TL;DR
- Terra Dome is Sector 3 in Pragmata. It has 47 total collectibles across 5 sub-areas.
- Nothing is permanently missable. You can grab everything in Unknown Signal Mode after the story.
- Safe Boxes 8 and 9 plus Pure Lunum 3 need the Cleansing ability (unlocks at Central Port 01).
- Always check Holo-Walls — many Safe Boxes are hidden behind them.
- Don’t skip the Terrarium Red Zone. It has the only Storage Expander in the whole sector.
Pragmata Terra Dome Collectibles Overview
Terra Dome is Sector 3 in Pragmata, and it is the biggest collectible haul you will face this early in the game. The sector recreates Earth’s natural forests using Lunafilament, and that dense overgrown layout makes it easy to miss things.
Here is everything you are hunting across the five sub-areas:
| Collectible | Total |
|---|---|
| Safe Boxes | 20 |
| Pure Lunum | 6 |
| Mods | 5 |
| Escape Hatches | 6 |
| REMs | 4 |
| Mini Cabins | 3 |
| Training Data | 2 |
| Storage Expander | 1 |
| Total | 47 |
Before you start, there are two things to know. First, the Lim Eraser is needed for several collectibles in Soil Research and the Eco Modeling Lab. Make sure it is equipped before exploring off-path areas. Second, Safe Boxes 8 and 9 and Pure Lunum 3 are locked behind Cleansing, which is a story ability you get automatically at Central Port 01. If you cannot reach something, just come back later.

Terra Dome 01 — Terra Dome Entrance (10 Collectibles)
The Entrance looks simple but holds more than you expect. Several items here require you to loop back through the elevator, so pay attention to the order.

Safe Box 1 — Before you enter the main building, jump to the hanging crate near the entrance. It brings you up to a grassy ledge where the box is sitting.
Escape Hatch 1 — Inside the building, this is found in the same room where you trigger the cutscene showing the branches shrinking before IDUS cuts in.
From the main elevator, take the left route first.
Safe Boxes 2, 3, and 4 — The path splits into two branches (A and B) twice in a row. Each branch endpoint has a Safe Box. Run both paths to get Safe Box 2 and Safe Box 3. Safe Box 4 sits between the two exits, so you will grab it no matter which branch you finish on.
Pure Lunum 1 — After finishing the A/B branches, one of the next route choices leads to a Red Zone. Clear it and you will earn Pure Lunum 1 as the reward.
Mod 1 (Cheap Shot) + Training Data 1 — Shortly after the Red Zone, look for a small room on the left. There is a broken Cabin inside. Loot the chest there to get Mod 1 (Cheap Shot) and Training Data 1, which unlocks extra Training missions.
Mod 2 (Precision Shot) — Take the elevator up. The Mod is on a ledge near the top. Note: you will actually pass through Area 2 before you ride this elevator, so do not panic if the order feels off.
REM 1 (Flowers) — From the top of the elevator, drop straight back down. The REM is just below the Mod on the same vertical path.
Safe Box 5 — Take the elevator up again and then drop down to the left of the Soil Research entrance. The box is on a ledge there.

Terra Dome 02 — Eco Modeling Lab (13 Collectibles)
The Eco Modeling Lab is the busiest sub-area in Terra Dome. Forest rooms, Holo-Walls, and multiple enemy ambushes pack this section. Take your time here.

Mini Cabin 1 — On the right side of the room that has a terminal to grow a tree platform. Look up at the tree branches above the terminal. The Mini Cabin is sitting on one of them.
Safe Box 6 — After you grow the tree platform, do not go left through the door. Go right instead. There is a Holo-Wall hiding this box.
Escape Hatch 2 — Found in the room where you grow multiple branches to create a path to cross.
Red Zone + Mod 3 (Collateral Damage) + Pure Lunum 2 — The Red Zone entrance is right next to Escape Hatch 2. Clear it and you will receive both Mod 3 (Collateral Damage) and Pure Lunum 2 as rewards.
REM 2 (Ballons) — From Escape Hatch 2, head downstairs into the forest area below. The REM is in the right-side corner of that space.
Mod 4 (Recursive Learning) — Stay on the right side of the area until you reach a small tunnel that splits into two directions. Take the right tunnel. Find the ledge that leads to some stairs. At the bottom, there is a Holo-Wall. Smash through it and deal with the enemy guarding Mod 4 (Recursive Learning).
Safe Box 7 — From that same ledge before the stairs, climb to the right instead. This leads to a white bridge with some Lims to erase. Safe Box 7 is past them.
Safe Boxes 8 and 9 ⚠️ Cleansing Required — After you beat the orange bot, drop over the left railing toward a greenish area. Safe Box 8 is inside a container there. Safe Box 9 is in the pathway next to it, which requires the Cleansing ability to open. Come back after Central Port 01 if you cannot access it yet.
Pure Lunum 3 ⚠️ Cleansing Required — In the same room as Safe Box 9. Lower a platform inside that room, then use the ladder it reveals to reach Pure Lunum 3 above.
REM 3 (RC Car) — On your way back from the boxes, jump from the container toward the cave right beside it. Clear the enemy inside and follow the cave path all the way through to find REM 3 (RC Car).
Red Zone Key — From the spot where you fought the orange bot, keep moving forward into the next building. The key is on a desk to your right.
Escape Hatch 3 — Found in the next room. This is the room where Diana and Hugh have a conversation about the weather.
Mod 5 (Aggressive Defense) — In a crate in the same room as Escape Hatch 3.
Pure Lunum 4 — After the next mini boss, open the crate right afterward. Pure Lunum 4 is inside.
Safe Box 10 — From the Pure Lunum 4 crate, head right and open the Holo-Wall at the end of the hallway to find this final Safe Box for the Eco Modeling Lab.
There is also a computer terminal near Safe Box 10 that upgrades your inventory. It lets you carry two red and two green weapons at the same time. It is not a tracked collectible, but it is worth activating before moving on.

