Odette Best Teams In Genshin Impact

    By Mark Smith · August 13, 2026 · 13 min read
    odette best synergy

Odette best teams in Genshin Impact cover two reaction archetypes — Stellar-Conduct and Stellar Swirl — and she is the best enabler for both. Odette is the 5-star Cryo Sword character released in Version 7.0 and the premier Stellar Linchpin support in the game. Her Solo Dance Double applies off-field Cryo continuously, she converts Superconduct into Stellar-Conduct and Cryo Swirl into Stellar Swirl, she buffs both reactions based on her ATK, and she deals meaningful off-field Stellar damage herself. No other single character in 7.0 does all of that at once.

This guide covers all of her best teams across both reaction types, from premium comps to fully accessible F2P options. For her build — weapons, artifacts, and stats — see our Odette ascension and talent materials guide. For full context on how her reactions work, see our best Stellar-Conduct teams guide and best Stellar Swirl teams guide. For her best support character, read our Alyosha best build guide.

Who Is Odette And What Does She Do?

Odette is a 5-star Cryo Sword character introduced in Genshin Impact Version 7.0 as the prima ballerina of the Korolevskiy troupe. In gameplay, she is a Stellar Linchpin support and sub-DPS whose entire kit revolves around enabling and amplifying Stellar Glimmer reactions. She is the only 5-star Stellar Linchpin released in 7.0, and unlike Sandrone, she can enable both Stellar-Conduct and Stellar Swirl — making her the most flexible team-building piece in the new reaction meta.

    Solo Dance Double

Odette’s Elemental Skill summons a Solo Dance Double — a dancing copy of herself that stays on the field and periodically attacks nearby enemies with AoE Cryo damage. This Double is the core of her kit. It applies off-field Cryo continuously without requiring Odette to be on the field, which keeps reaction uptime consistent during your main DPS’s rotation. When the Double is active and Odette uses her Skill again, it transforms into a powerful dance duet that deals continuous Cryo damage, ending with a hit that counts as Stellar-Conduct or Stellar Swirl damage depending on her active Radiance state.

    Stellar Linchpin Passive

Odette’s passive converts every Superconduct triggered by nearby party members into Stellar-Conduct, and every Cryo Swirl into Stellar Swirl. The base damage of those converted reactions is also increased by 0.7% per 100 ATK Odette has — up to a 14% increase at 2,000 ATK. This is why building ATK is so important on her: every 100 ATK she has directly amplifies the team’s reaction damage output.

    Marvelous Splendor

Each time Odette summons her Solo Dance Double she gains 4 stacks of Marvelous Splendor. These stacks interact with her Constellations and transfer to teammates as buffs while she is off the field, increasing their Stellar Glimmer damage output. Managing these stacks is the core of Odette’s advanced play.

    Elemental Burst

Odette’s Burst deals multiple waves of AoE Cryo damage, summons or refreshes the Solo Dance Double, and grants her Snow Swan’s Dream — a temporary buff that raises her own Stellar Glimmer reaction damage by 50% for 20 seconds. Her Burst costs only 60 Energy and has a 15-second cooldown. In most teams, her kit’s core value comes from the Skill and Double rather than the Burst, so she does not need high Energy Recharge stacking.

    Odette Team Building Basics

Every strong Odette team covers four roles. The specific characters in each slot change depending on whether you are running Stellar-Conduct or Stellar Swirl, but the structure stays the same:

    • Main DPS / Driver: The character who stays on-field and triggers reactions most often. Sandrone, Mizuki, Cyno, Wriothesley, or Cryo Traveler.
    • Odette (off-field Cryo enabler and buffer): Uses Skill to summon Double, casts duet when available, then swaps out. Provides continuous off-field Cryo, reaction conversion, and ATK-scaled team buffs.
    • Off-field sub-DPS: Applies the second reaction element from off the field. Yae Miko (Electro) or Sucrose/Faruzan (Anemo) depending on the reaction type.
    • Flex support: Healing, shielding, Elemental Mastery buffs, or additional reaction support. Alyosha, Qiqi, Diona, or Sucrose.

    Best Odette Stellar-Conduct Teams

Team 1 — Sandrone Premium (Best Overall)

Sandrone / Odette / Yae Miko / Alyosha

sandrone yae miko sucrose and odette team composition in genshin impact
sandrone yae miko sucrose and odette team composition in genshin impact

This is the strongest Odette team available in Version 7.0. Sandrone is the on-field main DPS and also a Stellar Linchpin, meaning two enablers are active simultaneously for maximum reaction uptime. Odette supplies off-field Cryo through her Dance Double, buffs the team’s Stellar reaction damage, and deals her own Stellar damage during the duet. Yae Miko provides persistent off-field Electro through her Sesshou Sakura turrets and at C1 grants the whole team 50% Electro and Stellar-Conduct DMG Bonus every time the reaction fires. Alyosha covers ATK% buffs, additional Stellar-Conduct damage buffs, healing, and more Electro from Tugarin. Every character in this team has a direct synergy with Stellar-Conduct — nothing is wasted.

