure is on one of those shelves.
Do not skip this. Willis Tower is optional in terms of exploration but the generator is tied to story progress in this section.
Mr. Raccoon #18 — Ridgewood Station Sewers (Drainage Tunnel)

This one takes a bit of work to reach. After getting into the construction yard adjacent to the Gas Station using the fuel canister, climb down the ladder or hatch to reach an underground tunnel. Turn right and walk to the far end until you see a metal drainage grate. The Mr. Raccoon figure is in the drainage tunnel on the other side of the grate. You cannot physically reach it — shoot it through the grate with your handgun or rifle.
Mr. Raccoon #19 — Ridgewood Station Trains (Ruined Train Car)

From the drainage grate, continue to the opposite end of the tunnel. You will eventually reach the ruined train cars at Ridgewood Station. Inside one of the train cars, the Mr. Raccoon figure is sitting on one of the seats. Be prepared — several Spiderlings spawn in this area. Clear them quickly with an SMG or a grenade before they swarm you, then collect the figure.
Raccoon City Center Mr. Raccoon Locations (4 Figures)
After the motorcycle sequence with Victor Gideon, Leon arrives in Raccoon City Center. There are four Mr. Raccoon figures here, spread across the streets outside and inside the Raccoon City Police Department.
Mr. Raccoon #20 — City Center Street (Rubble by the Tanker)

The moment Leon gets off the motorcycle, do not go right into the alleyway toward the RPD. Instead, go left — west — along the main street. You will see a wrecked, rusted fuel tanker and piled-up cars blocking the road. The Mr. Raccoon figure is sitting in the rubble on the right side of the debris, at ground level.
This is a strict point-of-no-return figure. Once you enter the alleyway to the RPD, you cannot come back to this spot. Always grab it before heading toward the police building.
Mr. Raccoon #21 — RPD Operations Room (Behind Boarded Window)

Inside the RPD, head west from the Main Hall through the West Office. Continue north into the Operations Room. Look at the western wall. There is a window that has been boarded up with wooden planks. The Mr. Raccoon figure is hidden behind the bottom plank, dancing away in the gap. Shoot through the planks to hit it — you may need to position yourself slightly to the side to get a clear angle.

Mr. Raccoon #22 — RPD Library (Behind Books on Bookcase)

From the Main Hall, head west through the hallways to reach the Library on the second floor. Go to the north end of the Library and turn to face south toward the large bookcase island in the middle of the room. The Mr. Raccoon figure is on the lowest shelf of the central bookcase, hidden behind a pile of collapsed books.
This is one of the hardest figures to spot in the game. It is completely hidden by books and very easy to walk past. Listen carefully — the figure makes its characteristic chittering sound and you can hear it wiggling even if you cannot see it. Use the sound to zero in on the exact shelf, then shoot the books away to reveal it.
The Mechanic Jack is also in the Library if you need it. See our guide on how to get the Mechanic Jack.
Mr. Raccoon #23 — Gun Shop Kendo Alley (Window Ledge)

After leaving the RPD, head north to Gun Shop Kendo. After the cutscene plays, do not leave the area immediately. Go around to the right side of the shop — east — and into the alley beside it. Look up at the building wall. You will see a large Umbrella Corporation billboard. To the left of the billboard, on the second-floor windowsill, the Mr. Raccoon figure is dancing. It is elevated and small — use any weapon to shoot it from below.

Tips for Getting All Raccoon City Mr. Raccoons
Always Go to Café Oasis First
This is the number one mistake players make in Raccoon City. The story pushes you directly toward the Applegate Hotel. Ignore it for a moment and go to Café Oasis first. The figure behind the bar takes five seconds to grab. If you enter the Hotel first and the game locks off the return path, you will need to reload a save to get it.
Keep Your Sniper Rifle Loaded
Two figures in East Raccoon City — the highway van and the Ridgewood Station drainage tunnel — require a ranged weapon to reach. The highway van is specifically best reached with a scoped sniper rifle. Do not sell or store your rifle before completing this area. Also have ammo on hand for the tough Spiderling encounter near the train car figure.
Do Not Enter the RPD Alley Before Grabbing #20
Mr. Raccoon #20 is on the west side of the street after the motorcycle sequence. The moment you go into the alleyway on the right, the street becomes inaccessible. This is arguably the easiest figure to lock yourself out of in all of Raccoon City. Go left first, always.
Listen for the Chittering Sound
Every Mr. Raccoon figure makes a distinctive tapping or rattling noise when you are near. In the RPD Library especially, the figure is completely invisible until you shoot the books away — but you can hear it clearly. Trust the sound and follow it to find figures hidden behind objects or in dark corners.
Save Before Entering Each Sub-Area
Use a fresh manual save slot at the start of East Raccoon City, again before entering Raccoon City Center, and again before heading into the RPD. That gives you three reload points covering the entire Raccoon City section. If you miss any figure, you never lose more than one section’s worth of progress.