Terra Dome 03 — Center Hall Upper Floor (1 Collectible)
This is the shortest stop in the whole sector. Just one item here.

Escape Hatch 4 — Take the elevator up. The Escape Hatch is right in front of the locked door at the top.
Terra Dome 04 — Soil Research (13 Collectibles)
Soil Research is the second-largest sub-area. It has 10 Safe Boxes, two Pure Lunum, two REMs, and the two remaining Mini Cabins. Invisible enemies appear here, so stay alert. Dodge at the last second when they go for a grab — that is when they fully reveal themselves.

Safe Box 11 — At the Soil Research entrance, the path splits. Take the right path. Safe Box 11 is at the end of it.
Training Data 2 — On the beach, face forward from the cutscene and go right. Use the eraser on the Lim, then drop down the hatch below. A broken Cabin inside holds Training Data 2.
Mini Cabin 2 — After the invisible enemy fight in this area, take the elevator up. Walk along the balcony and look left at the trees. Mini Cabin 2 is sitting on a branch.
Safe Box 12 — In the next room, go right. Another invisible enemy is guarding this box, so clear it first.
Safe Box 13 — From the high-view platform with the overlook, drop down the other side toward the door you just opened. The box is on a ledge partway down.
Escape Hatch 5 — Behind the four-lock door that you just unlocked.
Safe Box 14 — After the next elevator descent, there is a Holo-Wall immediately to your right. Safe Box 14 is behind it.
Safe Box 15 — Deactivate the jammer in this room first. Safe Box 15 is at the far end of the room.
Safe Box 16 — Directly on the main path. Very hard to miss this one.
Safe Box 17 — Inside the bunk bedroom.
REM 4 (Swing) + Mini Cabin 3 — Find the door next to the weapon rack and enter it. Go around the left corner and use the eraser on the Lim. This lets you climb up and access the locked room you saw earlier from below. REM 4 (Swing) is inside. Mini Cabin 3 is in a storage container in the same room.
Safe Box 18 — Immediately after passing through the yellow holo gate, turn right. Safe Box 18 is there.
Safe Box 19 — In the room after the next enemy encounter, look for a platform you can raise. Raise it and climb up to the ledge where Safe Box 19 sits.
Pure Lunum 5 — In the very next dark room, there is a crate directly ahead. Pure Lunum 5 is inside.
Safe Box 20 — Also in that same dark room. Climb the container on the left to reach a ledge that leads into the neighboring room. The eraser is needed to get all the way through.

Terra Dome 05 — Terrarium (2 Collectibles)
The Terrarium is the final sub-area and wraps up with just two collectibles. Short section, but the reward from the Red Zone is extremely valuable.

Escape Hatch 6 — Take the elevator down. The Escape Hatch is in front of the WARNING door at the bottom.
Red Zone + Pure Lunum 6 + Storage Expander 1 — The Red Zone entrance is to the left of that same WARNING door. Clear it. You will receive both Pure Lunum 6 and the Storage Expander as rewards.
Do not skip this Red Zone. Storage Expander 1 is the only one available in the entire Terra Dome sector. It increases how much you can carry for the rest of the game, so picking it up early makes a real difference. After the Terrarium comes the Garden Keeper boss fight, so wrap up all your collecting before heading through.

Terra Dome Collectible Tips
A few things that will save you time if you keep them in mind:
Check every Holo-Wall. A large number of Safe Boxes in this sector are hidden behind them. If a room looks too empty, scan the walls before moving on.
Do Red Zones first. Every Red Zone gives you Pure Lunum. Some also give a Mod or the Storage Expander. They are always worth clearing before pushing forward. Our Pragmata red keys and red zones guide shows where every Red Zone entrance is across all sectors.
Have the Lim Eraser equipped. Several items in Soil Research and the Eco Modeling Lab sit behind Lim that needs erasing. You will miss them if you walk past without it.
Cleansing unlocks automatically. Safe Boxes 8 and 9 and Pure Lunum 3 are gated behind this ability. You get it during Central Port 01 as part of the story. No grinding required.
Use Unknown Signal Mode for cleanup. If you finish the story with items still left, Unknown Signal Mode lets you return to any sector with all abilities unlocked. Nothing is locked out forever.
