TL;DR
- The Midas Tower Teleport Point is one of the hardest fast travel unlocks in NTE.
- Do not try to climb the outside of the tower — it is extremely slow and frustrating.
- Instead, enter the Midas Tower through the front doors and find the red door portal on the first floor.
- The red door teleports you instantly to the top of the tower.
- Complete a short platforming section using floating debris to reach the ReroRero Phone Booth.
- Rewards: +25 Footprint Points (New Herland), +50 Hunter Level EXP, and the 365 Miles Achievement.
What Is the Midas Tower Teleport Point in NTE?
The Midas Tower is one of the two tallest buildings in all of Hethereau city in Neverness to Everness. It is located in the New Herland District and is home to the Midas Arc Workshop. At the very top of this tower sits a ReroRero Phone Booth — one of the game’s main fast travel points.
Unlocking this teleport point is worth the effort. Once activated, it becomes one of the most useful fast travel hubs in New Herland. You can also use it as a launch pad to glide down to nearby rooftops, including the Witop Tower next door, which has an Anomaly Commission called Heaven’s Forsaken at the top.
The problem is that the Midas Tower is incredibly tall. Most players’ first instinct is to try climbing it from the outside, but that approach is painfully slow and stamina-draining. There is a much smarter way inside the building that takes you straight to the top.
Where to Find the Midas Tower in NTE
Midas Tower is located in the New Herland District, Hethereau’s business and entertainment hub. To find it:

- Open your map and select the Midas Tower ReroRero Phone Booth icon in New Herland District.
- Press the tracking button to set it as your destination.
- Follow the blue navigation line on your mini-map. It will lead you directly to the main entrance of the building.
- Look for a photo icon right in front of the main gate — that marks the entrance.
If you have already unlocked the New Herland Wertheimer Tower, start from there and head toward the Midas Tower icon. It is hard to miss given how tall the building is. For tips on unlocking all Wertheimer Towers, check our guide on how to unlock all map areas in NTE.
How to Unlock the Midas Tower Teleport Point – Step by Step
Here is the correct way to reach the ReroRero Phone Booth at the top of Midas Tower without wasting time or stamina.

Step 1: Enter Through the Front Doors
Walk up to the main entrance of the Midas Tower and go through the double doors. Once inside, you will see Misty, the Midas Technologies Receptionist, standing directly in front of you at the lobby desk.
Step 2: Find the Small Corridor on the Right
Do not go straight ahead toward the receptionist. Instead, look to the right. You will see the entrance to a small, narrow corridor. Head into it and follow the path down.

Step 3: Enter the Red Door Portal
At the end of the narrow corridor, you will find a red door. This is the key shortcut. Enter through the red door and you will be teleported instantly to the top of the Midas Tower. No climbing required.
This secret portal skips the entire exterior climb and puts you right where you need to be. Many players miss this completely and spend a long time trying to scale the outside, so knowing about the red door saves you a lot of frustration.
Step 4: Complete the Platforming Section
Once you arrive at the top via the red door, you are not quite done. There is a short platforming section that you need to clear before you can reach the phone booth. You will see floating pieces of debris that form a path upward.
Climb up the floating debris, jumping from platform to platform. The path is straightforward but requires a bit of precision. Take it slowly, watch each jump, and work your way up to the very top of the structure.

Step 5: Activate the ReroRero Phone Booth
Once you reach the highest point of the platforming section, you will see the ReroRero Phone Booth. Walk up to it and interact with it to activate the Midas Tower Teleport Point.
The moment you activate it, you will receive:
- +25 Footprint Points for the New Herland District
- +50 Hunter Level EXP
- The 365 Miles Achievement
Can You Climb the Outside of Midas Tower Instead?
Yes, technically you can. But it is not recommended. Climbing the exterior of the Midas Tower is extremely slow because there are almost no ledges or platforms to stand on and recover your stamina. You have to crawl up at a walking pace the entire way without running, which takes a very long time.
Even if you do manage to scale the outside, you still have to clear the same platforming section at the top to actually reach the ReroRero Phone Booth. You do not save any time or skip any steps by going the hard way.
The red door route inside the building is always the better option. Use it every time.
Why Unlocking the Midas Tower Teleport Point Is Worth It
The Midas Tower ReroRero Phone Booth is one of the most useful fast travel points in all of New Herland. Because it sits at the very top of one of the tallest buildings in the city, it doubles as a perfect high-altitude launch point. Once activated:
- You can fast travel directly to the top of Midas Tower from anywhere on the map.
- From the summit, you can use your glider to reach nearby rooftops with ease — including the Witop Tower directly to the east, where the Heaven’s Forsaken Anomaly Commission is located. This saves you from having to climb that building separately.
- It is one of the best spots to start a vertical descent across New Herland, getting you to street level quickly wherever you need to go.
- The +25 Footprint Points it grants also pushes your New Herland District completion forward.
What Is the Heaven’s Forsaken Anomaly Commission?
While you are up at the Midas Tower, it is worth noting the nearby Heaven’s Forsaken Anomaly Commission. This commission asks you to defeat three fish anomalies called the Tides of Misfortune, which are located on the rooftop of the Witop Tower — the tall building just to the east of Midas Tower.
Climbing the Witop Tower from the ground is difficult on its own. But once you have unlocked the Midas Tower Teleport Point, the process becomes simple:
- Fast travel to the Midas Tower ReroRero Phone Booth.
- Look east and locate the Witop Tower roof.
- Jump off the Midas Tower and glide down toward the Witop rooftop using your glider.
- Land on the roof and defeat the three Tides of Misfortune anomalies to complete the commission.
This is a great example of why the Midas Tower Teleport Point is so valuable. It unlocks access to otherwise hard-to-reach spots across New Herland with just a short glide.
Tips for Getting Around New Herland District
New Herland is one of the busiest and most packed districts in Hethereau. Here are a few tips for navigating it efficiently once the Midas Tower is unlocked:
- Use the Midas Tower as your New Herland home base. It is the highest fast travel point in the district, which makes it the best starting point for vertical exploration.
- Combine it with the New Herland Wertheimer Tower. Use the Wertheimer Tower for ground-level missions and the Midas Tower Phone Booth for high-altitude access.
- Get a car if you have not already. New Herland has long avenues that are much faster to navigate by vehicle. Check our guide on how to get a car in NTE.
- Watch your Wanted Level. New Herland is a busy district with lots of NPCs and traffic. Accidental collisions or stray attacks can raise your Warrant Value quickly. If that happens, check our guide on how to lower your Wanted Level in NTE.
