C’s Tower Anomaly Commission Guide – NTE: Neverness to Everness
TL;DR
- C’s Tower is a Common Anomaly Commission in the Bridge Crossings district.
- The anomaly looks like a black open box with a yellow “C” on it.
- Approach it and it spawns stacking blocks — climb them to reach the top.
- At the top, you fight Proliferative C — at around 50% health it splits into two.
- Defeat both copies to complete the commission and collect your rewards.
The C’s Tower Anomaly Commission in NTE: Neverness to Everness looks simple at first glance. But once you approach and the tower starts rising, things can get confusing fast. This guide covers exactly where to find it, how to climb the tower without falling, and how to beat the boss at the top.

C’s Tower Location in NTE (Neverness to Everness)
C’s Tower is found in the Bridge Crossings district. The exact spot is on an open raised platform east of Davidia Avenue, between Davidia Avenue and Green Wall Slope. It sits close to The Cafe by Origen on the Davidia Avenue branch.
When you walk near it, you will get an on-screen warning about a Wertheimer Index fluctuation zone. That is your signal that the commission is active and ready to start.
You can track it through the Anomagram on your World Map if you are having trouble pinpointing the exact spot.
What Is C’s Tower in NTE?
C’s Tower is classified as a Phenomenon Anomaly. It looks like a black open box with a glowing yellow letter “C” on the side. This is the main body of the anomaly, called Proliferative C.
It does not come toward you or attack you directly at first. Instead, it defends itself by creating a massive tower of floating box-like platforms around itself so you cannot reach it easily.
How to Complete C’s Tower Anomaly Commission in NTE
Step 1 – Approach the Anomaly
Walk up to the C’s Tower anomaly. The moment you get close, it will start generating stacks of box-shaped blocks. These blocks keep appearing and rising, forming a tall tower that shields the anomaly at the top.
Do not panic when you see the tower growing. This is the intended mechanic. Your job is simply to climb to the top.

Step 2 – Climb the Tower
Jump from block to block as they appear. The blocks spawn in a way that creates a climbable path, but you need to keep moving steadily. Take your time — do not rush your jumps or you risk falling and having to start the climb again.
Keep your eyes on the next block above you and move at a careful pace. The tower is tall, so patience matters here more than speed.
Once you reach the very top, the anomaly can no longer generate more blocks above you. That is when the next phase begins.
Step 3 – Survive the Ram Attack
When you get close to the main body at the top, Proliferative C will ram toward you. This is its first real attack and it can knock you off the tower if you are not careful. Get ready to dodge.
After the ram, the area transforms into a proper combat arena and the fight begins. If you want to get better at dodging in NTE, check out our guide on how to parry, critical dodge, and riposte in NTE.

Step 4 – Fight Proliferative C
Proliferative C is an aggressive boss. It attacks frequently and does not give you much breathing room. Keep moving and dodge consistently, especially when it charges.
At around 50% health (or below), Proliferative C splits into two separate copies. Both copies will attack at the same time. This is the most chaotic part of the fight.

Tips for this phase:
- Do not stay in one place for too long — both copies can pin you down quickly.
- Focus on one copy first to reduce the pressure, then switch to the other.
- Use burst damage abilities to end the fight faster before you take too many hits.
- Characters with crowd control abilities also help a lot here.
Once you defeat the main body (not just the copies), the commission officially clears.

- Bring a strong team. The split phase can overwhelm you if your damage output is low.
- Make sure your Arcs are upgraded. Better Arcs make this fight much more manageable. See our Arc weapon tier list for recommendations.
- Check your Hunter Level. If the commission feels too hard, level up first. Our guide on how to increase Hunter Level fast in NTE can help.
