Disconnected Truth Puzzle in Crimson Desert
The Disconnected Truth is one of the more involved Abyss puzzles in Crimson Desert. There are wires, batteries, conduits, and floating platforms — all tied together in a way that feels confusing at first.
But once you know the order of steps, it is actually very manageable. This walkthrough breaks it down into clear stages so you do not waste time wandering around.

Step 1 – Activate the Elevator
Start by flying into the lower floor of the Disconnected Truth area.
- Follow the wire on the right path
- You will see a disconnected wire just to the right of the central platform — press Square / X to reconnect it
- Step onto the central platform — this is the elevator
- Wait a few seconds and the prism will unlock, letting you exit into the main puzzle room
Step 2 – Activate the Right Node
Once you are in the puzzle room, look west. You will see three buttons lined up.
- The button on the right is yellow
- Use Axiom Force to activate it
That is the right node done. Now for the harder ones.

Step 3 – Activate the Middle Node
This is the most involved step in the puzzle. Take your time and follow the wire.

- On the south side of the room, find and activate the conduit to the left of the nodes
- Return to the nodes and follow the middle wire — it leads right
- Keep following it into the north room, where you drop down to a lower level
- Continue along the wire until you find a disconnected section — reconnect it
- Follow the wire back up — climb out of the lower level and go up the stairs, then up again
- The wire leads to the southeast side of the room, which needs a battery
- Head to the northern upper area and take the platforms up toward the central floating prism
- Use Axiom Force to grab the battery from the prism platform
- Bring the battery back to the southeast area
- Use Axiom Force to place it in the east slot, then hit it into place with Force Palm
- Return to the west side and use Axiom Force on the middle node to activate it
Step 4 – Activate the Left Node
- Follow the left wire — it leads into the south room
- Find the battery on the wall and pull it toward you using Axiom Force + L2
- Drag the battery up to the next floor — use Jump + Force Palm to get it up high
- Place the battery in the south slot using Axiom Force, then hit it into place with Force Palm
- Just below the generator, find the loose conduit and reconnect it
- Return to the nodes and use Axiom Force on the left node to activate it
Step 5 – Unlock the Abyss Gate
With all three nodes active:
- Look above the nodes for a circular platform
- Climb up to it and hit it with Force Palm to activate it
- This unlocks platforms on the central floating prism
- Climb the prism to the top
- The Abyss Gate is on the west side at the top
How to Reach the Next Puzzle After Disconnected Truth
After going through the Abyss Gate, do not stop. There is more to do.
- From the Abyss Gate, head left across the platforms
- Equip your Lantern and look at the crumbled elevator platform
- Equip the Visione and press Options to activate a memory from the past
- Floating platforms will appear — these only work while the Visione is equipped
- Navigate across the platforms until you find a teleporter pad
- Step on it to be transported into a puzzle box in Denn River

How to Solve the Denn River Puzzle Box
Once inside the Denn River puzzle box, here is what to do:
- On the east side of the room, find a small battery in the wall — pull it out with Axiom Force
- Also on the east side floor, find a larger battery — pick it up with Axiom Force and push it into the center of the cube
- Hit the large battery with Force Palm to slot it into place
- Put the small battery back into its wall slot
- Look up on the east side — use Jump + Force Palm to squeeze through the gap and reach the upper section
- Find the northwest corner platform and rotate it with Axiom Force to activate a battery
- Find the southeast corner platform and rotate it with Axiom Force to activate the second battery
- With all batteries active, the cube begins to float upward
- Stay inside — after a short while the cube opens and you are inside the Ether Fragment
- The Ether Fragment Abyss Gate is right there to enter
Tips for the Disconnected Truth Puzzle
- Always follow the wire. Every wire leads somewhere useful — do not ignore them
- The battery on the wall in the south room is easy to miss. Look at the walls carefully
- Keep the Visione equipped after the Abyss Gate or the memory platforms will not appear
- The Denn River cube section is quick once you know the battery order