For Yae Miko’s full setup in this team, see our Yae Miko Stellar Conduct build guide. For Alyosha’s build, check our Alyosha best build guide.

    Team 2 — Cyno Stellar-Conduct

Cyno / Odette / Yae Miko / Alyosha

Cyno is an on-field Electro DPS who cannot enable Stellar-Conduct himself, making Odette essential — she both enables the reaction and supplies the Cryo aura that Cyno’s attacks react with. Yae Miko adds off-field Electro and her C1 Stellar-Conduct bonus. Alyosha buffs ATK and Stellar-Conduct damage while healing. Odette’s off-field Cryo from the Dance Double keeps the reaction feeding consistently during Cyno’s long Burst window. This team places Odette in her most natural role: the dedicated Cryo enabler that an Electro main DPS cannot function without. See our full Cyno Stellar Conduct build guide for his optimal setup.

    Team 3 — Wriothesley Stellar-Conduct

Wriothesley / Odette / Yae Miko / Alyosha

Wriothesley is a Cryo main DPS with self-sustain built into his kit and strong Stellar-Conduct damage when paired with the right enabler. Odette is that enabler — her off-field Cryo keeps the aura up while Wriothesley attacks, and her ATK-based buff amplifies his Stellar-Conduct hits inside the Polestar Field. Yae Miko handles off-field Electro and Alyosha provides support. This is the best team for Wriothesley in Version 7.0. If you do not have Yae Miko, Fischl or Beidou work as off-field Electro alternatives. One note: Alyosha’s healing can interact with Wriothesley’s self-HP mechanic — most players simply leave Alyosha’s Burst running rather than cutting it, as losing the ATK buff and Electro application is a bigger damage loss than any HP mechanic nuance.

Team 4 — Sandrone + Odette + Yae Miko + Qiqi (Double Cryo Resonance)

Sandrone / Odette / Yae Miko / Qiqi

A variant of Team 1 that swaps Alyosha for Qiqi. Running Sandrone and Odette already provides two Cryo characters, so adding Qiqi as a third Cryo gives an additional off-field Cryo applicator and sustain without triggering Cryo Resonance again (Resonance only requires two). Qiqi’s Stellar-Conduct buff also contributes meaningfully to team damage. The tradeoff versus Alyosha is less ATK% and Elemental Mastery buffing in exchange for more healing uptime and easier energy management. See our Qiqi Stellar Conduct build guide for her setup.

    Best Odette Stellar Swirl Teams

Team 5 — Mizuki Core (Best Stellar Swirl)

Mizuki / Odette / Cryo Traveler / Sucrose

This is the strongest Stellar Swirl team in Version 7.0. Mizuki (Yumemizuki Mizuki) is the on-field Anemo driver who triggers Swirls continuously and deals massive direct Stellar Vortex damage scaled by Elemental Mastery and CRIT. Odette enables Stellar Swirl via her Solo Dance Double, provides off-field Cryo for Mizuki to swirl, and buffs both the Swirl’s Vortex damage and the team’s reaction output with her ATK-scaled passive. Cryo Traveler adds a second Cryo body for more Cryo application and off-field Burst damage. Sucrose shares Elemental Mastery with the whole team through her passive, directly amplifying the Vortex’s detonation, and applies additional Anemo to keep Swirls stacking. Odette is particularly strong in this team because Mizuki runs on short rotations — her frontloaded Skill and duet damage is used fully every cycle. For Mizuki’s full build, check our Mizuki Stellar Swirl build guide.

    Team 6 — Mizuki + Faruzan Variant

Mizuki / Odette / Cryo Traveler / Faruzan

An alternative Swirl team that swaps Sucrose for Faruzan. Faruzan at C6 shreds enemy Anemo resistance significantly and grants CRIT DMG% to Anemo damage — a direct boost to Mizuki’s Stellar Swirl nuke damage. This variant favors raw single-target Anemo damage over Elemental Mastery sharing, and performs especially well against single-enemy bosses where Faruzan’s buffs are most efficient. The choice between Sucrose and Faruzan mostly depends on whether you are fighting one target or groups.

    Best F2P Odette Teams

    Team 7 — Cryo Traveler F2P Core

Cryo Traveler / Odette / Fischl / Alyosha

A fully accessible Stellar-Conduct team pairing Odette with free and low-investment units. Cryo Traveler is the on-field main DPS, applying Cryo with the Exaiphanes Blade and staying on-field to deal Stellar-Conduct damage. Odette enables the reaction and provides off-field Cryo through the Double, ensuring consistent uptime even while Cryo Traveler is on-field. Fischl supplies reliable off-field Electro through Oz and adds some ATK% buff. Alyosha buffs ATK, boosts Stellar-Conduct damage, heals, and adds additional Electro from Tugarin. This team has zero limited 5-star requirements beyond Odette herself and performs well in all standard content.

