007 First Light All Postcard Locations – Every Postcard in the Game

007 First Light all postcard locations guide — find all 10 postcards across every chapter, unlock The World Is Not Enough trophy, and never miss one again.

TL;DR

  • There are 10 Postcards hidden across the campaign in 007 First Light.
  • Collecting all 10 unlocks the The World Is Not Enough trophy and achievement.
  • None are missable — use Chapter Select to return and grab any you skipped.
  • Postcards save instantly on pickup. Quit out right after grabbing one if needed.
  • Not every chapter has a postcard — there are exactly one per chapter that contains one.
  • The Mauritania Postcard in Chapter 10 requires the Laser Strap gadget — equip it before loading in.
  • The Slovakia Postcard in Chapter 8 requires interacting with a maid first — don’t rush past her.
  • If the trophy doesn’t pop after the 10th, visit the TacSim collectible wall to force a sync.

007 First Light all postcard locations are spread across 10 chapters of the game, with one postcard hiding in each chapter that contains one. These collectibles represent the many exotic locations Bond visits during his origin story — from Iceland to Antarctica to MI6 itself. Collecting all 10 earns you the The World Is Not Enough trophy and achievement, a fitting nod to the 1999 Bond film. This guide gives you the exact chapter, checkpoint, and step-by-step directions for every single one.

Before you start, know this: the in-game collectible tracker groups items by type, not by chapter. You can check your postcard progress by pressing Touchpad and filtering by Postcards. For a full overview of all 92 collectibles across every category, visit our 007 First Light all missions, challenges and collectibles guide.

Key Tips Before You Start

  • Equip the Laser Strap before Chapter 10 — you unlock it during Chapter 9 as a story gadget. You need it to break the padlock on the Mauritania Postcard. If you’re using Chapter Select to clean up, make sure it’s in your loadout before loading in.
  • Chapter Select saves you time — jump straight to the checkpoint listed for each postcard. You don’t need to replay the full chapter.
  • Items save instantly — you can quit to the main menu the moment you pick up a postcard. No need to reach the next checkpoint.
  • Trophy bug fix — if The World Is Not Enough doesn’t pop after grabbing your 10th postcard, head to the Tactical Simulation hub from the main menu and examine the collectible wall. This forces the game to sync and usually triggers the trophy.

All 10 Postcard Locations in 007 First Light

Postcard 1 – Iceland Postcard (Chapter 1: Against the Odds)

Postcard 1 Iceland Postcard
Postcard 1 Iceland Postcard

Checkpoint: 06 – Central Camp
Objective: Save the captives / Search containers B4 and G9

After jumping down into the enemy camp, look to the right side. Enter the container labeled B2. There is one enemy inside standing at a desk — take them down silently. The Iceland Postcard is sitting right on the desk next to a lamp and computer. You can grab this on the same run as the Cruciform Key Legacy Item, which is in the F8 container nearby.

This is the very first postcard in the game and one of the easiest to grab. For more help with this chapter, see our 007 First Light Against the Odds challenges guide.

Postcard 2 – Malta Postcard (Chapter 3: The Needle’s Eye)

Postcard 2 Malta Postcard

Checkpoint: 01 – Basic Training
Objective: Follow Greenway

After the car ride sequence, when you regain control of Bond, don’t follow Greenway immediately. Go straight ahead from where you start walking. You will see a small fold-out table on the right side of the training ground with water bottles on it. The Malta Postcard is sitting on that table, just before you reach the main group of trainees.

It’s easy to miss because you’re prompted to follow Greenway straight away. Just take a few seconds to check the table first.

Postcard 3 – Slovakia Postcard (Chapter 8: All the Time in the World)

Postcard 3 Slovakia Postcard
Postcard 3 Slovakia Postcard

Checkpoint: 07 – Accessing Room 206
Objective: Access Room 206

This is the trickiest postcard in the game. When you reach the hallway outside Room 206, you’ll notice a maid pacing outside Room 205. You need to get into Room 205, not Room 206. Here’s how:

  1. Eavesdrop on the maid first.
  2. Distract her — either by turning on the nearby vacuum cleaner, or by shooting her with a Phone Dart.
  3. While she is distracted, pickpocket the Room 205 Keycard from her.
  4. Use the keycard to enter Room 205.
  5. The Slovakia Postcard is on the nightstand beside the bed.

Do not rush past the maid toward Room 206. She won’t be there unless you have progressed to the “Access Room 206” objective stage, so make sure you reach that point first. For help navigating this section, see our guides on how to enter rooms 206, 205 and 207 and the All the Time in the World all challenges guide.

Postcard 4 – Mauritania Postcard (Chapter 10: The Past Never Dies)

Checkpoint: 03 – Black Market
Objective: Obtain auction fee

Important: You need the Laser Strap gadget for this one. It is unlocked during Chapter 9 as part of the story. If you’re using Chapter Select, equip it before loading in or you won’t be able to get this postcard.

From the market entrance, head left toward the area with the large red anchor in the ground. You’ll see a fenced-off section with a padlocked gate. Use the Laser Strap to destroy the padlock, go inside the fenced area, and pick up the Mauritania Postcard from the table.

For more help in this chapter, see our The Past Never Dies all challenges guide, and our Tech Support challenge – Rogue Decoder guide for other things to do in this area.

Postcard 5 – Kensington Postcard (Chapter 11: Uninvited)

Checkpoint: 06 – Security Office
Objective: Use the CCTV system

This is the easiest postcard in the game. The CCTV room is a mandatory story location — you must enter it to progress. As soon as you walk through the door into the CCTV room, look immediately to your left. The Kensington Postcard is on a table near the shelving unit. You can’t miss it if you just turn left on entry.

Postcard 6 – City of London Postcard (Chapter 12: Knightfall)

Postcard 6 City of London Postcard

Checkpoint: 02 – Executive 1st Floor
Objective: Get to the stairs

After Greenway boosts you up onto the statue, jump across to the next balcony. Follow that balcony to the left and jump over the railing. Shimmy along the ledge on the outside of the building and climb in through the window at the end. The City of London Postcard is on the counter to the left inside that room.

This one requires a bit of platforming but the path is straightforward once you know to go left after the statue boost. For more help, check our Knightfall all challenges guide.

Postcard 7 – Vietnam Postcard (Chapter 14: Time to Die)

Postcard 7 Vietnam Postcard
Postcard 7 Vietnam Postcard

Checkpoint: 05 – The Three Targets
Objective: Approach Ellis White

Make your way to the Ocean View Bar where you need to talk to Ellis White as part of the main story objective. Once inside the bar, look at the tables on the right side. The Vietnam Postcard is sitting on one of those tables.

To get into the bar area, you can climb over the railing on the left of the guards, or pickpocket the Party Flyer from nearby girls who leave the area — either method works. For help finding Ellis White, see our Ellis White location and how to reach guide. More chapter help is in our Time to Die all challenges guide.

Postcard 8 – Q-Lab Postcard (Chapter 15: Man of the Hour)

Postcard 8 Q Lab Postcard
Postcard 8 Q Lab Postcard

Checkpoint: 04 – The Betrayal
Objective: Steal field equipment

Head to the Q-01 Gym section of the Q-Lab. Climb up the lockers inside the gym area. Jump across to the ledge and enter the hallway above. Walk to the end of that hallway — the Q-Lab Postcard is on a table at the far end.

This postcard is tucked away above the gym and requires a bit of vertical movement to reach. For more help with this chapter, check our steal field equipment walkthrough.

Postcard 9 – Antarctica Postcard (Chapter 16: Wave of the Future)

Postcard 9 Antarctica Postcard
Postcard 9 Antarctica Postcard

Checkpoint: 16 – Safety Off
Objective: Reach HYPERION

After riding the lift to the bottom, take out the Override Key and defeat the android enemy — use your gadgets here as the android is tough. Insert the Override Key into the door marked as a main objective to proceed. Go through to the next area where you walk across a metal beam. Once across, look straight ahead. The Antarctica Postcard is on a trolley sitting beside the window.

For full chapter help, see our Wave of the Future all challenges guide.

Postcard 10 – MI6 Postcard (Chapter 17: For England)

Postcard 10 MI6 Postcard
Postcard 10 MI6 Postcard

Checkpoint: 06 – Backstairs
Objective: Pick up the earpiece / Locate Moneypenny

Answer the ringing red phone as part of the objective. After that, pick up the earpiece from the enemy on the ground. Go through the next door and squeeze through the shelves (there is a narrow gap between two shelving units). As soon as you come out the other side, look straight down at the floor. The MI6 Postcard is lying right there on the ground.

This is the final postcard in the game. Grabbing it triggers the The World Is Not Enough trophy and achievement — if it doesn’t pop immediately, head to TacSim and check your collectible wall. For more on this chapter, see our For England all challenges guide.

Reward for Collecting All Postcards

Collecting all 10 postcards unlocks the The World Is Not Enough trophy on PlayStation and the equivalent achievement on Xbox and Steam. The trophy name is a direct reference to the 1999 Bond film of the same name — a nice nod from IO Interactive.

There are no extra in-game rewards like currency or outfits tied specifically to postcards. However, they count toward the full 92 collectibles needed for the A Collector’s Habit master trophy. For a full list of all trophy conditions, visit our 007 First Light trophy and achievement guide.

Can You Miss Postcards in 007 First Light?

No. Not a single postcard is permanently missable. Even if you finish the entire campaign without collecting any, you can return to each chapter through Chapter Select from the main menu. Jump directly to the checkpoint listed for the postcard you need, pick it up, and quit out immediately. The collectible saves the second you grab it.

To learn more about using this feature, see our guide on how to replay missions in 007 First Light.