Team 8 — Cryo Traveler Budget Stellar Swirl

Cryo Traveler / Odette / Sucrose / Diona

A budget Stellar Swirl team built around Odette and free units. Cryo Traveler enables alongside Odette and plays off-field, applying Cryo through the Elemental Skill and Burst. Sucrose drives on-field Anemo and shares Elemental Mastery. Diona at C6 adds healing, shielding, and a team EM buff inside her Burst field. This team lacks Mizuki’s raw Stellar Swirl damage but is completely buildable without any limited 5-stars and still triggers proper Stellar Swirl reactions consistently.

Odette Flex — Mixed Reaction Comps

Because Odette enables both Stellar-Conduct and Stellar Swirl, some teams run all three reaction elements — Cryo, Electro, and Anemo — simultaneously. Adding Sucrose or Kazuha to a Stellar-Conduct lineup gives you Stellar Swirl triggers on top of the Polestar Field, layering both reactions in one team rotation. Sucrose additionally reduces enemy Cryo and Electro resistance when holding Viridescent Venerer, boosting both the Vortex detonation and the Polestar Field damage at the same time. This approach works particularly well with Sandrone or Cryo Traveler as the main DPS since both apply Cryo rapidly and can benefit from all three reaction buffs simultaneously.

Who To Run In The Flex Support Slot With Odette

Odette and the main DPS typically occupy two slots. The off-field element provider takes a third. The fourth flex slot is where the most flexibility lies:

    • Alyosha — Best overall flex pick. ATK% buff, Stellar-Conduct damage buff, healing, Electro application, and enemy taunt. Covers both support and Electro sub-DPS roles simultaneously.
    • Qiqi — Strong healing and off-field Cryo. Good for Cryo Resonance and Stellar-Conduct buffs from her kit. Use when survivability is a priority over offensive buffs.
    • Diona (C6) — Budget healing + shielding + Elemental Mastery buff. Best budget flex for both reaction types.
    • Sucrose — Elemental Mastery sharing and Viridescent Venerer RES shred. Especially strong in Stellar Swirl teams.
    • Faruzan (C6) — Anemo RES shred and CRIT DMG buff for Anemo damage. Best in Mizuki Stellar Swirl teams targeting single enemies.
    • Beidou — Off-field Electro, Cryo and Electro RES reduction, shield. Good budget Electro sub-DPS alongside Sandrone or Wriothesley.
    • Shenhe — Cryo damage amplification and Cryo RES shred. Excellent in Cryo DPS comps running Wriothesley or Ayaka.

    Odette Constellation Value

Odette is strong at C0, but her constellations have meaningful team impact:

    • C1: The duet’s final hit deals an additional Stellar-Conduct or Stellar Swirl damage instance based on Odette’s ATK, and summoning the Double now grants 2 extra Marvelous Splendor stacks (6 total). Solid personal upgrade.
    • C2 (Best early constellation): Grants ATK from Marvelous Splendor stacks and applies a 20% RES shred to Cryo + Electro or Cryo + Anemo near the Dance Double depending on the active Radiance state. This RES shred benefits every character in the team and is one of the strongest constellation effects available in the early 7.0 roster.
    • C4: Odette’s Burst buff is shared team-wide and she performs coordinated attacks when party members trigger Stellar reactions. Meaningful team damage increase.
    • C6: Further elevates Stellar Glimmer damage for the whole party and stabilizes Marvelous Splendor stack management. Top-end investment.

Tips For Playing Odette In Teams

    • Use Skill first, then duet if available — if the Double is already active when Odette takes the field, use the duet immediately to deal the Stellar reaction hit before swapping. This frontloaded damage is Odette’s personal highlight.
    • Odette works in short-rotation teams — her Double and duet are frontloaded. Teams that cycle back to Odette quickly get more out of her than slow rotations where the Double sits idle for extended periods.
    • Build ATK as her primary stat — her passive’s reaction damage increase scales with ATK, so more ATK means bigger team buffs, not just more personal damage.
    • C2 is worth pulling for — the 20% RES shred near the Double applies to both Stellar-Conduct and Stellar Swirl teams depending on the active Radiance state. It is one of the strongest early constellation effects available in the 7.0 roster.
    • Always pair with Alyosha if possible — he is free, covers the Electro sub-DPS and support roles simultaneously, and his ATK% buff directly amplifies Odette’s own output and her team buff scaling.
    • For Stellar Swirl teams, a second Anemo character holding Viridescent Venerer lets Mizuki run Scarlet Proof and deal more Vortex damage while the second Anemo handles RES shred.
